SELEUSS - Local Yelp Seattle - Who Wants Chocolate?
As a small company, we are delighted and excited every time we get a mention in the local press. We didn’t even know until after the fact, that we were on The Local Yelp Seattle’s list, as 1 of the 8 places they recommend for chocolates on Valentine’s Day! :D  Link Below:

Who wants chocolate? 🙋💕
The Local Yelp - Seattle
Let’s face it: Valentine’s Day is a great excuse to buy chocolate––for a friend, for more than a friend, or as a gift to yourself. (You know you deserve it.) Here are eight local spots that will make you melt.
Here is the full list of the 8 local chocolate companies that Local Yelp had recommended.  Although all 8 companies offer chocolates, everyone is different in their own unique way and we recommend you try them all on a self guided chocolate tour around Seattle :D

About the Lemay Car Museum:
https://www.americascarmuseum.org/about/
LeMay – America’s Car Museum (ACM), an entity of America’s Automotive Trust, is an international destination for families and auto enthusiasts to celebrate America’s love affair with the automobile and learn how it shaped our society. Based in Tacoma, Wash., the stunning 165,000-sq.-ft. facility has been recognized as one of MSN’s 10 Best Automotive Museums worldwide, USA Today’s 10 Best Museums in Seattle and KING5’s 2015 Best Museum in Western Washington. America’s Car Museum serves as an educational center for students of all ages, features 12 rotating exhibits and hosts five annual Signature Events.
ACM History
Harold and Nancy LeMay amassed the largest privately owned collection of automobiles, other vehicles and related memorabilia in the world. At its peak, the LeMay Collection numbered in excess of 3,000 vehicles and thousands of artifacts. The Collection is broadly American and spans the 20th Century powerfully demonstrating both the dominance of the American auto industry in that time period as well as the American experience with the automobile.
Harold and Nancy intuitively knew the power of the Collection through the experiences they shared with family and friends at car shows and swap meets across the nation. They also knew its power from the stories it elicited from all who spoke with them at their Annual Car Show and Open House which has drawn thousands of people to the LeMay homestead each August for more than a quarter century. Harold and Nancy knew that the power of their Collection would be lost if it, like the wonderful Harrah’s Collection, was ever dispersed individually or in small lots to numerous buyers. It became their dream to ensure their marvelous Collection never suffered the fate that befell Harrah’s.

True to the Market’s charter, the expansion includes low-income housing and a neighborhood center with additional social services for the Market community.]

SELEUSS is honored to have been invited back by the { Old Bellevue Merchants Association, www.visitoldbellevue.com , www.veritablesdecor.com }  to participate and share our chocolate creations at the 3rd Annual Main Street Choc Walk in Old Bellevue back on June 3rd 2017.
We were again partnered up to offer our chocolate samples at Lorali’s Optical.  www.loralisopticalbellevue.com  To help accommodate our tables and setup, Lorali’s actually cleared her main showroom of her beautiful frames, so it was just our chocolates, we much appreciate her help and generocity in showcasing our chocolate creations.
This year, we brought out the following chocolates to sample:
1) Rosa Mundi: our rose petal infused truffle 2) Orange Blossom Honey Truffle 3) Wild Lavender Honey Truffle 4) SELEUSS SATIN 73.5%+ SATIN Bar 5) SELEUSS SATIN 73.5%+ Cacao Nib Bar 6) SELEUSS SATIN 73.5%+ Blueberry Bar
Adding to the festivities, just a door down at Hedge & Vine (www.hedgeandvine.com), Marilyn had flutes of Paul Buisse’s La Bulle Rose wine to taste and pair (PS, you can find our chocolate bars there!).  Outside, we were greeted by the wonderful sounds of the MAX CANNELLA TRIO, Jazz for any setting! (www.maxcannella.com).
Thank you to all those that came by and back again to vote for our chocolates! :)

The flag of the United States of America, often referred to as the American flag, is the national flag of the United States. It consists of thirteen equal horizontal stripes of red (top and bottom) alternating with white, with a blue rectangle in the canton (referred to specifically as the "union") bearing fifty small, white, five-pointed stars arranged in nine offset horizontal rows, where rows of six stars (top and bottom) alternate with rows of five stars. The 50 stars on the flag represent the 50 states of the United States of America, and the 13 stripes represent the thirteen British colonies that declared independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain, and became the first states in the U.S.[1] Nicknames for the flag include The Stars and Stripes,[2]Old Glory,[3] and The Star-Spangled Banner.

Independence Day, also referred to as the Fourth of July or July Fourth, is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence 241 years ago on July 4, 1776. The Continental Congress declared that the thirteen American colonies regarded themselves as a new nation, the United States of America, and were no longer part of the British Empire.[1] The Congress actually voted to declare independence two days earlier, on July 2.[1]
Independence Day is commonly associated with fireworks, parades, barbecues, carnivals, fairs, picnics, concerts, baseball games, family reunions, and political speeches and ceremonies, in addition to various other public and private events celebrating the history, government, and traditions of the United States. Independence Day is the National Day of the United States.[2][3][4]

"The Star-Spangled Banner" is the national anthem of the United States of America. The lyrics come from "Defence of Fort M'Henry",[2] a poem written on September 14, 1814, by the 35-year-old lawyer and amateur poet Francis Scott Key after witnessing the bombardment of Fort McHenry by British ships of the Royal Navy in Baltimore Harbor during the Battle of Baltimore in the War of 1812. Key was inspired by the large American flag, the Star-Spangled Banner, flying triumphantly above the fort during the American victory.
The poem was set to the tune of a popular British song written by John Stafford Smith for the Anacreontic Society, a men's social club in London. "To Anacreon in Heaven" (or "The Anacreontic Song"), with various lyrics, was already popular in the United States. Set to Key's poem and renamed "The Star-Spangled Banner", it soon became a well-known American patriotic song. With a range of one octave and one fifth (a semitone more than an octave and a half), it is known for being difficult to sing. Although the poem has four stanzas, only the first is commonly sung today.
"The Star-Spangled Banner" was recognized for official use by the United States Navy in 1889, and by U.S. President Woodrow Wilson in 1916, and was made the national anthem by a congressional resolution on March 3, 1931 (46 Stat. 1508, codified at 36 U.S.C. § 301), which was signed by President Herbert Hoover.
Before 1931, other songs served as the hymns of American officialdom. "Hail, Columbia" served this purpose at official functions for most of the 19th century. "My Country, 'Tis of Thee", whose melody is identical to "God Save the Queen", the British national anthem,[3] also served as a de facto anthem.[4] Following the War of 1812 and subsequent American wars, other songs emerged to compete for popularity at public events, among them "The Star-Spangled Banner", as well as "America the Beautiful".
