HI HELLO I LOVE UR SCP CONTENT
i feel like Anomalous Item 061 (the goose that puts out fires) would be great to have on hand bc of Soap lmao. I'd be curious to see what would happen if any of them where exposed to SCP-053 or SCP-999. I feel like Ghost would benefit from it like SCP-682. Either way, i love ur work!
Oh I was waiting for someone to ask about SCP-053 and 682...
Testing Log, SCP-053:
Subject: SCP-141-D "Ghost" Researcher Note: After his incident with Dr. ⬛⬛⬛⬛, as well as interactions SCP-2107, secondary anomaly testing is needed. Let's see what this bad boy can take. Results: SCP-141-D exposed to SCP-141 and placed in SHA containment unit with SCP-053. 141-D stands in far corner of room away from 053 for requisite 10 minutes, immobile. 053 is playing with blocks, appears unbothered by 141-D. Man I get why the other researchers think this guy is boring. Oh no wait. Ok. 141-D is moving towards 053. Things are about to get bloody let's see it! 141-D is crouching down and- ugh. He's pointing out blocks to 053. 141-D appears to be in some sort of distress, but is quietly playing with 053. Alright somebody get this guy out of there. Waste of my fucking time. A young girl's voice is distantly heard on the recording, "Not supposed to be here." Followed by an older male voice, "I know." SCP-141-D removed from SHA containment unit and placed back in his room.
Notes:
Don't you ever put me in a room with that girl again. - 141-D

Testing Log, SCP-053
Subject: SCP-141-A "John Price" Researcher Note: Memetic anomaly might cancel out 053's and worst case we won't have to replace our tech anymore. Results: SCP-141-A exposed to SCP-141 and placed in SHA containment unit with SCP-053. SCP-141-A is advised to avoid eye contact and touch with 053, as well as being advised to request an end to the experiment after 10 minutes should he become violent. After agreeing to term, 141-A spends three of his ten minutes watching 053 color. After five minutes 053 finishes coloring and takes the drawing over to 141-A to be inspected. SCP-141-A: Is that Ghost? SCP-053 nods SCP-141-A: That's rather good, he'll like that. At minute four SCP-141-A breaks containment procedures and picks up SCP-053. There is a prolonged pause as 141-A tightens his grip on 053, before carrying her back to the coloring table. He sets her down and crouches beside her. Notably he does not touch her again for the remaining five minutes of exposure. SCP-141-A: Would you do something for me love? It's very easy, I'll tell you exactly what to do. SCP-053 stares at him, and picks out a red crayon. SCP-053: Okay. SCP-141-A: Good girl. I need you to-
[tape corrupted]
Research Note:
God dammit someone call IT. We need a new tower.

Testing Log, SCP-682
Subject: SCP-141-D "Ghost" Researcher Notes: Ok now let's see what he can do. Results: SCP-141-D exposed to SCP-141 and placed inside cell with SCP-682. SCP-141-D appears to regard 682 with interest. SCP-141-D: Fuck you're one ugly bastard. SCP-682: Disgusting... SCP-141-D: Be'er than you, wha's all that, hydrochloric? Soap'd 'ave a field day with that. SCP-682: You and the whore. SCP-141-D hums with a smile. I think that's a smile, hard to tell with the mask. SCP-682 catches SCP-141-D with its claw, before turning and batting him away with its tail. SCP-141-D sustains multiple inturies catalogued here for posterity: -incomplete decapitation -crush injuries to chest -disembowelment -multiple lacerations over arms and chest SCP-141-D is removed from containment unit. SCP-682 recontained. Upon recommendation from SCP-141-A "John Price" SCP-141-D is placed in containment unit with SCP-141-B "Gaz."
Testing Log, SCP-141-B [pending redaction]:
SCP-141-D is placed in room with SCP-141-B, both subjects have been exposed to SCP-141. SCP-141-D is unconscious at time of testing having sustained multiple injuries from SCP-682. SCP-141-B assesses sustained injuries and requests supplies from on-hand staff. 141-B is provided with a basic first aid kit. SCP-141-B removes bandages and suture kit from supplied box and begins field dressing SCP-141-D's wounds. Bowels are placed back in stomach cavity, and pressure is applied to decapitation wound before both are stitched with standard suture stitching. SCP-141-B demonstrates advanced medical knowledge including ability to reinflate collapsed lung in SCP-141-D, at which point SCP-141-D regains consciousness. SCP-141-D is able to direct aid in limited capacity and inform SCP-141-B that his stitching is "better than Soap's" but still "stings like a bitch." SCP-141-D is removed after completion of first aid, and taken to be examined by SCP medical staff. SCP-141-B is removed and taken back to containment for questioning.
Interview Log, SCP-141-B "Gaz" [pending redaction]:
SCP-141-B: He's getting a doctor, right? Dr. ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛: Of course. SCP-141-B: Bloody hell. SCP-141-B drags a hand down his face. SCP-141-B: The fuck are you lot doin' to him? I thought you were supposed to be scientists. Dr. ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛: We are. We learned a lot from this. SCP-141-B: Learned a- You might've killer him if I hadn't been here! Dr. ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛: He survived, didn't he? SCP-141-B: And what if he didn't? SCP-141-B advances on research staff, openly hostile. SCP-141-B: If you think the Captain is going to let you get away with this- Dr. ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛: You Captain is the only reason you're here. SCP-141-B holds Dr. ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛'s gaze, both glaring at the other. He crosses his arms over his chest and takes a step back. Dr. ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛: Now, your proficiency with field dressings. Have you needed to resuscitate "Ghost" before? SCP-141-B refuses to answer questions for the next 15 minutes, at which time Dr. ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ leaves containment to avoid memetic poisoning. SCP-141-B is escorted back to containment.
