That's Seattle sports, though. When you usually don't win the big stuff, you have to learn to appreciate the little wins. You can't walk away because they're playing for you.

And you cheer for them.

That's how it is supposed to work, anyways. And, if you're lucky, they pay you back with wins and trophies. But that's not why you're there.

Hell yes, that's what I'm talking about! 5-2 after 2? Yeah!

(Damn, Buffalo, you don't have to boo your own guys. I know this happens, but it's just not what we do here! The first year when we had that horrible humiliating game against the Avs, they were up 7-0 when Ebs finally scored on the power play, and every guy who was there says they still remember how the arena exploded like we'd just secured a playoff slot or something. It was so meaningful to them that we didn't turn on them -- Grubi said he's played in places where "they throw beer cans at you", Ebs has talked about how he's been places where they love you if you're winning and very much don't when you're not. Please don't boo your own players!)
