Pairing: Spencer Reid x Female BAU!Reader
Requested: yes
Summary: After telling a white lie to your family about your relationship status, your forced to beg your coworker Spencer to pretend to be your boyfriend for a weekend wedding.
Warnings: Light smut at the end, penetrative sex, creampie, mentions of Spencer's childhood.
A/N: Thank you for the request on this one! Ever since I rewatched Season 7 and saw Spencer dancing with everyone at JJ's wedding I've been thinking non-stop about him just holding you close like that and I'm going to shut up now because 8k words of that is more than enough lmao.
You can find my masterlist here, and I just started posting all my stuff on AO3 as well, so if you prefer to read there, check it out!
Despite knowing about your brother’s impending nuptials for the last 18 months, it was in the final two-week stretch that you actually started panicking about getting the date that you’d promised them. It was one sweet little white lie that you had made that had just spiraled out of control, but you’d yet to actually manifest the secretive boyfriend who was “very real actually, mom, he’s coming to the wedding actually.”
It was that statement that had sealed your fate, and always one to wear your emotions on your face when you weren’t on a case, it wasn’t long before someone noticed your building anxiety and guilt.
“Okay, spill Y/N. You look like you just witnessed your favorite author kick a puppy or a kitten or something,” Penelope said when you dropped some files off in her room that morning, spinning around on her chair to face you as soon as she caught your reflection in her monitor.
“It’s this wedding I have to go to,” you sighed dramatically, falling into one of the other chairs in the room kept for visitors.
“Want me to help you get out of it?” Penelope offered, patting your hand comfortingly.
“I’m not sure my brother would be too pleased about that, since it’s his wedding and all. My mother would drag me down all the way from here herself if she had to.”
“Okay, so a no-show is a no-go. Then what gives, my sweet avenging angel? There has to be something serious to get you looking all glum.”
You sighed and ran a hand through your hair before straightening up and leaning into Penelope more, creating an air of secrecy.
“Promise you won’t tell?”
“Oh sweetie, if only you knew the secrets these four walls held,” she replied dramatically, pulling a laugh from you.
“Last year, I was so, I don’t know, jealous I guess, of all the attention my brother and his fiancee were getting because of the wedding, and it just felt like every time my mom called me, she would only want to talk about them because of the wedding. I felt left out, and I already live so far away anyway, so it’s hard to have that connection with people back home, so I might have told a small, tiny, inconsequential lie that now actually has consequences?” Your face flushes at the confession, and you can see Penelope trying her best not to blurt out her thoughts, intent on letting you continue.
“I told her I was seeing this guy. He’s amazing, he works in the FBI just like me, and he’s smart, and he takes me on dates to these amazing places, like museums and interesting restaurants and to book fairs. I told her he was handsome and that he looked at me like I put the stars in the night sky, and he just doesn't exist, Penelope. And now I have to disappoint my mother again by turning up to my brother's wedding without a date.”
“Oh sweetheart,” was all she said for a minute, and the sympathetic look on her face made you want to run out of there immediately.
“I know, I know, I need to tell her the truth, but I don’t want to do it at the wedding and spoil her happiness. She loves weddings.”
“And this fake boyfriend is supposed to be your plus-one?” she asked.
“My invitation read ‘To our darling sister and her mystery man,’” you groaned, wondering how you could have been so childish in the first place. You’d acted like any child on a playground would, inventing lies to make yourself seem more important and cooler.
“I think I have the perfect solution for you, angel, but you might not like it,” Penelope grinned from her chair, leaning back and playing with the pen in her hands nefariously as if she’d been waiting for this chance her whole life. You didn’t trust that look, but you had no other option, so you took a deep breath and listened to her plan.
–X–
Three days later, and you were suddenly pacing the hallways with a coffee and a croissant, poised and ready to kidnap an FBI Agent the second he passed you.