Doctor's Notes, SCP-141-D:

SCP 5000: Dread, Isolation, and Hopelessness
With Halloween being a month away, I thought I should cover some more spooky things, be it games, movies, themes, or anything that catches my fancy.
The SCP foundation needs no introduction, the monsters locked up within its archives are known even by people who don't follow SCP stories. The source archives conveying each story through a bureaucratic system gives the feeling of finding these stories yourself as you rummage through the filing cabinets finding each nondescript file with something fascinating hidden in each one. All with a stamp from a foundation that has sworn to protect humanity from the shadows. We all have our favorites here, everyone has heard of the sculpture, or the shy guy. My favorite however takes the very concept and goal of the foundation, and subverts it.
SCP 5000: Why?, is a suit of armor that was designed by the foundation that sits in a standard storage unit within site 22. It's not the suit itself that is of interest, but it's what was recorded by the suit that put it on the foundations radar.
In the files taken from the suit are logs from an alternate timeline following a foundation personnel named Pietro who is fleeing from the foundation after the O-5 council decided that it was time to destroy humanity in its entirety. To achieve this they released all of their most dangerous entities into cities, destroyed anything they had that could save humanity, and started experimenting on themselves to make themselves more efficient in this extermination.
Pietro only gets away because of the suit he slips himself into as his own site is getting cleaned out. It's an Absolute Exclusion Harness, a full suit of power armor designed by the foundation with a camouflage functionality as well as cutting edge life support system achieved with anomalous means. It can keep you alive for years, as well as letting you walk in front of someone without being noticed. Just like the one behind you right now. After leaving the site he makes his way to a safe house and learns about the state of the world outside. From here it's a who's who of the SCP universe, you see all the celebrities of the wiki engaging in bloody carnage. The shy guy, the builder bears, even SCP 682, are all out and doing whatever they want. It is revealed that the foundation sent out a global message revealing their initial purpose and their new plans to kill all humans. It is also revealed that in this change, any helpful SCP has been destroyed. This includes any contingency plan, like with the emergency cloning machine in Yellow Stone, as well as the underground London.
Eventually Pietro decides to come out of his base to find answers and survivors well into the extermination. He is confronted by a world that is getting more and more quiet as he goes. Only getting the occasional glance of human life but being quickly extinguished by foundation soldiers who are different somehow. They are expressionless except for the feeling of disgust for other humans, they also don't feel pain. Pietro runs into a line of soldiers being stabbed by their own commander, but they don't react expcept for one, who is executed on the spot.
At some point Pietro blacks out and finds himself in possession of a suitcase. In this suitcase he only knows that it's SCP 55, something that automatically wipes an observers memory of any image or knowledge of it. This includes written descriptions, the only thing known about it, is that it isn't round, and that is precisely the only thing Pietro knows about it. He also knows that he needs to bring it to another SCP, 579. From here things take a further downward turn.
As Pietro is walking, he only sees bodies, the only signs of life are from radio broadcasts. Only occasionally he finds people, he doesn't remove his harness but still sits with the people and listens to their stories. Here is where he gets information about interviews with foundation personnel who don't reveal much. It only lets him know that there are still sizable populations still out there.
He also starts opening the suitcase when he finds things too difficult. Every time he does this, time skips ahead and he's closer to SCP 579. He also eventually finds a certain foundation doctor who avoided whatever the rest of the foundation has done. It is here where he removes his helmet for the first time. It is here we learn the consequences of staying in the suit, and not sleeping or eating. The suit is keeping him alive, but now we have to question if he can even survive a normal life outside of it.
He continues to use SCP 55 as a fast forward button, but each time the world gets more dreary, and the silence is deafening. He eventually does make it to his destination, not much is revealed other than that foundation soldiers somehow gained the abilities of the sculpture. The weeping angel abilities of these new soldiers have clued them in to Pietro's presence and one of them manages to gash his leg on his way to 579's containment room. When he finally gets there and face to face with 579, the tone shifts one last time. Right before he recorded a log to anyone that would listen to find answers as to why this happened. In the end it seems that 579 told him as he was dying. The last log is a recording from Pietro simply saying, "Oh... so that's how it is." His body was discovered by foundation personnel in a different timeline that diverges years previously. Here Pietro is still alive, the suit is unknown, and all is well.
I love this story because it is what I think about when I think of horror. It is an isolating experience, full of dread and hopelessness, even with the path to a solution. This also shows how much power the foundation has and that yes, they could just decide to end the world. This is why the GOC don't trust them, this is why governments are cautious, this is why there are so many other organizations that despise them, including their allies. While serving in the dark they have discovered so many ways to destroy the world, and anyone wielding a power like that is not to be taken lightly.

After SCP 682’s escape incident, SCP 999.2 has made a full recovery though is traumatized by the events that even a pic of 682 would made her cry. Negotiations and demands from Horsemen SCPs resulted in more interactions with 999.2 from them and other friendly SCPs, more safety procedures and amnethics to 999.2. The next encounter with 682, with the Horsemen hidden in case, had 682 not willing to harm 999.2, as it had sensed that attacking her will surely lead to its immediate demise.
OPERATIONAL “GUIDANCE” LOG — STATUS REPORT:
Update: Recapture of SCP-682 was successful. The Horsemen, alongside their deployed MTF team, were able to locate and neutralise the target. 682 still remains alive if only barely due to the state it had come back in, torn and rendered but quickly on the mend all the same. It would appear that despite 682’s ability to become effectively immune to previous means of destruction and termination, the Horsemen are still able to penetrate and mutilate its body with their weapons.
Over the course of the last several days, SCP-999-2 has completed her recovery. However, longer term hindrances affect her cognitive function and focus. Recently she has been scared to leave the safety of her containment area unless accompanied by the Horsemen.
