The two ❤️'s of my life are having a blast with their new dance fitness workouts. I need to remind them that they've been "working out" for over 2 hours. Haha. So in love with the Livin' in the 8s routine. Wish I could post a longer video. Chandelier is such an emotional song and @shauntfitness really gets you to live in this song with his choreography. #Cize is such a fun program. With Cize&Pound, I never have to fight with myself about needing to workout. I always look forward to it.