At first, you’d laughed at the suggestion she’d made, outlandish as it was. But 72 hours of reflection, and a timely phone call from your mother, and suddenly you were on board and ready to lock on to your target. You stopped pacing when you heard the elevator ding, signaling the arrival of Spencer Reid. You were thankful that his schedule was so regular and timed down to the minute that you had just enough time to ambush him in the hallway before any other member of your team noticed.
“Spencer! Here I bought you coffee and a croissant from that cafe I mentioned a while back,” you panicked, unloading the gifts into his arms quickly, taking him off guard, before checking left and right before pushing him into the nearest empty room and shutting it behind you.
“Good morning to you, too, Y/N. Is there a reason we’re in a closet right now?” he asked, looking down at you with knitted eyebrows.
“Yes,” you gumped, afraid to say anymore.
“Are you going to tell me what the reason is?”
“I need you to be my boyfriend for a weekend,” you finally blurted out.
“You need me to… Just for a weekend?” He looked confused, and you felt your cheeks flame up, as you tried your best to explain the situation for him.
“My brother is getting married in LA this weekend, and I need a date. I told my mom last year that I was in a relationship with a really great guy who also works for the FBI.”
“Oh. So, you broke up with him and don’t want to tell your mom?”
“No, he never existed. Long story, I can explain on the plane, but I really need you to come with me! I’ll pay for everything, and I’ll even get you this coffee and any pastry of your choice every day for a month, please, please, please!” You begged him, so desperate that you were moments away from dropping to your knees and grabbing his leg, refusing to move until he acquiesced. You didn’t have to in the end.
“Oh, sure, I’ll go. When did you say it was?” Your jaw fell open in shock, and it took a few seconds to pull yourself back together as you reacted to his words.
“This weekend? The flight is tomorrow at 6 a.m.” You smiled sheepishly as his eyes bugged out of his head.
“This weekend? What were you going to do if I said no?” He laughed at you a little, taking a sip of the coffee you bought him.
“Honestly? Plan B was to cry, and plan C was to kill off my mystery man in a freak accident.”
“Wow, we just started fake dating and you’re already trying to bump me off.” His smile made you burn hotter than before, as you playfully hit his arm in response.
“Stop saying we’re dating. I pulled you in here to ask you privately because I didn’t want weird rumors circulating in the office,” you pouted.
“Then you better let me out of the closet, Y/N, before people think we’re doing something we shouldn’t be. At least three people saw you drag me in here, you know.”
With that, you rush to open the door and run out, shouting a reminder back at him.
“Just be ready, okay. I’ll see you at the airport at 6 a.m.”
–X–
The flight, despite being ridiculously long, was altogether quite pleasant, and you made it back to California in one piece, Spencer trailing behind you like a lost puppy for a while, letting you take up the role of “airport dad” as you guided him through the airport and to the hotel where the wedding was being held.
“So what’s our cover story?” He asked in the taxi on the way there, breaking the comfortable silence.
“What cover story?” you asked, looking up at him from your phone, still focused on just getting to the destination.
“Where did we meet, how long have we been dating, how much do they know about me?” He listed off the possible questions that his parents were absolutely going to interrogate him with soon. “I need to prepare so we don’t get caught out, right?”
“Oh, right. Based on what I told them, we met at work and we’ve been seeing each other casually for about a year now. I didn’t give them a name yet, which annoys my mom to no end, but I was always pretty private as a child so she didn’t find it all that suspicious. Other than that, they don’t know that much about my mystery boyfriend apart from the things we’ve done together.” He listened attentively as you spoke, taking each of your words in and committing them to memory.
“What was our first date?” He asked.
“Coffee shop. That place I got you the coffee from earlier, it’s called Flondon. I’m a regular there, so it made sense to use it in my story.”
“What else have we done together?”
“There was a book fair in New York a few months back that we, uh, spent the weekend at. You surprised me for my birthday with the tickets.”
“Wow, so I’m a really great boyfriend then.” He joked a little, and you let out another groan of annoyance at his teasing. You didn’t get the chance to finish your conversation though, as the taxi finally pulled up to the hotel.
