DUCHESS OF SELEUSS, HAUTE TO GO!
100% GRATED COUVERTURE GRADE HAUTE CHOCOLATE MIX, 0% MILK POWDER!
NOW YOU CAN CONVENIENTLY MAKE YOUR DUCHESS HAUTE HOT CHOCOLATE AT HOME, THE OFFICE, OR IN THE FIELD:
SIMPLY ADD HOT MILK (COFFEE, MILK ALTERNATIVES AND ETC), SHAKE AND ENJOY!
PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS WHEN MAKING HOT CHOCOLATE:
1. Remove Silica Gel Packet!
2. Add in additional desired flavors: Instant coffee, goat milk powder, nutmeg, Bicerin, Baileys, Kahlúa, Scotch, etc.
3. Heat 8-10 oz of Half & Half, Whole Milk, Coffee or a liquid of your choice to 160+°F in a saucepan, frother or steamer.
4. Fill the bottle with HOT liquid to the desired levels above.
5. Screw Bottle Cap on firmly!
6. Shake & Agitate HOT Bottle for 20 to 30 seconds or until the chocolates are all melted.
7. Cool HOT Bottle to around 140˚F, or to your desired temperature.
8. Unscrew the Bottle Cap on a flat & even surface slowly, to allow hot air to escape.
9. Add whipped cream & enjoy!

CONTAINS: Processed in a facility that contains milk, wheat, HAZELNUTS, PISTACHIOS, almonds, peanuts, and other nuts.

The DUCHESS™ SERIES: our line of real hot chocolate mix (technically, its not a mix in the traditional sense, as in cocoa power and sugar), so you can make European style hot chocolates at home, just like at our store.  Making real Hot chocolate is very simple, you have to use real chocolate, If cocoa powder is used, then you have to call it, hot cocoa.  Here, couverture grade chocolates are grated down into little pieces, so there is more surface area for easier melting into a hot liquid of your choice.  [x37]
INGREDIENTS: chocolate (cacao butter, cacao mass, sugar, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), vanilla).  Traceable & sustainable from the ivory coast.
CONTAINS: This product is processed in a facility that contains milk, wheat, PISTACHIOS, almonds, peanuts, and other nuts.   Milk powder free
Container comes with moisture absorbing packs. Do no throw away, please keep them in the tin can to absorb moisture in between openings.  Do not eat and keep away from children!

2) Heat 4 to 5 oz of half & half, whole milk or dairy substitute (coconut milk, oat milk) to ~165°F in either saucepan or milk frother.
3) Slowly pour heated liquid over grated chocolate and whisk until the chocolate is melted.
4) Serve at around ~145°F or desired temp. Top with whipped cream or BICERIN Di Giandujotto!

SELEUSS - BEST CHOCOLATIERS & CONFECTIONERS 2020
SELEUSS, SEATTLE, FEBRUARY 4TH, 2020:   We finally got around to posting this award to the awards section 6 months later!  What a crazy year it has been here in Seattle!!  We had a good month in February with Valentines-Days, I think we did 30% more than last year, all thanks to the goldilocks economy, then the corona-virus effects started to take shape towards the last week of February with hotel reservations and events cancellations... For the safety of our employees and customers, we decided to temporarily close down on 3/10, thinking it would only be until the end of the month and here we are 6 months later, Washington State is still shutdown.  
Anyways, we hope the State will hit the Phase 4 reopening period in September and we can safely reopen and serve you our delicious chocolates!  Our new website should also be online by then!  Everyone Take care and stay safe and healthy! See you soon!!
