One of my loves. Cast iron pans. Honestly don’t understand why people went away from these. If they’re well seasoned they’re virtually non stick. They’re much easier to take care of than most people think. I washing my cast iron this evening and realized I haven't posted about @crisbeepuck in a while. I think it's because the seasoning is so durable that I rarely have to reseason my @lodgecastiron.
