HAPPY HALLOWEEN YALL

It's Halloween and I wanted to share with @crazyyanderefangirlfan but also others my Disney Villain Recruiters AU Cast's Halloween Costumes!

Why? Cause I wanna while I work on my final touches for the night >:3

Jac was basically pulling a Dan Howell

He got a lot of candies at parties along with some numbers and was having a blast dancing with plenty of cuties.

At some point of the night; Joe: sees Jac come into the room "Are you okay?" Jac: grinning "Yeah just did some prayers in the broom closet~"

Sia was having a blast as a Ghostface killer

She always loved Scream and you know she took the chance of the year to be her favorite slasher. But sadly she got a lot of flirting comments related to her costume

Maria wanted to be different and was a cop,

She was going as a judge but after some talking with Janice she decided to be a cop instead. She was heavily judging Jac's Instagram posts of his costume

Joseph was having a fun time dressed like Jason,

Go big or go home am I right?

Since Jac was gonna freeze his buns off as a nun, Ivan and Aya decided to be good friends and dress up as a Priest (Aya) and a demon (Ivan),

Lots of what the fuck looks as the three walk around, especially with Ivan rocking some red heels and walking so good

Janice had a hard time picking her costume but settled on Freddy Krueger

So she wasn't too fond doing it since it was showing some skin but she enjoyed it in the end

Sha was having a blast as a little kitty cat

It was easy, she had the dress already, and Sia did her nails

Wilhelm wasn't going to dress up but then they all were whining at him for being a weirdo about it so he settled as a vampire

Thought afterwards Jac teased him for going extra in the end lmao

And finally Charles was gonna do a classic and did the Invisible Man

This was the best costume for him! He didn't need to use too much makeup, he had the robe, and he was already in love with The Invisible Man! He watched it a lot after getting out of the hospital and even mimicked Jack Griffin's laugh perfectly

This is how they see each other first:

Zuri would find Aya adorable! She'd be fascinated by her vitiligo, reminding her of a work of art. She's happy to know she can fight will teach her some moves too.

Vince nearly snorted when he saw Wilhelm, he couldn't believe this was him. He was relieved to know he was competent in fighting. They bond over the few thing they like

Cece snorted when she found out they share the same name and her nickname was Cel-Phone. Honestly, Cece would think she's a more badass and less introverted version of her, suggested to humiliate her ex-fiancee and family, especially her sister.

Dante wanted to know who hurt this guy. Also would be fascinated with his vitiligo, now think about a new fashion line for his mom's store. Would likely compare fashion ideas and learn form each other.

"Oh my god, I'm turned into Nadia." Is what Jack thought when he took one good look at Jac. At least their personalities were more or less the same. Lets him play with his drums and have drinking contests.

"Huh, so me but cooler." Jane thought. She admires Jan for removing herself from the toxic bio-family and her journey to Spain.

Malachite wishes to track his family and beat the ever loving shit out of all of them, especially his father and brothers. He admires his photography skills and thought of commissioning him to take pictures for the band.

Another case of we have the same name, Joe honestly doesn't see the difference between them except the other version of him is smoking weed. Shows him videos games he borrowed (stole) from Cece.

Vera just wants to wrap Maria in a blanket and hand her hot cocoa. She's surprised her version of Frollo was decent.

Nadia would question her on why would she like mythological cheaters, but honestly they would get along great.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir: Surah Al-Baqarah Ayah 178-179

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

178. O you who believe! Al-Qisas (the Law of equality) is prescribed for you in case of murder: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, and the female for the female. But if the killer is forgiven by the brother (or the relatives) of the killed (against blood money), then it should be sought in a good manner, and paid to him respectfully. This is an alleviation and a mercy from your Lord. So after this, whoever transgresses the limits (i.e. kills the killer after taking the blood money), he shall have a painful torment.

179. And there is (a saving of) life for you in Al- Qisas (the Law of equality in punishment), O men of understanding, that you may acquire Taqwa.

The Command and the Wisdom behind the Law of Equality

Allah says;

O you who believe! Al-Qisas (the Law of equality) is prescribed for you in case of murder: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, and the female for the female.

Allah states: O believers! The Law of equality has been ordained on you (for cases of murder), the free for the free, the slave for the slave and the female for the female. Therefore, do not transgress the set limits, as others before you transgressed them, and thus changed what Allah has ordained for them.

