Thoughts on the Olive Garden
Nothing earthshaking or resembling more than a sip of tea, but I found this Reddit user's comments to be interesting:
"I have some info on the house. It had a lot of issues when they purchased it and for Montecito, it's relatively low in price. I'm from SoCal originally and was in Santa Barbara for a friend's bday a year ago. We decided to go check out M&H's house - we both love looking at houses and were interested in M&H. What's interesting about what's fondly referred to as The Olive Garden is that we thought for sure it would be in a heavily gated community or an estate property where you wouldn't be able to see anything.
It's actually in a community with an ornamental gate, but anyone can drive though the neighborhood. Most of the houses in this little subdivision are pretty normal (for Montecito) - maybe 5-6000 sq ft on average. It's not some ultra exclusive enclave. There are tons of kids and families, just out for walks, playing with their dogs, etc. M&H's house is actually one of the few with security gates. Most are just stand alone house with a driveway live anywhere else. Both the gates and surrounding fencing are covered in heavy green tarps and there are literally at least 20 cameras in all directions on their driveway. They have one of those spheres with 6 cameras and then mounted fixed cameras everywhere. They do the ugly tarps wherever they go based on the Canada retreat photos. I had wanted to take a picture, but my friend wouldn't let me so we just drove by. I have a feeling they have committed the cardinal sin of real estate - you never want to be the biggest or most ostentatious house in a neighborhood. It's better to be the worst house in the most exclusive area.
The other thing about Montecito is that the people with the real money (Oprah, Ellen, etc ) don't live in subdivisions. They live on gated estates with massive acres of land set way back from the road, completely away from other neighbors. I was surprised how close M&H's house is to the common, everyday looking people. I would call this more entry level or tier 2 Montecito when the real trophy properties are 50-100 million plus.
I've heard that they have had plumbing problems because it was a newer house built on the cheap. The plumbing or sewage system has created an odor on the property. I am in the minority, but from the photos, I kind of like the Olive Garden. I like Spanish and the grounds with the pool, yoga studio, etc. Compared to Tyler Perry's truly tasteless La Quinta Inn new money mansion in on steroids, Montecito looks practically historic.
I can see them moving back to LA. I heard they compromised and moved to Montecito because Harry was not a fan of Beverly Hills (although it seems to have grown on him and Meghan, each with their alleged own hotel suites in the area at separate clubs/hotels). I heard they ended up in Montecito because the properties they really had wanted in Malibu were out of reach."

Brianne in her main verse is a RDA corporate employee and the director of SciOps (Science Operations), one of four subdivisions of RDA’s Pandora Operations. She answers primarily to the Administrative Head of the RDA Pandoran Division, Charles Stringer, while all employees in her subdivision, lab heads/staff, answer to her. Basically, she’s the SciOps bottlehead funneling needs and concerns to the board and the one who oversees its function and output.  SciOps occupies a unique position in the division: Compared to the RDA's Mining Operations and Security Operations, staffing and funding for SciOps remains low, as the RDA administration prefers to invest the majority of its funds into the far more profitable unobtanium mining operations. The ongoing discourse between the Pandoran-based scientific community, who remain devoted to researching the geology, flora, fauna and indigenous cultures of the moon, and the greedy corporate interests of the RDA sponsors, leads only to frequent ideological conflicts between the staffs and the administrators (x). Understaffed. Poorly funded. Strict deadlines. Constant threats of lab disassembly and staff dismissal. Unsafe working conditions in the field. Ideological conflicts. And unsurprisingly, the majority of defectors to the Na’vi insurgency/resistance are from this subdivision, which puts more pressure on Brianne for her labs to perform.  Since she is the corporate overhead, the blame for all this comes her way regardless of trying her best to keep lab heads happy versus compliant with RDA demands.  In the game, a human Resistance member says passingly to another, “Working for SciOps sucked.” It sure did, and despite Brianne’s best efforts, even she ends up being cast aside by the profit-making machine.