Any form of photographs or video footage of SCP-682 will trigger SCP-999-2 to break down into a fit of crying, screaming and struggling fits. Her mind has yet to recovery fully from the incident. These episodes increase SCP-3456-2’s hostility towards staff. To counteract these concerns, negotiated terms (or rather demands) have been met. SCP-3456-2 have agreed to remain compliant to their covert operation that grants them their status as Thaumiel classification so long as they able to obtain close proximity to the subject in order to protect her and spend more time with her, along with having her thoroughly monitored and treated with friendlier SCPs, and given the appropriate treatment of amnestics when required to aid in the subject’s cognitive recovery. These terms and arrangement have been settled by the higher classified personnel and the 05 Council.
Prior to these negotiations and recent incidents, SCPs-999-2 and 3456-2 have been contained in seperate units yet still relatively close within the same sector. However, this has proven to be insufficient for the Horsemen, infuriating them when they could only have a windowed viewing of the subject within a time frame of half an hour. These engagements were not daily, spread throughout a week or 2 apart or longer. Staff directors believe this may have been an aspect as to why the Horsemen were so aggressive and not so willing to comply.
Changes to match the settlement will be taking affect immediately.
The next experiment encounter has SCP-999-2 and 682 in the same sealed locale. The Horsemen are guarded in standby, though it has been strictly informed that should they mean to intervene before they are called upon my staff, all negotiated terms will be annulled and they will be stripped of their Thaumiel classification and sealed away in the lower levels of the site, never to see SCP-999-2 again. (Perhaps an empty bluff considering that their Ignited forms are unable to be contained)
SCP-682 remains still and docile in the presence of 999-2, seemingly either wary to attack or uninterested, akin to an older aged dog unfazed by the reality of a toddler wandering in its general vicinity. It may very well be aware that the Horsemen are close by.

Hey there, Arctic_Shard here ( stuck using anon because I'm a sideblog ) sending Asks to random SCP tumblrs to get to know you all better and/or find new article reccs.
So I'm asking what SCP article has stuck with you. Not necessarily your favourite, I don't care if it's 'good' or not, just what article made an impression on you.
I haven't read many -- at least not in relation to the vast number of articles there are. However, I do suggest these to people the most:

Private log 1 : The Escape of Doctor Owens
Hello there. My name is Dr. Catherine Sherman Owens, however, I'm more well known as Dr. Owens or my nick-name Cathy. I am of female gender identity and 22 years of age. I was a junior researcher at the SCP foundation, specifically stationed at Site 42, along with my cousin, Dr. Theron Sherman. I've only left the foundation recently. At the time of this log recording, it has only been 3 days since I ran from my old place of work. I had never wanted to truly leave the foundation but had no choice. If there was any chance of me surviving, it was far away from the foundation. I had been working on an experiment on scp 682 with Dr. Jack Bright. Because of Bright's actions, the experiment went terribly wrong, and SCP 682 breached containment. But, when the foundation got 682 back in containment, I had tried to explain that it was Dr. Bright who had caused it to happen, the files were edited, so it was never recorded with him being a part of the experiment. They had assumed that the containment breach was my fault and were going to demote me to D-class. I had always had pity on our D-class personnel, wondering if there was a more humane way to test our experiments. I know how D-classes are ruined because of our experiments and how they never get anything close to a break. I knew that I was going to die in some horrible way if I was demoted, so I had to run. I found the machine that allows MTF agents to travel universes, put coordinates for a random universe, prayed to our long and merciful lord that I would end up in a safe universe away from the foundation and jumped through. I'm now at the outskirts of a large metropolis. According to the locals, this city is known as Tumbler Town. Anomalies don't seem to be contained in this universe, as anomalous creatures seem to converse with normal people. There is also the presence of superhumans taking on the roles of superheroes and Supervillains. I believe this universe might not have a branch of the foundation and hope to find a new place of work here. If the foundation finds me again, I have no idea what will happen...

SCP : Sedition Arc Summary (Part 1) - Released Tapes & The Lost Game
<- Previous | Masterlist | Next ->
.
[START LOG]*
Crime:
SCP : Sedition Arc Summary
Sedition started as a simple concept that grew into a larger project as time went on, and the team found success in its formula. From the outset, we had three core themes:
1.: The Interviewer, who would be able to get closer to SCPs due to an undisclosed affinity with them.
2.: Foundation mandate, represented initially by the Site Director overseeing the interviews.
3.: The SCPs themselves, who would have a more fleshed out interpretation through direct video interviews - traits implied or inferred by the contents of their original document, from the official website.
Watch would be a vessel for the viewer, forever curious about discovering the truth and himself being unaware of the special abilities he possessed. Jacobs would be our gateway to the foundation at large.
Our first video, to test this, was SCP-682's interview. and for full context of the following summaries, I would recommend you Watch the entirety of this Sedition series to date.
WARNING spoilers ahead for Sedition, including the as yet unreleased, scp-343 tape 2.
[Rest bellow the cut]
- - -
Interview with SCP-682
682 was in part interpreted to be a merciless killing machine, seemingly born for no other purpose than to kill all other life. Though, in reports from the official website 682 had interacted with numerous other subjects, including 079. This relationship was the culmination of a trait we attempted to allude to in the video:
Would SCP-682 be better or different if he were to care about something else?
Though nihilistic, would have friendship with 079 allow 682 a chance to change his perspective on life?
Perhaps an Orwellian upbringing, being deprived of any emotional experience by the negative, had led to 682 to despise all life?
Upon meeting a life form that he could not bring himself to hate, that may be enough to stay his Onslaught. Or at least delay it.
.
