Day 2 of 30 day cleanse: In #yoga, as in life, retreat is necessary. We all must unplug and drop in. Today I worked on my garden. I felt like it represented where I am in life: weeding, prepping soil, planting...preparing for a super gorgeous abundant growth that may not show up in its full glory for 2 more years.
