Just ask some of your peers like scorpdk, who have FA accounts. You can post human stuff there and no one minds. There is a lot of crossover between the furry and pony fandoms.

You start by starting. Find a reference and try drawing that. When you run into something that you can't figure out Google up a tutorial. Things like hands and feet are a pain but don't stress out if they aren't perfect at 1st. Hell I struggle with those still and I was drawing humans before ponies.

If you need a push try using this as a reverence:

Try redrawing that pose. You can also try to turn it into Human Marigold or Allegro.

Or if you are worried about permissions you can use one of my drawings. Just choose one of the characters and focus on the pose, ignore the complicated clothes.