I would like to share here my model that helps in creating a character. For people who write, such a model may be useful or at least be an interesting creative exercise. What I want to offer is not a typology at first, but rather a personality model. Perhaps many have heard of transactional analysis, which highlights various ego states - a child, a parent, an adult (and various subdivisions within these three). My model is similar to transactional analysis, but with the inclusion of the concept of existential analysis and the theory of archetypes. It identifies twelve fundamental relationships of the individual with the world. Each of the twelve types of relationships has its own dynamics, its own special motivation in relation to the world, its own support, its own fear. According to this model, each personality needs all twelve types of relationships. But in each personality they are not developed evenly. Some are stronger, others are weaker. Some play a leading role in decision-making, others rather follow, etc.
All twelve types are also divided into four groups by the topics they focus on: Existence. Life and relationships. Self-determination. Meaning, legacy.
I will list all twelve in turn.
Existence group
Acceptor Desire: for absolute trust, in the limit of merging with the world or part of the world. Support: home. Not necessarily as a material place - home as a structure that they trust and which gives a sense of security and acceptance, their place in the world. Fear: not having a safe haven, being destroyed, disappearing.
Thinker Desire: for understanding and knowing reality as it is. Support: knowledge and thinking. Fear: losing clarity of mind, losing trust in their own perception.
Affirmer Desire: to control their life, to assert their rules, their order. Support: their own principles and will. Fear: losing control, being helpless.
Life Group
4. Belonging Desire: to live in relationships with others, to share life and live the values ​​of life together with other people. Support: family. Not necessarily family by birth, but rather family as a group, a group of people connected by some fundamental common values. Fear: to become an outcast, expelled from the community.
5. Playing Desire: to live a rich, dynamic life, to interact with the world actively and diversely. To be free. Support: one's own vitality, the energy of desires and possibilities. Fear: to be tied down, to lose freedom.
6. Loving Desire: to experience fascination, admiration, enjoyment of closeness with what/whoever they like. Support: experiencing the value of something/someone. Fear: separation or disappointment, breaking the connection with the value, pain. In general, the fear of a life in which there is more suffering than pleasure.
Self-determination group
7. Rebel Desire: to live oneself freely and without barriers, to be free in self-expression. Support: a vivid emotional experience of oneself, a hot feeling of protest against what is experienced as wrong. Fear: to be absorbed by another or to fall apart from internal contradictions - to be destroyed as a person in one way or another.
8. Chooser Desire: to make one's own choice, to have a clear understanding of oneself and what is right for him/her/them and what is not. Support: self-knowledge and the ability to make decisions. A sense of one's path. Fear: to make the wrong choice, to make a fatal mistake and face a feeling of guilt.
9. Seeker Desire: to encounter something new and amazing. Support: the ability to preserve oneself and even more clearly feel oneself in contact with something/someone else, interest in new experiences. Fear: isolation, boredom.
Meaning Group
10. Guardian Desire: to find their calling in the world, their service, something worth living for. Support: the ability to find meaning in life and hold on to it. Fear: loss. Death/destruction of what is meaning.
11. Alien Desire: to be reflected in their uniqueness, to realize their individual abilities, to leave their special imprint on the world. Support: the experience of their own uniqueness, difference from others, individual skills, mastery Fear: to lose their reflection or see a monster in the mirror - that is, to lose their sense of self-worth.
12. Creator Desire: to change the world, to create something new that did not exist before. Support: imagination, the ability to creatively dialogue with the world. Fear: stagnation, ordinariness, dullness.
So, now about how to use this to create a character. In principle, you can create a hero's image around one dominant type. But to create a voluminous, dynamic character, it is better to use two. Moreover, one type sets the main support of the character, and the other - the main desire. I will show an example of how this looks.
Let's say you choose for the character Acceptor ➡�� Seeker This means that the main support of the character, what he holds on to and what he is most afraid of losing is a sense of home (Acceptor). A sense of security. There is something in his life that gives him this sense of security - a real home or an organization that he is used to trusting, or even religion. And he cannot imagine his life without it. On the other hand, he has a desire to explore the world, to meet something new (Seeker). But this desire is partially or completely suppressed, because he is afraid that by going after his dream he will lose what he has - a sense of security.
