The atmosphere at Kappa Kappa Tau is really strange. Even though you live here and are technically part of the sorority you don’t actually feel a part of it. The only reason you were accepted as a pledge is because Dean Munsch announced that the sorority had to accept everyone. Not to mention the serial killer who terrorized the campus and seemed to specifically target people in KKT.

You’ve been friendly with almost everybody but you haven’t really made any friends, which is probably good since everyone keeps getting killed. The only girl you kind of have a friendship with is Chanel number 3. Well maybe it’s not really a friendship? She mostly keeps walking into your room and announcing that the two of you have plans in that monotonous voice she has, and walking out before you can say anything.

You don’t actually mind. If it was anybody else you would probably be annoyed but you actually like Chanel number 3. And you would lie if you said that you didn’t have a tiny little crush on her.

You hear someone calling your name while you're walking down a corridor and you immediately recognize it as Chanel number 3 voice. After following the sound of her voice you see her standing in a doorway with some Christmas decorations in hand.

“What’s up?” you stop a few steps away from her, still standing in the corridor.

“I needed to talk to you” she replies in the same unbothered voice as always.

“About wh-”

“I don’t want anyone else to hear so you need to come closer” she quickly interrupts you. As per her demand, you step a bit closer to her waiting for her to start talking.

“No, I need you to come even closer” she adjusts her ear muffs slightly.

“What do you mean, I’m already really close” you let out a chuckle.

“Stand here in the doorway, that’s the only way we can ensure nobody will hear us” she shrugs. You’re so close to her now that you can feel her breath on you as she speaks.

“I was thinking that we could like form an alliance or something. Like when we go out on campus or when we’re here we shouldn’t leave each other so we don’t like get killed.”

“Uhm Chanel number 3 don’t you think that’s a little extreme? Like I don’t-”

“Well, do you want to get killed?” she cuts you off again and you slowly shake your head.

“Great, we have a deal,” she shrugs. You’re right about to reply but she quickly looks up at a mistletoe hanging in the doorway. You hadn’t noticed it earlier and you would assume Chanel number 3 hadn’t either if it wasn’t for the lack of reaction she had when she spotted it. “ Oh, I guess we have to kiss”

“Uhm we don’t have to kiss it’s just a-”

“No! We have to. Otherwise we’re breaking the rules and we can’t do that!”

She quickly pulls you into a kiss, and not just a peck on your lips, no she kisses you urgently. One of her hands goes into your hair whilst the other stays on your cheek. She leans into you so much that you back into the side of the doorway. Even though she started kissing you urgently the kiss is now soft. Everything is soft; the kiss, her lips, her earmuffs that your hand brushes against, her hand on your check. You almost wish the kiss would last forever, but of course it doesn’t.

Someone shrieks, which isn’t uncommon since you live in a sorority that’s currently being terrorized by a serial killer.

“Uhm I think we should go investigate” you say awkwardly.

“Okay” she just shrugs.

As you walk towards the part of the house where the scream came from you can’t stop thinking about the kiss, the taste of her strawberry lip gloss lingers on your lips. You wonder if the kiss and the mistle toe really was a coincidence or if Chanel number 3 forced you to stand in the doorway just to have an excuse to kiss you. You will have to ask her some other time, if either of you won’t get killed by the serial killer that is.