The reason behind this statement is that (the Jewish tribe of) Banu An-Nadir invaded Qurayzah (another Jewish tribe) during the time of Jahiliyyah (before Islam) and defeated them. Hence, (they made it a law that) when a person from Nadir kills a person from Quraizah, he is not killed in retaliation, but only pays a hundred Wasq of dates. However, when a person from Quraizah kills a Nadir man, he would be killed for him. If Nadir wanted (to forfeit the execution of the murderer and instead require him) to pay a ransom, the Quraizah man pays two hundred Wasq of dates (double the amount Nadir pays in Diyah (blood money)). So Allah commanded that justice be observed regarding the penal code, and that the path of the misguided and mischievous persons be avoided, who in disbelief and transgression, defy and alter what Allah has commanded them. Allah said:

Al-Qisas (the Law of equality in punishment) is prescribed for you in case of murder: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, and the female for the female.

Allah's statement: (the free for the free, the slave for the slave, and the female for the female) was abrogated by the statement life for life (5:45).

However, the majority of scholars agree that the Muslim is not killed for a disbeliever whom he kills.

Al-Bukhari reported that Ali narrated that Allah's Messenger said: The Muslim is not killed for the disbeliever (whom he kills).

No opinion that opposes this ruling could stand correct, nor is there an authentic Hadith to contradict it. However, Abu Hanifah thought that the Muslim could be killed for a disbeliever, following the general meaning of the Ayah (5:45) in Surah Al-Ma'idah. The Four Imams (Abu Hanifah, Malik, Shafii and Ahmad) and the majority of scholars stated that; the group is killed for one person whom they murder.

Umar said, about a boy who was killed by seven men, "If all the residents of San`a' (capital of Yemen today) collaborated on killing him, I would kill them all.''

No opposing opinion was known by the Companions during that time which constitutes a near Ijma (consensus).

There is an opinion attributed to Imam Ahmad that; a group of people is not killed for one person whom they kill, and that only one person is killed for one person.

Ibn Al-Mundhir also attributed this opinion to Mu`adh, Ibn Az-Zubayr, Abdul-Malik bin Marwan, Az-Zuhri, Ibn Sirin and Habib bin Abu Thabit. Allah's statement:

But if the killer is forgiven by the brother (or the relatives) of the killed (against blood money), then it should be sought in a good manner, and paid to him respectfully. refers to accepting blood money (by the relatives of the victim in return for pardoning the killer) in cases of intentional murder.

This opinion is attributed to Abu Al-Aliyah, Abu Sha`tha', Mujahid, Sa`id bin Jubayr, Ata Al-Hasan, Qatadah and Muqatil bin Hayyan.

Ad-Dahhak said that Ibn Abbas said: (But if the killer is forgiven by the brother (or the relatives) of the killed (against blood money), means, "the killer is pardoned by his brother (i.e., the relative of the victim) and accepting the Diyah after capital punishment becomes due (against the killer), this is the `Afw (pardon mentioned in the Ayah).''

Allah's statement:

...then it should be sought in a good manner, means, when the relative agrees to take the blood money, he should collect his rightful dues with kindness: …and paid to him respectfully.

means, the killer should accept the terms of settlement without causing further harm or resisting the payment.

Allah's statement:

This is an alleviation and a mercy from your Lord.

means the legislation that allows you to accept the blood money for intentional murder is an alleviation and a mercy from your Lord. It lightens what was required from those who were before you, either applying capital punishment or forgiving.

Sa`id bin Mansur reported that Ibn Abbas said, "The Children of Israel were required to apply the Law of equality in murder cases and were not allowed to offer pardons (in return for blood money). Allah said to this Ummah (the Muslim nation):

The Law of equality in punishment is prescribed for you in case of murder: the free for the free, the servant for the servant, and the female for the female. But if the killer is forgiven by the brother (or the relatives) of the killed (against blood money).

Hence, `pardoning' or `forgiving' means accepting blood money in intentional murder cases.''

Ibn Hibban also recorded this in his Sahih.

Qatadah said: (This is an alleviation from your Lord), Allah had mercy on this Ummah by giving them the Diyah which was not allowed for any nation before it.

- The People of the Torah (Jews) were allowed to either apply the penal code (for murder, i.e., execution) or to pardon the killer, but they were not allowed to take blood money.

- The People of the Injil (the Gospel – the Christians) were required to pardon (the killer, but no Diyah was legislated).

- This Ummah (Muslims) is allowed to apply the penal code (execution) or to pardon and accept the blood money.''

Similar was reported from Sa`id bin Jubayr, Muqatil bin Hayyan and Ar-Rabi bin Anas.