Then there can be a lot of options for creative research - what happened in his life, what caused this contradiction, what events can aggravate it and stimulate the hero to go in search of what he strives for. How he will face his fear and what will he become after that. According to this principle, you can build an internal conflict from any two types

Rushil Decor Limited Announces Allotment of Equity Shares Upon Conversion of Warrants
Rushil Decor Limited, a renowned name in the decor industry, has recently made an important announcement concerning the conversion of warrants into equity shares, under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 ("SEBI ICDR Regulations"). This development marks a significant step in the company's ongoing process of raising capital, thereby enhancing its financial flexibility and long-term growth prospects.
The company had previously, on December 23, 2023, issued an allotment of 41,30,000 convertible warrants to 38 allottees on a preferential basis, priced at Rs. 297 per warrant. At the time of this allotment, Rushil Decor had received Rs. 30.66 crores, representing 25% of the issue price, as the initial subscription amount. This issuance was a critical step for the company to further strengthen its capital base.
However, following the record date of August 9, 2024, there was a subdivision of the company's equity shares, where each Rs. 10 share was split into 10 equity shares of Rs. 1 each. As a result of this stock split, the total number of convertible warrants issued on December 23, 2023, was adjusted to 4,13,00,000, reflecting the proportional increase in shares. Till now, Rushil Decor has successfully allotted 95,00,000 equity shares, by converting an equivalent number of warrants from the original allotment.
The most recent development in this ongoing process occurred on October 3, 2024, when two non-promoter allottees deposited Rs. 2,00,47,500 in aggregate, representing the remaining 75% of the issue price for their subscribed warrants. These allottees then exercised their right to convert a total of 9,00,000 warrants into 9,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 1 each. This conversion was part of a larger series of conversions, with a total of 17 warrant holders having exercised their full conversion rights, and three warrant holders exercising partial rights to date.
In line with the provisions of Chapter V of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, as well as the terms of the warrant allotment, the Board of Directors' Fund Raising Committee convened on October 3, 2024, to approve the allotment of 9,00,000 equity shares to these allottees. The equity shares, with a face value of Rs. 1 per share and a premium of Rs. 28.70 per share, were issued against the balance subscription amount. This marks the final step in converting the 9,00,000 convertible warrants issued to the two allottees as mentioned in Annexure-B of the company’s official communication.
As a result of this conversion, the issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital of Rushil Decor Limited has increased. Prior to this allotment, the company’s issued capital stood at 27,49,38,640 shares, while the subscribed and paid-up capital was 27,49,16,820 shares. Following the conversion, the issued capital now stands at 27,58,38,640 shares, and the subscribed and paid-up capital has increased to 27,58,16,820 shares. The slight difference of 21,820 shares between the issued and paid-up capital is due to the forfeiture of certain shares.
This latest allotment also affects the shareholding pattern of non-promoters. Before the allotment, non-promoter shareholding stood at 12,42,42,540 shares, representing 45.19% of the total paid-up capital. Following the allotment, non-promoter shareholding has increased to 12,51,42,540 shares, now constituting 45.37% of the total paid-up capital. The newly issued shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects, including dividend distribution and voting rights.
As per the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), and the SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023, Rushil Decor Limited has provided all necessary disclosures concerning this allotment. These details, set out in Annexure-A and Annexure-B, have been made available on the company’s official website, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory norms.
The two allottees involved in this latest round of conversions are Mr. Rahul Pramod Menon, who converted 5,00,000 warrants, and Mr. Viraj Aggarwal, who converted 4,00,000 warrants. Both allottees paid Rs. 29.7 per warrant as the conversion price, in line with the terms set during the initial allotment.
Rushil Decor Limited's strategic capital-raising initiatives, such as the preferential issuance of convertible warrants, continue to bolster the company’s financial position.
