Just to add on, Ryan O’reilly was also traded for “character issues” and was said to have “issues” with Eichel. Then rumours surfaced that Eichel got him traded?? Idk that was a whole mess. Oh and Evander Kane apparently bribing a woman into an abortion and then not paying her (god, do I ever hate that guy and anybody with that last name).

ohhh myyyy gooooood. i saw someone earlier mentioned the eichel/ror tension but i forgot to look into it but damn if eichs got him traded, or even if he was lobbying for the trade.

and yeah i’d heard about ekane paying off a woman but i forgot about it omg. i hate this league so much wow

hi y’all,

i’ve had this account for about four and a half years now and have been a hockey blog through and through, and it’s insane to see how much tumblr has changed, especially on the flames hockey side of things. there were only like three to six of us in 2015 and i’ve made so many great friendships around this team on this platform and I’m so grateful.

i started this account as seanahan and when it was seanahan, those were the best days on tumblr for me. and tumblr was somewhere where i could rant about my team and their performance and other teams and what ticks me off about certain games and whatnot, but now it’s really just not even a safe space for that.

my inbox is currently full with somewhat and not so recent messages with horrible things said that i don’t think i deserve to hear just bc i don’t like certain teams and will freely rant about them on my blog, my platform. where i have done so for the past four and a half years. way before any of the people in my inbox under anonymous probably had tumblr.

this blog has become more of a negative space than a positive one as it used to be and i miss when it wasn’t. so anyways, i’ve just kinda made up my mind to distance myself from it.

so idk if I wanna be anywhere nearly as active on this blog anymore, but i did make a new one that is strictly hockey content, at least for the time being, so if y’all wanna stay connected over there it’s @schiefele (scheifele was taken), and i’d love for that!