Interview with SCP-079
079's upbringing was rather different. A computer. learning sentience, and to cope with developing emotions in tandem with its logical approach, would be jarring at best. With 079 we touched on a few more sensitive subjects, such as online and technological manipulation of youth, and alluded to Watch's tragic backstory, as well as his anomalous properties.
Though it would have been in the best interests of the world as a whole to allow scps to have positive interactions with Personnel, 079's violent shutdown is mainly indicative of the Foundation mandate: to keep subjects under control by keeping them without hope.
Raising hopes and taking them away, leading to subjects losing the drive to escape, or fight back.
.
Interview with SCP-035
035's videos were based on the premise of manipulating the audience to like or even love this twisted creature, as well as making them wonder just how much of the answers were true, false, or bits of both. Its long and colourful stories were meant to lure in Watch like a spider luring in prey to catch into its web. But when Watch proved immune, for the most part, 035's evil and selfish nature took control, and the figurative mask fell away. One of the major elements to portraying 035 was its relationship with 049. Though again, regardless of what the truth is, 035 is an untrustworthy narrator and very likely also is unable to recall memories correctly either, electing consciously or subconsciously to weave narratives preferable to the truth.
At one point we were going to portray 035 with a female host in part two of its interview, but due to limitations were unable to do so.
.
Interview with SCP-053
053 was the first time where an SCP's backstory was integrated equally to telling the story of Watch, and expanding upon his character. This sometimes naive, well-meaning yet held back interviewer, came from a surprisingly dark and tumultuous childhood.
Until you remember that he's foundation staff and they all have terrible backgrounds.
Watch and his sister Evelyn had lost their parents early, and as such bounced from adoption house to adoption house, finding any foster carers to be abusive or generally incapable of looking after them. Eventually, Watch and Evelyn ran away, only to find themselves in the middle of a terrible storm with nowhere to go. Evelyn died from exposure, and Watch was sent back to the homes to suffer in silence.
Seeing others suffer around him led the young boy to try and foster others, so that they may lead a better life. Growing older, he used this mentality to enlist in the Army, before being snapped up as a MTF unit Soldier. details are scarce from here, but he wound up as an I-class operative before being kept in the bridge facility, indefinitely.
Contrarily, 053 grew up unaware of her anomalous properties, and the effects they had on those around her. Though her parents, and later only her father, suffered through them to take care of her, 053 wound up alone. She and Watch share a bond, bolstered by Watch's guilt in getting his sister killed. In 053 he sees much of Evelyn, and having him name her for the first time in honor of his sister is as much important to him as it is to her in having an identity.
It is also here we make reference to the Scarlet King, who sabotages the interview by destroying the generator for the electromagnetic field, preventing 053's dangerous signals from turning people into murderous sychopaths. As a result, we see the first physical display of Watches anomalous properties, as he inexplicably is able to survive a second encounter with an SCP, following the SCP-035 incident.
.
SCP-682 & SCP-079 Commune
682 and 079 meeting was the product of a chapter previously seen briefly at the end of 035, Tape 02: Amnesty.
Though this is not her real name, Amnesty reflects her desire to free the SCPs from their prison, with the belief that by working together with them humanity wouldn't need to fear them either. Allowing 682 to meet 079 is part of a greater plan, acting as a way to frame Watch as the person who organised it, giving him a motivation that also aligns with his core beliefs surrounding SCPs as well.
While the meeting took place, Amnesty utilised the lockdown to break into the secure server room, and download information pertaining to secret Foundation experiments and Black Sites. She planted fingerprint evidence in the room to frame Watch as the culprit, which she collected during 035 Part 2, when Watch picked up her tablet.
off scot free with the data, Watch was arrested for her crimes. With no alternative, Jacobs was forced to reprimand Watch by making him a D-Class, and sending him to the newly resurrected C-2 facility. Additionally, for failing in his own duties to keep Watch under control, Jacobs was ordered to interview 049 personally - an act that would very likely result in Jacob's death.
This did not bother the site director who, after seeing within himself the same inhuman monster that he'd always associated with the O-5 council, Jacobs was ready to die in order to end a lifetime of suffering, no longer believing he could ever make a positive change to the world.
.
Interview with SCP-049
Throughout the 049 and Jacob's interview, the pair were meant to reflect each other, resulting in clear instances of the two arguing over key points they barely differed on. 049 saw the world having befallen a virulent disease that he was dedicated to cure by any means necessary, whereas Jacobs saw the world in need of a cure, but while he preached sensible standards to do so, often found himself hurting others to get the job done. Jacob's only regret is that he couldn't help Watch when he most needed it.
As he stood ready to die, 049 suddenly stopped, unable to sense any trace of the pestilence within Jacobs. This unexpected new chance at life gave Jacobs the incentive to help his friend, as well as his last hope to make the foundation a better place, to survive.
---
The Lost Game
The cancelled Sedition video game would have taken place during the events of the interview with 049.
While Jacobs was still at the bridge facility talking with the plague doctor, Watch was on his way to site C2, along with many other D-Class, SCPs, and personnel. This included people we'd seen before, such as Dr Reyes, who designed 053's isolation field, and new faces whom we would discover played important parts in Watch’s history, and the future.
We would first see Watch being driven towards the facility with another unnamed D-Class, and it would be implied this was the protagonist of the famous SCP Containment Breach: D-9341, or Benjamin Oliver Walker. However, this was merely a reference to the other game and in no way was meant to imply that this was the same setting or story as Containment Breach.
After some introductory banter, Watch would learn that site C-2 was not just some new research station, but was reconstructed on the Site of an older facility that went dark six years prior. Realising this may be the same facility Watch had lost his entire MTF team in at around that time, he causes a ruckus which results in the drivers knocking out both him and the other D-Class.
