Nail strengthening serums or vitamins?

My nails constantly break or top layer peels. They prob aren’t strong enough. Any recs on vitamins or polishes to put on that would help with this? I want healthy nails 😭

💙 63/365 💙 I rarely ever talk about this, but I have scoliosis. I've struggled with it since I was a teen. It sucks. ⚡️ There's just not really a nice way to put it. It could be worse. I could be in constant pain from it, but I'm not. It has been worse lately, though. It's mostly been right when I get out of bed in the morning, my back will feel like it got slammed into a wall or like it got crushed on my sleep. I don't feel the pain until I get up out of bed. Derek has not felt pain in his back, so it's not just some mattress issue. Sorry if this post is a downer, but just wanting to bring awareness to this body deformity, because that's what it is. I hate that term, though, deformity. It has such a negative ring to it. However, depending on the severity of the scoliosis, it can cause rib cage shift, noticeable outward body oddities, shoulder blade jutting out, and uneven shoulders, among other things. So on top of pain and/or discomfort, it can cause body shame and self esteem issues.
