Wait, so I would assume that all of DL Moon’s qualities would make him the best swimmer, wouldn’t it?

he's pretty good indeed, yes :D just give him open water and he won't come to shore til there's not interesting enough to leave. sometimes he gets depressed because he misses water and swimming. it's not the same when he goes to a seaplace (the Zoo-like structures i mentioned in the earlier ask) because it's artificial.
