So big news about Zoros lineage...

Had to take a few breaths to collect all the feelings the news gave me.

After having settled a bit I want to add something I have thought about conserning Zoro getting a back stroy like Sanji, Nami and the other strawhats.

In each of the flashbacks and arcs, there is a point in which the character have to be saved by Luffy and the others. We would only have gotten a Zoro arc, if he found himself in a situation where HE needed to be rescued and had to leave the crew, and crying his eyes out to get rescued or return to the ship.

Roronoa Zoro does not need to be rescued. His mission in life is to become the strongest, for Kuina, for Luffy and for the whole crew. His loyalty is so strong, so to leave the crew he would literally have to die.

I have seen some people argue that the lack of an arc means he is not an important character... That is just Bulls..t! Where would the crew be without Zoro and his determination and strength? They would be dead. And no, Sanji couldn't have taken his place. Zoro is the steady rock of the crew.

He doesn't care about his heritage, he cares about what he can do here and now.

Funny revel about the "criminal" side of his family is the names have something to do with gambling and luck. It puts a little on why he chose to test his luck on Sandai Kisetsu.

It is also implyed by Oda that Zoro is involved in a special fate. And that means there might still be more to him than what we know so far.

My shipping heart though, hopes Tashigi will have another lineage. So they won't be cousins in any way. Maybe she is a child of one of the other none Shimotsuki people who left Wano. A theory of mine is that she might be related to Akainu. Because the Sword tattoo on Akainus arm and the logo on Tashigis shirt as a child are the same. It would make her loyalty to justice even more intense and explain why she is having such a hard time with it.

I hope this is not Oda selling out and letting the stroy go haywire because of fans, demands, and a need for a break. I hope to see even more Zoro from now on and I hope to see Tashigi soon too.
