A+MD Task 3 - Storyboarding an existing scene

I decided to take a scene from Shantaram's season finale.

Spoiler alert

Network: Apple TV+

Directors: Bharat Nalluri, Iain B. MacDonald, Bronwen Hughes

The scene shows a double crossing by a corrupt cop, in favour of Khader Khan (Alexander Siddig) and against Walid Shah (Mel Odedra). It includes wide shots, medium shots, medium close ups, close ups, extreme close ups, over the shoulder (OTS), Bird's Eye View (BEV), camera panning and a focus shift.

Gos today my parents’ friend came over while I was also there, and she was telling them about this show she’s watching on Apple TV based on the book Shantaram, and it took everything in me to not blurt out “omg that’s Tobin’s favorite book!!” 😭

Apple TV+ declares the Truth has been told

It's been a tough couple of weeks at Apple TV+ as Octavia Spencer's Truth Be Told has been sunsetted this week after 3 seasons following last week's cancellation of Dear Edward.

Even though Truth be Told and Dear Edward join the recently canceled series Mr. Corman, Dear Edward, Shantaram and Little Voice, Apple TV+ still has numerous big projects on the horizon including:

- Dystopian sci-fi drama Silo (May 25) starring Rebecca Ferguson, Common and David Oyelowo

- City on Fire (May 12) from Gossip Girl creators Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage.

- High Desert (May 17) from producer Ben Stiller, starring Patricia Arquette, Matt Dillon, and Bernadette Peters.