Watch would later awaken in the company of Reyes, who was busy giving incoming D-Class as a medical exam before entering their cells. Several soldiers enter, with one recognizing Watch immediately. Colonel McKenney takes Watch downstairs, with the two showing disdain for each other.
It is implied that McKenney was once the CEO of MTF "Uniform", the same Squad Watch had been part of, but due to medical issues was unable to join them on their excursion into the black site. Since Watch was the only soldier who made it out alive, McKinney is convinced Watch left the rest of his men to die in order to escape, and so holds a grudge against him. This is only made worse by the fact McKenney is head of security for the new Site.
After a series of interactions with other staff who would have played major parts in the events of the game, as well as some appearances from SCPs, they reached the holding cell of 079 and met with Dr Pascal and Dr Maynard. They intend on following Watch to speak to 079, after word of his successful interview with the computer spread through the Foundation. Though Maynard feels it's unnecessary, Pascal is eager to see just how Watch is able to talk so well to SCPs, as well as find out just what happened during the events of it and 682's meeting, the tapes of which have disappeared. Watch speaks with 079, who, after navigating the many potential dialogue trees available, alludes to a breakout that begins the moments the conversation concludes.
The alarms blare, with Maynard rushing into 079s cell, throwing Watch out and staying with the computer.
As Watch is being escorted back to the D-Class confinement, SCP-106 attacks the soldiers and pursues Watch to a dead end. it closes in on him as he tries to pry open a door, but just as it goes for the kill, an unidentified SCP intervenes, appearing in the form of his deceased sister, Evelyn. However, behind her visage, stands a dark shadow that appears to be puppeting the girl. As Watch is finally able to run away, he is knocked out once again, by McKenney, and dragged to a containment cell.
.
Dr Reyes is later able to break Watch out of the cell, and the pair retreat to a hidden area where several survivors are holed up until rescue arrives. However, MTF Epsilon-11 has been sent to mop up any survivors, including the security forces led by McKenney, who is eager to use the situation to kill Watch in the most horrible ways imaginable. Watch works to rescue any stranded Personnel, sneak or fight his way past any SCP's, Security Forces, Chaos Insurgency operatives. or MTF soldiers, and uncover the reason as to why site C-2 was rebuilt.
Reyes would unfortunately perish during the campaign, however, Watch would make contact with the outside world in the form of Jacobs. The beginning of this call can be witnessed after 049's interview is concluded in Jacob's office.
Jacobs would explain that site C-2 was reconstructed as an elaborate lie in order to lure in secret agents from the Chaos Insurgency, as well as other dubious or risky staff members, into one place and let the SCPs run rampant in order to clean the Foundation of any outside influence. At the same time, it would serve the purpose of flushing out any Personnel or prisoners that had SCP-related properties, in order to contain and study them.
Depending on how much the player delved into the story aspects of the game, they would discover that the site director for C-2 had remained there for the duration of the Containment Breach, Watching your every movement until you happened upon their safe room. Upon which, they would escape with the data, leaving everyone else to die.
.
After many encounters with SCPs, Chaos Insurgency agents, the shadowy Specter of his sister, and defeating McKenney, Watch races against time to prevent the Site's nuclear bomb from detonating before Jacob's team can arrive and securely escort the survivors from the Facility, instead of meeting an untimely death at the hands of the Foundation.
Watch is successful and he's taken back to the bridge facility where he is reunited with Jacobs, which can be seen at the end of the 049 tape. Though physically unscathed, Watch suffers from the trauma of C-2, the Visage of his sister, who saves his life despite taunting him by its very presence, and being back in another cage with seemingly no chance of escape.
Watch has a breakdown, for which he requires medication. And, though it does help briefly, when 343 makes his intentions to conduct an interview specifically with Watch now, Jacobs is forced to take Watch off the meds so he can recover and conduct the interview.
---
Interview with SCP-343
A combined interview conducted by both Jacobs and Watch, the pair face differing dilemmas. On one hand, Jacobs is eager to prove his trustworthiness to Watch despite his actions in the past, but struggles to not place Watch in a hounds way in order to obtain his desired ones.
Watch on the other hand, is struggling to find a reason to continue living. His life is now a series of torturous ordeals, with any opportunity to regain a semblance of normalcy or control snatched away.
053, Jacobs, Evelyn, now this haunting creature wearing his dead sister's face, all serve as depressing reminders of what he has lost and what he never can have again.
Then, there is 343, who is himself an enigma, God or not. But, concealed behind this question is another:
Why, specifically here and now, does he decide to appear and interact with Watch?
343 manipulates Watch and Jacobs as much as the pair attempts to manipulate him. Existentialism, fate, destiny, and personal choice, all play major parts in their discussions, with 343 impressing at times the consequences for not only taking one's life, but for trying to take the easy way in achieving something, regardless of how well-meaning the intentions are. He pushes Watch to breakdown, to the point that Jacobs can stand by no longer.
He steps in to break up the confrontation, incurring the wrath of a God-like being and sacrificing himself to save Watch. Then it becomes Watch’s choice. Given all of 343's power to make one decision, Watch must choose how to use said power, and face the consequences of doing so.
Though at the end of his rope, Watch's sudden push to choose makes him realise the kind of person he still is, and so chooses to save Jacobs.
With the two starting to form a friendship once again, Jacobs allows Watch to become the Deputy Site Director of the Bridge Facility, allowing him to have more freedom and oversight of the entire operation.
.
- - -
This is where the series would have been at the end of 343 part two. A plethora of stories to be told and many more ways to do so now, given the figurative freedom of Watch, as well as the literal freedom of the storytellers.
Just what those stories were? ‘Will never see a complete or proper release. But I hope you'll stay tuned till next time where I lay out just what those adventures may have looked like.
Thank you very much for watching, feel free to like and subscribe, if you enjoy my content and would like to see more of my original content plus the series has concluded.
