As a #volunteer park and rec chairperson you get involved in some cool projects. In @RichlandTwp I'm working with @appalachianmountainclub to add 1.5 miles of wooded trail to a #railtrail This is part of #PAHighlandstrail in the #quakertown area. And will be a part of @thecircuittrails connecting to an 800mi #trailnetwork This project is thanks to funds being provided from #AMC #richland and #schuykillhighland grants Today we started to map out a wooded section. Will be looking for #volunteers to do some trail building in the near future.