Allah's statement:

So after this whoever transgresses the limits, he shall have a painful torment.

means, those who kill in retaliation after taking the Diyah or accepting it, they will suffer a painful and severe torment from Allah.

The same was reported from Ibn Abbas, Mujahid, Ata Ikrimah, Al-Hasan, Qatadah, Ar-Rabi bin Anas, As-Suddi and Muqatil bin Hayyan.

The Benefits and Wisdom of the Law of Equality

Allah's statement:

And there is life for you in Al-Qisas, legislating the Law of equality, i.e., killing the murderer, carries great benefits for you. This way, the sanctity of life will be preserved because the killer will refrain from killing, as he will be certain that if he kills, he would be killed. Hence life will be preserved.

In previous Books, there is a statement that killing stops further killing! This meaning came in much clearer and eloquent terms in the Qur'an: (And there is (a saving of) life for you in Al-Qisas (the Law of equality in punishment).

Abu Al-Aliyah said,

"Allah made the Law of equality a `life'. Hence, how many a man who thought about killing, but this Law prevented him from killing for fear that he will be killed in turn.''

Similar statements were reported from Mujahid, Sa`id bin Jubayr, Abu Malik, Al-Hasan, Qatadah, Ar-Rabi bin Anas and Muqatil bin Hayyan.

Allah's statement:

O men of understanding, that you may acquire Taqwa. means, `O you who have sound minds, comprehension and understanding! Perhaps by this you will be compelled to refrain from transgressing the prohibitions of Allah and what He considers sinful.'

Taqwa (mentioned in the Ayah) is a word that means doing all acts of obedience and refraining from all prohibitions.

ZahabAzzamaau wa Abtallatilurooq, wa sabat-alajru, In sha Allah

( Translation: Thirst has gone, the arteries are moist, and the reward is sure, if Allah wills.)

Story: Sha was a little girl immigrated from the Middle East with her parents and grandparents when she was 4 to 5 years old and lived in a simple apartment in the city. One day a person broke into their apartment and killed the adults and tried to kill her to not have witnesses before setting the apartment on fire and leaving her to die. Luckily she was saved fast but sadly had no family to care for her and was only identified by her mother who died shortly after talking to the police and telling them her name and age. Sha ends up staying in the car of the officer who saved her and his friend, Mr Jazi (it means "to revenge") Marwan who works as an assistant of a high end business, until the caught the criminals and found someone to take care of her.

The police finally found out about an aunt and uncle who can take care of her but they live back in the family's home country which made everyone involved in the case feel uncomfortable, so she stayed in the care of Jazi as a semi foster care home until they found a better option. As expected, Jazi ad Sha grew attached and when hearing she might be given to the system to be adopted he stood up and volunteered to take her in. The judge allows it and the two became a odd family. This was also helpful due to Jazi's boss having a little girl her age that plays with Sha when he brings her to the office to work.

Sha got spoiled rotten by Jazi and his boss as she went to good schools and got great grades and often help with Jazi's work load when she was old enough to help read numbers. This led her to soon get a job as a second assistance that more helped with certain paper work and got coffee/tea when needed and hanging out with the boss' daughter while Jazi did the more personal and important stuff for the business.

Currently she still has that job and goes to college with her friends. Her family's murder was never caught

He tries to smile and laugh it off as he walked it but it was obvious. He was abused by his mother and only knew that and the gentle touch of the nurses when he was being treated for his injuries. He wasn't really allowed to touch his new guardian due to her own injuries so most times he hugs his friends or his pillows

Aya was the most eager to meet her, there was just something about these two meeting was strong

Sia, though she had fun, was a bit thick walled at first. She found it hard to trust her as a mom at first until she started seeing it first hand in not just her own kids but her treating them, her guests, as if they were her kids as well and often praising each of them so much

Joseph was kind of a mix of Sia and Charles with him not having a real mom vibe for a real long time and was distance with her at first, that fixed fast

Luckily before Joe could sock this guy a new one Sia walks over with two cups of coffee and sat in front of them and starts complaining about a phone call with her boss' assistance (this world of Pan and Panic) who lost an important file

She simply grinned as they realized they're more similar than they seem and everyone can simply shutter in the idea of these two working together with Sia being Cece's main alibi if needed

Charles was amazed by Malachite. Like he has a band??? They talk about their life styles and Charles did his hardest to try and not tell Malachite his past but when it did he used way more physical power to make sure he won't go rampage

Aya adores Zuri to bits. Like tons of compliments and giggles. Like best friends imminently attached. Those two swap contacts with each other within the first 20 minutes of their talk. She just finds her so pretty and so happy she has a great life