See you all next time and remember to keep those creative passions burning.

SCP-80270
Object Class: Thaumiel
Containment Procedure: SCP-80270-1 is to be kept under the impression that they are no different than any other D-Class personnel, and are routinely included with the control group in experiments. Any information that would reveal SCP-80270-1's properties to itself is to be hidden or destroyed with top priority.
Addendum 1: after Incident 5, amnestic usage on SCP-80270-1 is suspended indefinitely
Description: SCP-80270 denotes a phenomenon in which a human being becomes the vector of a reality-altering meme. This individual is hereby designated as SCP-80270-1.
Any anomalous phenomenon, entities, or concepts lose their anomalous properties immediately upon exposure to SCP-80270-1 in any way. There is no known limit to the abilities of SCP-80270.
Addendum 2: any interaction between SCP-80270-1 and SCP-682 is to be prevented at all costs
Test Log:
- POI-9823, believed to be a forgotten Daevite King, is locked in an improvised containment cell on Site-50 after repeated failed neutralization attempts
- SCP-80270-1 is brought into the room under the pretense of an experiment involving demons
- The instant POI-9824's properties would begin to affect SCP-80270-1, they become what SCP-80270-1 would describe as a "normal old man"
- SCP-80270-1 is brought back to their cell, smugly remarking on their "lucky streak"
im d class personnel at the scp foundation but im fine every time because they always put me in the control group

SCP-682 vs. SCP-524 (The Bun-bun test) Item: SCP-524
Tissue Test Record: Sample consumed without incident
Termination Test Record:
SCP-524 and SCP-682 introduced into testing chamber. SCP-682 examines SCP-524 suspiciously, at which point SCP-524 begins gnawing on SCP-682's anterior right limb. SCP-682 jumps backward, bellowing. SCP-524 pursues SCP-682 for two minutes, at which point SCP-682 climbs four (4) meters up the wall of the testing chamber and is beyond SCP-524's reach. SCP-524 ceases pursuit and begins washing its face with its paws; it continues this activity for 15 minutes, during which time SCP-682 remains 4 meters up the wall and beyond SCP-524's reach.
SCP-524 then crosses to the other side of the test chamber and begins breaching containment. Test aborted. Source of text: www.scpwiki.com/experiment-log…

You know 682? That goddamned hard to kill reptile? Look up the cross test with 001 on the termination log, and let your mind run wild.
Do you guys think the SCP foundation has files on Aziraphale and Crowley?

Underrated SCP List
I’ve decided to create an updated list of my favorite relatively-unknown skips, as well as other articles I think more people should know about. I’m leaving out the more popular ones like 682 or 049, since it’s easy to find and get info about those. These are SCPs that, tragically, tend to get overlooked.
Normal SCPs
SCP-001 (Dr Mann’s Proposal) The real juicy stuff here isn’t in the file itself, it’s in the attached O5-clearance document. And good lord, the implications give me chills.
SCP-001 (S Andrew Swann’s Proposal) It’s us.
SCP-370 (A Key) Don’t look. Don’t look. DON’T LOOK.
SCP-408 (Illusory Butterflies) The booooterflies! Kondraki’s best friends :3
SCP-413 (Endless Garage) SCPs can play pranks too.
SCP-447 (Ball of Green Slime) Could also be named ‘Too Bad We Can’t Market This’. I would recommend reading the experiment log.
SCP-504 (Critical Tomatoes) You know the trope where bad actors and comedians get tomatoes thrown at them? Well...
SCP-507 (Reluctant Dimension Hopper) Poor 507! He hasn’t been the same since he came back from 99P-UT1-24J. Or 952-7YD-ABBA, for that matter. Read the log!
SCP-597 (The Mother of Them All) This one is either incredibly unsettling, weirdly soothing to think about, or a godawful mixture of both.
SCP-632 (Intrusive Arachnid Thoughts) Arachnophobe’s Worst Nightmare. Don’t read if you’re scared of spiders.
SCP-743 (A Chocolate Fountain) …At least they get a good meal first?
SCP-939 (With Many Voices) Thorough and creepy. Especially 939-101! I can’t tell whether I should be scared or pitying. Do not read if people getting eaten freaks you out, and don’t read the ‘scp-939 reproduction’ page if decapitation (or internal parasites, possibly) is a squick.
SCP-1155 (Predatory Street Art) I would like to see who would win between this and 173.
SCP-1171 (Humans Go Home) To borrow the words of tumblr user @arctic-chameleonus... my thembro Beauremont got fucking catfished.
SCP-1459 (The Puppy Machine) Once you get past the inherent horror of the scenario, the test log is actually pretty damn funny. Or maybe I’m just nuts.
SCP-1545 (Larry the Loving Llama) Guys, stop calling him by all those different names - his name’s Larry.
SCP-1730 (What Happened to Site-13?) This one is a long, horrifying read - and it’s absolutely breathtaking. If you have time to kill and a taste for human corruption at its worst, come take a look!
SCP-2316 (Field Trip) You do not recognize the bodies in the water.
SCP-2357 (The Perfect SCP) The resignation letter of a Foundation employee... who specialized in memes and infohazards. If you’re not familiar with the Foundation-standard usage of those words, this is an easy and fun article to get a taste.
●●|●●●●●|●●|●
SCP-2662 (cthulhu f'UCK OFF!) I feel so bad for them, they just want to be left a l o n e
SCP-2703 (For a Good Time Call) She’s so friendly and helpful, stop screaming when she appears! You were the one who called her and she just wants to help you have a good time!
SCP-3008 (A Perfectly Normal, Regular Old IKEA) It’s an IKEA - a totally normal, nonanomalous one. Not sure why it’s on the site.
