Sept 11 - Big chunk of day spent on going to town for a medical appointment (diabetes clinic intake, which I should have done, like, a year ago, gah), having the appointment, booking follow-up appointments (dietician, chiropodist, and back to see the nurse practitioner again in the new year), and doing some shopping on the way back home (mmm, snacks). Didn't game apart from tackling my daily dragon stuff on FR (which I didn't remember until late evening). Crocheted a bit. Ordered some nice cotton yarn online to start attempting a sweater out of; it comes in packs of 6 skeins which adds up to 800-some yards of DK weight yarn. I think I might actually need two packs to have enough yarn, but for now I've just ordered the one.

For supper I fried up some mild Italian sausages, made mashed potatoes with sour cream and fried onions, and a vaguely Greek salad.
