I think one of my biggest issues with gunvolt is that he is never allowed to be happy. He keeps suffering and when you think “maybe he’ll catch a break “ something goes wrong for him.

Copen isn’t hit nearly as hard or as many times as him. Kirin hasn’t (yet who knows).

And I would have no problem with it if it didn’t feel constant. Each game he is forced to lose something every time and when he’s gained something, he loses it the next time we see him.

DPxDC Writing prompt: A new circus is in town appeared seemingly overnight, a circus of meta humans with red eyes and equally terrifying and wondrous acts. It’s suspicious as all hell and even more suspicious when Jason suddenly feels overwhelmingly compelled to join it when he sees the commercial for it on the TV. Seriously, where the hell did this ‘Circus Gothica’ even come from?

Ok hear me out; y’know in that one episode where we’re introduced to Freakshow and he brainwashes Danny but then it’s ok because he’s saved by his friends?

What if Sam and Tucker and been too late? If Danny had been successful taken?

What if no one believed Sam and Tucker when they said Danny had been kidnapped and he’s not a runaway?

And what if he’s been brainwashed for over 3 years while travelling in the Circus, the only people caring enough to find him being unable to do anything about it?

And what if Freakshow made the mistake of preforming in Gotham where the Bats dwelled? And where they’ll take a deeper look into the circus’s suspicious behaviour…

The other day I was rewatching Hollowtone’s vod on Psychonauts 2, which is fun because of the chat overlay. And there’s the part where you can open the powers menu and see all the nice embroidered badges and the nice signatures of the teachers that gave you them…. except Sasha’s. And this makes sense, he wasn’t authorized to teach Raz psi-blast, so it would be really bad if he’s showing off his cool badges on his bag and someone sees Sasha’s signature. So Ford signed off on the marksmanship badge. But the chat in the vod is coming up with hilarious reasons why Sasha didn’t/couldn’t sign off on it, my favorites being:

“He’s only capable of of writing in Times New Roman”

“His handwriting is bad, toddler/doctor level”

“Sasha writes exclusively in latin”

“He actually can’t write”

“He uses telekinesis for everything, if he touches a pen he instantly dies”

And I was thinking about how ridiculous they were, but when I actually think about it… is there ever a proven time he actually writes something down? Like with his hands?

He’s living in a time period where typewriters existed, and in the current time, computers do, and therefore printers… And in one of the promotional comics he’s not even using his hands to eat with a fork, he just uses his powers. He uses telekinesis for most things actually. I don’t find it out of the realm of possibility of just using telekinesis to write things down. And then, I guess he’d never actually have need to learn to do it with his hands…

Maybe Sasha can’t write.

i think mike as a character has been severely overlooked/sidelined in fandom. i mean of course there is a lot of content with him, byler is after all one of stranger things biggest ships, but i feel as though there is not enough content about him that the fandom is producing. maybe i have just not found it and maybe i am biased because he has always been one of my favs, but post s3 with his head becoming full of rocks, the fandom has done nothing with him except criticize him or talk about byler. i want more independent mike wheeler head cannons !!!!! i want to see mike wheeler interacting with his friends more !!!!!!!! i want to see more people talk about the possible friendship between mike and eddie and how mike grew his hair out like eddie !!!!!!!! i want to see in depth talks about mike wheeler that dont revolve around his sexuality !!!!!!!!! i want people to start treating mike wheeler as a whole rounded character even if he is in an asshole place right now. he is 14 !!!! all 14 year olds are awful in their own ways !!!!!!

I love the fact that Sonic has been through Hell and back and STILL hasn't had much character development personality AND physically wise amazes me.

Like, you're telling me this man has died and nearly died again on many occasions, seen MULTIPLE people die, fought multiple gods, had to go through 6 months of torture, had to deal with possible DAYS without actual human contact while his friends are in the embodiment of purgatory and having to experience near death again after the whole zombot problem with very little sleep (nearly succumbing to the virus near the end), THEN having to go on a murderous train before being shot with a blow dart by one of your friends, being knocked out for a good while then having to FIGHT the train itself.

Like, goddam Sega, let the man change after the hell you've put him through.
