“Welcome to Wonderland.” Alice replies darkly.

Will looks concerned. But says nothing.

Alice cradles Lizzy as they land in the shrubbery near a large building.

They’re both soaking wet as they had fallen through the Thames to end up here… wherever here was.

“Are you quite alright Lizzy?” Alice asks.

Not minding that the shrub had cut her exposed neck. And a bit of blood dripped down.

“I don’t believe we are still in London…” she mutters.

“But this is not Wonderland. Its colors are far too drab…” she said as she noted the grey sky. Rain poured pleasantly. “It smells lovely doesn’t it?”

Lizzy uses her sleeve to brush away the blood, standing up and helping her sister out of the bush. "It feels... Wrong... we shouldn't be here... we should have gone to wonderland, why aren't we in wonderland?" She looks around, disappointed by her surroundings though it's obvious from how her gaze lingers in empty corners that she's not seeing the same things as her older sister

If you're still willing to look my way after everything, I have one more thing to say, for the sake of some closure.

Things haven't been the best between us lately. I'm not sure if it's something I've done or said, or if we simply grew apart as we grew as people, unable to connect anymore.

Or perhaps my fear of losing you became the very thing that made me lose you in the end, my paranoia and anxiety undermining not only myself, but our friendship.

It doesn't matter anymore. I had tried my best to keep things working, to keep our friendship intact, but if even my best wasn't enough, then perhaps we were meant to fall apart.

I'd have loved to talk it out with you, maybe we would find some solution to all this, but I know neither of you is a talking type and you wouldn't change for me the way I've changed for you.

And so I've left, quietly. I'm sure you've noticed at this point. It felt like the best option for all of us. Anything else would probably just delay the inevitable.

So now that we're no longer mutuals, I am no longer your screature... I got one last thing to say.

Yes, as ironic as it may sound, I want to thank you.

Before things went awry, I sincerely enjoyed the time we spent together. It was chaotic and fun, you made my dull days brighter and more vibrant. You've done some great things for me, too- like your amazing drawings, especially you, Noodle. I still smile seeing them, and I will cherish them forever, just as I will cherish our memories.

I know I'm probably lying to myself here, but I hope that maybe someday, when times change and we grow some more, we will find our way back to each other. You were great friends, and I miss you already. My dash is deathly empty without you. But I'm glad I was able to at least be there for a while, even if it didn't last as long as I'd wish.

Now, whether this is a last goodbye, or simply a see you later, I want to wish you best of luck on your journeys. May you live great lives, may you grow and improve, may you achieve your dreams and find joy in what life has to offer.

And don't forget to stay creative, and full of whimsy

screature hardly gets appreciation, they're a demon jackalope. they're a jellycat inky bunny modified with white paint, red eyes, felt horns. the fur texture on their face is rough and spiky.
