Code Name: He Who Waits Behind the Wall/ Nezperdian Hivemind of Chaos/ The Ancient One: Zalgo

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: As of this moment SCP-AZX are to be destroyed upon sighting. Keeping samples of SCP-AZX has proven impossible as no matter what is done it will grow and spread. The sole sample in containment has been placed within the Site-GARDEN and thus is under Dr. Stefansdottir custody. Testing has been forbidden by all Foundation staff except her and those within the Department of the Impossible.

Description: SCP-AZX is a black substance similar to oil in texture and consistency. SCP-AZX has corrupting properties on all forms of reality, organic and inorganic material will be mutated upon contact. Any written or engraved words will shift to "He Comes" drawn or engraved characters will become distorted, paintings will change to horrific scenes, and statues will grow horrific appendages.

When a human is possessed by SCP-AZX they will not mutate at all but instead their personalities will change. They will become distant to friends and family, only give bland and vague answers to questions, and occasionally their eyes will turn void black. They will attempt to spread SCP-AZX as much as possible to as many different people especially those who are pregnant.

When someone is pregnant and infected with SCP-AZX they will give birth to a seemingly normal baby but will be covered in SCP-AZX sludge. Furthermore, they will act as a conduit of power to allow SCP-AZX to grow larger, act stronger, and spready like tendrils everywhere as if a fast-growing plant or fungus. Surprisingly SCP-AZX is not related at all to the Scarlet King but instead another ancient God known as Zalgo.

Zalgo is an ancient god that resides in the Abyss the same place most ancient gods are trapped after the First War. As such it's impossible to tell when exactly SCP-AZX manifested in our reality. The first recorded instance was 2013 when the hospital of [data expunged by order of the O5 Council] there were no survivors.

At the same time Agent Jacqueline Johnson used her anomalous abilities to see a reality where Zalgo used SCP-AZX to consume the world. Its thanks to her that Foundation even knew SCP-AZX existed before it was too late. However technically it was too late which left the O5 Council no choice but to call onto the Department of the Impossible. Its only thanks to the DI that the world as we know it exists to this day, even a second later SCP-AZX would have grown beyond containment.

Unfortunately, because SCP-AZX's containment was handled by the Department of the Impossible, no more information can be obtained. As such, when exactly it was contained, when exactly the Foundation knew of its existence, or how anyone even knows what Zalgo is, is unknown. Though it is believed that its thanks to the DI that we can all say the name Zalgo safely, as its normally hazardous to say the name of an ancient one. All that is known is that samples of SCP-AZX still exist in the wild and must be exterminated immediately due to its volatile nature. If you would like more information, you'll have to talk to the DI, which as the name implies, is impossible.

D-Void: I myself know little about the SCP Multiverse compared to other answerers such as Mogahn and Weirrall, but I've limitedly seen some of the events in those universes, particularly the universes which can be seen through the Youtube channel SCP explained.

I heard the Scarlet king is kind of a sicko. I would still absorb their universes if given the chance, and I might even get a SCP designation while at it.

I find the SCP Multiverses very Delectable fascinating. I'm impress that a human organisation can contain and even kill some of the things native their, even cosmic horrors.

I find Scarlet king to be nothing but a spec to be honest, he is like a rip off of Unicron in goals and unlike my brother not only needs an army to do this, but dose things I frown upon.

I respect the brothers Death on the other hand, one of the few being closer to my age. Not that they can harm me anyway. I do like the taste of the race the Scarlet king come's from, evolving from survivors of the previous Omniverse destruction.

I even have a recipe called Scarlet king stew, this is where I kidnap as many members of his race as possible and cook them into a meat stew, with the Scarlet king or his variants being the cherry on top.

Depends on who you are asking. Three or Nine? They love him as friends with ease. And you know that Marin is head over heels for him. Ten often tries to come of as cold and mean. Everything they can, free time is a valuable thing when you work for the Foundation. So they sometimes combine work and together time. Marin enjoys being with Ten when the older works on the Foundation's cybersecurity. If they have enough time they also like visiting other dimensions or playing with Celestine (Ten's cat).

Well they both liked each other after not so long. But Marin especially kept on denying his feelings couldn't even accept it to himself. But this changed when Ten dropped his mask for the first time. He always knew the Overseer as someone who is in calculated and in control of his emotions. Well not when Marin almost got killed during an attack. To say that Ten was angry would be an understatement.

Right after the enemy was done for he dropped all of the work he had and took his time to comfort Marin and stay by his side.

I would say for Ten it happened when he realized that Marin liked him for who he was not for his wealth and status. That guy was willing to give everything he had including his freedom if he could keep Ten save. Not that Ten would ever let anything like this happen.

Small warning:

While I have multiple different villains in my scp canon, I do think that Elya and Dieran are the worst of them only. Not only do they cause the most harm to the foundation and other goi like the Serpent's Hand and the GOC, they are also, among all the villains, the most aware that what they are doing is morally wrong and shouldn't be done. These two just think they are superior to most of their victims. Dieran especially has the opinion that other humans (aside from Elya) are below him.

Their skill when it comes to brainwashing and manipulation is by sure the highest I have in the entire Scarlet Void canon. And while Dieran uses his anomaly, Elya does it without one. The worst thing about Elya is, how his manipulation works. It's very hidden, and he takes his sweet time. Elya has a lot, like, a whole damn lot of patience. If he takes interest in a person he has no problem spending many months gaining their trust. He enjoys it when he can "help" them overcome hardship because when he eventually betrays them, it is so much sweeter for him if they had been ready to give their lives for him.

Dieran is a bit different; sure, he could brainwash someone without his anomaly, but why do so when his power rivals a god?

Talking about his anomaly. Maybe I should try explaining how it works.

It affects the brain like a virus; as soon as the victim is affected, he has complete control over it. He can decide:

-how and what they feel any kind of emotions.

-Take control over all of their senses.

-Heal wounds by manipulating the brain into believing the injury never happened.

-Completely overwrite a brain. Which eventually takes away the victims ability to have their own feelings. They are nothing but an empty host at this point.

-Attach his anomaly to any living being. Just found the beloved family dog again? Well great these people are now under his control.

He caused an unfathomable amount of suffering with the anomaly. Even going as far as taking down an entire small world almost entirely on his own. Simply by going into the minds of the people and turning them against each other. Which ended in a massive war. And when he was done toying with them, he ordered the Chaos Insurgency to deal with the rest.

Do I love writing villains? Hell yes.

Do I want to punch both of them in the face with the force of a truck? Yes again.
