They basically decide to throw a pre-wedding party with all their closest friends, and for the first time the reader introduces herself to Marshall's friends (50, Dre, Snoop, Royce etc.) and they notice that Marshall is very different around her around and make fun of him all evening, and by mistake they joke about their "relationship" of friendship between the two of them and she heard, and in the following days Marshall and the reader feel embarrassed then they both confess (sorry if it's too much long or there are mistakes English is not my language)

Really do think people got suckered by how Ansbach isn't as charmingly nutty as Varre. That cool old man is STILL part of a deranged blood cult and was so good at cult stuff he was head honcho of Mohg's special guys. Being a cool, calm old man doesn't preclude him from bathing in blood and wounds enough to make Varre look vanilla!

Yeah, if anything it seems like it would make him even more effective at recruiting people, and we’ve seen that the dynasty values elegance and refinement so it’s not even surprising he’s calm and polite (look at how nobles dress, their swordplay, the way Ansbach’s incantation is described as unusual for being so aggressive, how Mohg greets you as an “honored guest”, Eleonora being called a proud knight, and so on)

People are forgetting this is the cult that requires killing your maiden to join, and that their whole thing is invading and cutting down their fellow Tarnished, Yura talks about how he’s lost so many already. You do a whole bloody finger ritual so you can invade people whenever you please. The surgeons were explicitly described as kidnapped, and the merchant there is apparently “imprisoned” so sounds like he was too. And we’re not even deeply involved members so we don’t see all the details. Ansbach is described as having a “fearsome reputation” in a cult like that, he’s hardly just some kind old man

I know how to break into a car, jimmy a lock, pick a lock, hotwire a car. I also know multiple ways to get out of a trunk or car if I ever found myself inside of one that I needed to escape.

My father is an ex-con, spent a chunk of his young adulthood in prison, actually spent some time in prison after I was born as well. He’s been out of the gang life for like over 30 years though, he’s just a fat old man now lol. But he knew the type of people that walked the streets, so he always said he wanted to make sure his girls were safe. Which is why myself, my older sister and my two older brothers (they’re both gay and drag queens, hence why they’re also his girls) were taught how to get out of—and into—various less than legal situations.

We were also taught to box, various other self defence methods, shit you’d only learn from an ex-con tbh. As well as a plethora of other things that I probably will never need to use, I hope?🤞

My mother also worked in the medical field for decades, so I know a lot of really weird shit, especially for someone who lives such a dull life. Cause I am really boring, honestly lol. I sound way cooler in text, or kinda sound like a serial killer, it depending on subject I’m talking about lol.

But if you know the make, model and year of a car, you’ll be able to know if it has a working low electrical usage engine and you can just hotwire that thing and drive. Find anything made between the 1960’s and the mid 1980’s and you’re pretty good 👍

Realistically I know that the game like, showed and told us that Anna's been doing a lot of dangerous work, even since before the war, and that she went and secretly trained with Archibald just so she could start doing dangerous scouting work in the first place, so she's just been doing a lot of combat and stealth training in general from a young age, and therefore logically her scar probably came from either an accident during training or work gone a little wrong in her youth but like...

There's another part of me that thinks she fell out of a tree as a kid and had a branch cut her face badly on the way down, and, as kids are wont to do, she kept scratching at the scab while it was healing.
