SCOTUS ruling
The Supreme Court ruled in an 8-1 decision that Pennsylvania's Nonpublic Elementary and Secondary Education Act was unconstitutional and violated the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment. Because of this, they established the “Lemon Test”.

Repost from @cbnnews using @RepostRegramApp - Is this a BIG WIN for CHRISTIANITY? Many are saying the US Supreme Court delivered a narrow victory for Jack Phillips, the Colorado baker who declined to make a same-sex wedding cake because it violated his religious beliefs. Phillips had said his religious rights should be upheld. As a result of the ensuing legal battle, he lost 40 percent of his business and had to lay off half his staff. The court's ruling though is being called a narrow victory that only applies in his case. In other words, it may not apply to future disputes that pit religious liberty against claims of discrimination. #coloradobaker #jackphillips #scotus #scotusruling