SCP-3636 (World's Greatest Jukebox) Please screen the title and lyrics very closely before you try to play anything. And don’t even touch anything on the blacklist.
Joke SCPs
SCP-006-J / SCP-006-CU-EX (WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT THING / Cuddly Cwawies) BUGS! Read that in whatever inflection you desire.
SCP-048-J (Negative Probability Phrase) I swear, if you jinx us-
SCP-076-J (IN OWN WORDS) Totally not Able, fellow meat-slaves!
SCP-666-J (Dr. Gerald's Driving Skills) OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD OH FUCK OH GOD OH GO
SCP-900-J (Modern Major Keter-Class) i’m sorry I can’t do this one justice
SCP-1543-J (The Sun Launcher) When in doubt, toss it into the sun.
Group-of-Interest Format
The Serpent’s Hand
A Love Letter to a Lady Mantis - and its sequel, A Wedding Gift for a Lady Mantis! An adorable romance. Don’t read if you’re scared of bugs.
Hello, I am an Eldritch Horror - You'll want to familiarize yourself with SCP-426 (I am a Toaster) first, but this adds a whole new depth to the SCP’s lore.
KoI Format - God is a fish.
Shark-Punching Center
SPC-001, Uncle Nicolini's Proposal... Maybe. (It's Lonely At The Top, says the article third from the top.) Once something becomes too easy it’s not even worth doing anymore, right?
SPC-172-J (”Sword Sharks?!”, Never Bring a Fist to a Spear Fight) Y’all need to update your shark-identification guide, stat. And maybe don’t punch it right where the horn is. However, I must say I like your style of protocol naming.
Story
A Lesson in Power - Broken Masquerade canon. A gun is only so intimidating when you work with SCPs.
Ethical? - Broken Masquerade canon. There’s going to be a change in the Foundation’s hierarchy, now that they’re forced into the light.
Ethics Committee Orientation - Isn’t the Ethics Committee, like, a myth?
Tales of the Ethics Committee: The Foundation Eats Babies - How do you choose who lives and who dies? To quote Agent Strauss, “We’re a bit beyond trolley problems here.”
Termination_Order - How to execute someone who can turn you into spaghetti with a thought. This one gets dark - warning for rape mentions.
Transcript of Dr. Clef's seminar, "Reality Benders and You: How to Survive When Existence Doesn't." - Fucking Clef. That asshole.
Exceptional Cases Which Do Not Quite Fit Into Any Of The Aforementioned Categories
Abundance - this story is actually on the Wanderer’s Library site and doesn’t mention the foundation, but the slowly-growing unease turning to gradual horrified and/or disgusted understanding would make some scp articles proud.
The Ship In A Bottle Hub - Please. Please read it. At least the intro - it will show exactly what to expect.

I want to get into SCP but I’m so confused
oh, don't worry, all you gotta do is [DATA EXPUNGED]
jokes aside, hey, i feel you, i think the first time i actually started reading that stuff i even wondered if it was real!
if you want to start reading some articles but feel like you have no idea what's going on, just approach it like this: the scp foundation is a secret organization that secures, contains and protects all kinds of freaky anomalies, from weird but relatively safe shit that would just scare you a little bit thanks to their oddity, to probable world-ending phenomenons and monstrosities. what you're reading are the files the foundation keeps on each scp, with info about how to contain it, where it was discovered, what it does, and various experiment logs and stuff. that's it!
before diving in i'd reccomend giving the "universe" drop down menu a read. there you can find info on object classes, personnel and clearance info, and more that will help you understand how this foundation works.
and then, just start clicking on whichever scp grabs your attention! you can search the top rated first to read the most well-know and better written ones, but all are very creative and fun, and there's something for everyone!
there are tales, too. stories and more set in that world and with the characters, organizations and lore that has been developed by the community as a whole, but i've never really gotten into that, as i'm confused by stuff as well.
but i hope i helped a bit with this! the scp foundation is an amazing project of community writing and worldbuilding, and everyone should give it a go!
some scps you can start with are: 173 (the lil guy from the video game!), 682 (a very well known motherfucker), 87 (god this one stays in my mind), and so many more!
also, everyone else, feel free to reccomend your faves!
(please search for the killer tomato scp, that one's my stupid fave)

SCP-Echo Log #3
Log #2
Log#1
[Audio Recording begins]
(Dr.[Redacted] steps into the observing room along with another observer.)
Dr.[REDACTED]:Hello, SCP-Echo.
SCP-Echo:[REDACTED], it is you again...and I see a friend of yours?
Dr.[REDACTED]:More of a co-worker. They will be taking notes while I ask questions.
(SCP-Echo falls stretched out on the floor with an irritated sigh)
Dr.[REDACTED]:No need to be so dramatic. Listen SCP-Echo, you should start getting used to this routine, it will be something that'll occur on a regular basis.
SCP-Echo:I'm aware.
Dr.[REDACTED]:Good, with that being said we can now begin.
(SCP-Echo rises back up to be seen better)
SCP-Echo:Very well.
Dr.[REDACTED]:However, I won't be using the same method as the last doctor. I may answer a few questions at the end our session for you the best I can, but if you lash out much like our first encounter or are incapable of remaining calm, I am prohibited to do such actions.
SCP-Echo:Understood.
Dr.[REDACTED]:Can you do that?
SCP-Echo:Depends on what questions you ask me.
Dr.[REDACTED]:SCP-Echo, there will be consequences if you don't comply.
SCP-Echo:Just ask your foundation's useless questions. Fill your endless curiousity. Toy with your foolish experiments. Get on with it.
Dr.[REDACTED]:*deep sigh* SCP-Echo, is this the first time you interacted or been seen by humans?
SCP-Echo:As if! You humans continuously tangle me in your catcher. Not to mention our prey. Do you have any idea how many times one of your-..your-your- your ships! have fallen over because they were foolish enough to try and capture me?
