"Travelers Venture into the Sweeping Scenery. I tried to capture the full ambiance of an adventure in this illustration. The thoughtful Ophilia hands out apples, while Therion maintains a bit of distance from the group. Alfyn waves to Tressa, who's already darted ahead of the pack. This vignette packed with moments exemplifying the protagonists.

"I consciously designed this as a contrast to the tavern illustration we first released: outside instead of inside, bright instead of dim. A dynamic piece that strikes a balance with the practical tone of the previous seated piece.

"The truth is, both pieces are illustrated from the perspective of the ninth traveler: the player. To them I say: bon voyage!" - Naoki Ikushima, lead character designer
