Warning, this is related to the idea of Scp 053 being the rider Death.

Whilst this idea has the flaw of her not being the grim reaper, or an entity that takes souls to the afterlife, it is very clever in other ways.

She is innocent, yet greatly feared. Her power is literally death. No reasons, you just die. And her steed is 682. That is genius. He 'brings death' by killing so many people, and he is immune to it. This doesn't contradict him being a child of the Scarlet King by the way. I had a few thoughts about the other riders, and would like to share them.

War, well, I'm afraid I have to copy from the greats here. War is a smoking hot chick with red hair like in Good Omens. This makes sense because out of all humanities vices, lust and violence date back the furthest, before living on land was even a concept. Her steed is a beautiful massive dove or swan. It's eggs are made of precious minerals, and the feathers it sheds are like the strongest of blades. Many kingdoms, most not of this world, have gone to war to capture this bird. Despite this it is a peaceful creature, as immune to war as SCP 682 is to Death.

Famine is an African American (because of racism) who is covered completely by veils and robes. The hungrier you are, the more you can see him, representing how well off countries rarely fear him. I don't have any ideas about his steed except maybe a type of locust?

Pestilence takes the form of a monstrous ogre like creature, covered in spikes and dragging it's knuckles on the floor. At first it seems like an obvious threat that is easily fought or avoided, but as COVID showed us, it is cunning, tricky, like all life it will find a way. It's vessels were the first creatures on this planet, and except for Death it is the most ancient of them all. Once again, no ideas for it's mount except a giant rat.