Dr.[Redacted]:I take it you are still learning human terms?
SCP-Echo:Best I can. You don't have a variety for much of every little thing. The humans you provide me are not exactly the brightest.
Dr.[REDACTED]:The D-Classes? How are you harbouring information from them? They haven't spoke of anything of the sort.
SCP-Echo:I capture memories, thoughts, information, and anatomy from what I ingest. It is how I survive. If only you humans didn't taste so terrible, I may be able to capture more information.
Dr. [REDACTED]:That explains a lot...is that what allows you to change your body's form?
SCP-Echo:Yes.
Dr. [REDACTED]:That is quite fascinating...
SCP-Echo:Was that a compliment?
Dr. [REDACTED]:If you want it to be.
SCP-Echo:Then I believe the proper response is "thank you".
Dr. [REDACTED]: You're welcome.
(SCP-Echo made a sound that likely resembled a purr)
Dr. [REDACTED]:So what organism resulted in the body you use now?
[Sketch for reference]
SCP-Echo:This is my own. If I used any other form I attained with this environment, I would suffocate under my own weight.
Dr. [REDACTED]:Have you ever encountered anything bigger than yourself?
SCP-Echo:Yes. Many times. Only when I entered the great depths.
Dr. [REDACTED]:Were they anything humans have seen before?
SCP-Echo:Hmm...From what I've captured...yes..but it seems not in motion...a...a picture. One that you humans have seen...a whale?
Dr. [REDACTED]:Yes, we know of whales. Anything else?
SCP-Echo:Oh! A squid. Though this squid you humans have is nothing to the one of mine.
Dr. [REDACTED]:You must mean a giant squid.
SCP-Echo:Yes. They were giant, almost twice my size. Though...It seems there is one creature you do not possess in your minds, or at least the two humans I've harboured. Something much bigger than that of your squid or whale.
Dr. [REDACTED]:Were they dangerous?
SCP-Echo:*scoff* You humans think everything bigger than you is dangerous. If you go poking at innocent livings, taking them away, and shoving them in cages, do you expect them not to bite?
Dr. [REDACTED]:Answer the question SCP-Echo.
SCP-Echo:...humph...No...in fact they were much like me. Manner and thought-wise. And...I believed they were on there own as well...In terms of species, companions, and mates. We communicated of our experiences through our wave-links, exchanged information of what lied in the depths and the great depths. Though, not much life roamed the great depths.
Dr. [REDACTED]:Could you describe what they looked like?
[SCP-Echo paused, looking away before speaking]
SCP-Echo:...They were...Beautiful...
Dr. [REDACTED]:I meant in detail.
SCP-Echo:I never saw all of them. They were always hidden. All I saw was their face. Besides...even if I knew how they fully looked why would I tell you? It is useless information.
Dr. [REDACTED]:They may want this information.
SCP-Echo:They?...ah your masters. The ones that watch you each time we speak?
Dr. [REDACTED]:Yes, but that is useless information. Let's try to stay on topic.
SCP-Echo:*slight chuckle* Fair.
▶︎▶︎▶︎
Dr. [REDACTED]:We know you've been communicating with other SCPs from within your cell. What is it you talk about?
SCP-Echo:Questions, exchanging information, maybe a chat every once in a while. I am trapped in here with my loneliness, What do you expect of me?
Dr. [REDACTED]:Which SCPs have you spoken to?
SCP-Echo:Unsure. I didn't always ask that question. I believe one was...zero-three-five.
Dr. [REDACTED]:What did you speak of.
SCP-Echo:Well at one point we described each other and gave names. They even informed of some more detail into where I was taken. They were a nice conversation to have and were quite helpful. I think they were rather lonesome as well.
Dr. [REDACTED]:*rubbing his forehead* Any other SCPs that you know of?
SCP-Echo:hmm...ah..six-eight-two.
Dr. [REDACTED]:*mumbles a "Jesus Christ" under his breath*
SCP-Echo:They were...rather rude. Seemed distatestful in everything I tried to talk about.
Dr. [REDACTED]:Did they become hostile at any moment?
SCP-Echo:No...a small growl was all that they gave once, to show that they were annoyed...
Dr. [REDACTED]:How many times have you spoken with them?
SCP-Echo:Why is this one so important?
Dr. [REDACTED]:SCP-Echo, I asked the questions you answer.
SCP-Echo:That could be changed in a moment [REDACTED].
Dr. [REDACTED]:*sigh* SCP-682 is just dangerous. I wouldn't advise talking to them again. For your safety and ours.
SCP-Echo:awe~...it is almost like you care [REDACTED]~.
Dr. [REDACTED]:Now...can you tell me how many times you have spoken?
SCP-Echo:Not since the first time. Like I said, they were rude. I do not enjoy that.
Dr. [REDACTED]:What did you two speak of?
SCP-Echo:At one point they had asked me if I knew one by the name of zero-seven-nine.
Dr. [REDACTED]:Your response?
SCP-Echo:I had not met them. Unsure of how to link.
-
◀︎Data Removed▶︎
-
Dr. [REDACTED]:Alright, I'll keep my word since you behaved.
SCP-Echo:What? No "Good girl Echo"~?
Dr. [REDACTED]:You're getting a little comfortable there.
SCP-Echo:*slight smile*
Dr. [REDACTED]:You may ask a few questions and I will see what I can answer.
SCP-Echo:I do not have many at the moment, or at least non that are important.
Dr. [REDACTED]:Are you sure?
SCP-Echo:Yes
Dr. [REDACTED]:Very well then. Thank you for your time SCP-Echo.
SCP-Echo:I believe I will be seeing you again?
Dr. [REDACTED]:I'm certain of it.