You climbed out of the taxi after paying the driver, Spencer having already left to grab your bags, before walking into the foyer of the hotel.
“Y/N, just one last thing before we go in,” he stopped you at the door, grabbing you by the arm gently. “Are we… the, um. Hotels tend to get booked up pretty early for weddings, and I’m sure your family will be suspicious if we don’t share a room so…”
He didn’t have to finish voicing his thoughts before you were cursing, not having made the connection before.
“Shit, you’re right. My brother made the booking for me months ago. We just have to go in and get the room key but I totally forgot… It’s fine, right? We’ve roomed together on cases, haven’t we?” You asked, looking up at him.
“No, we haven’t. 67% of our motel bookings allow for single occupation rooms for Agents, I end up sharing a room with Morgan for 15% of overnight stays where double occupation is necessary, Hotch for another 17%, and the remaining 1% is made up of outliers where I had to share with Rossi or Prentiss, but we…we haven’t shared before.” He gestured between the two of you for a moment there, letting the facts sit with you.
“Spencer, it’s okay with me, is it okay with you? I understand if you’re not comfortable with it. We can just turn around now if you want.”
“No, no it’s totally fine. I just wanted to make sure you’re comfortable with it. Morgan says I snore, so I guess I’m not the best roommate in the world.” He smiled at you then, reassuringly, and moved his hand down your arm until it reached your hand.
You looked down at where his hand had entwined with yours and your heart gave a little jolt. Spencer didn’t like physical touch, and you knew that. You tried not to initiate any contact with him, despite being a touchy person, but there had been times after particularly tough cases and with close calls where you’d thrown yourself into the nearest person's arms, and he always happened to be near.
But those hugs had been thoughtless, natural reactions to stressful situations and this was intentional, and more importantly, he’d started it.
“Sorry, I just assumed we should get used to, uh, touching each other, I guess? We’re going to be doing it all weekend, you know, might as well start now.” He gave you an awkward closed-lip smile, and you giggled at his awkward explanatory tone. Squeezing his hand a bit, you grabbed your suitcase again in your free hand, and pushed open the door with your shoulder, pulling Spencer in behind you.
The lobby was filled with people arriving for the wedding, and you instantly spotted three cousins and two aunts from across the room, giving them a little smile as you made your way to the reception desk, Spencer right at your side.
“Hi, reservation for Y/N L/N, please.”
“Sister of the groom, right? Your mother asked me to give her a call when you arrived. Please wait one minute.” She handed you your key, and you felt yourself go pale, turning around to Spencer for reassurance.
“Oh god, she’s coming now, what do we do?”
“Y/N, calm down, it’s okay, we knew we were going to have to see your mom tonight at the reception anyways.”
“You’re right. Okay, right. Okay.” You breathed out, as Spencer wrapped his other arm around you, holding you in a closer embrace while keeping your hands locked together.
“One of my aunts is looking at us. She looks like she wants to say something. Oh god, she’s coming over, Spencer act natural,”
“Saying act naturally is actually counter-active-” but he didn’t have time to finish before you had turned to greet the older woman, disentangling yourself from Spencer’s arms as you hugged the woman warmly.
“It’s so good to see you, Y/N, you know how we all worry about you doing that job of yours. The other week we saw you on the news about that tragedy with the young girl…” she trailed off, giving you a worrying look before quickly shifting her gaze to her actual target, Spencer.
“I think I saw you too, young man. You must be Y/N’s boyfriend,” she smiled at him, waiting to hear a response so she could return to the other matrons with the gossip.
“Yeah, nice to meet you, I’m Spencer.” You could tell he was thankful that the woman hadn’t stuck her hand out to shake his, as he positioned himself mostly behind you, keeping his hands occupied by letting one settle on your hip and the other keeping a hold of your suitcase.
“Spencer? Spencer Reid?” You heard your mother before you saw her, turning around in your place to finally see her, as Spencer whipped his head around as well. “I’ve heard so much about you. It’s so wonderful to finally meet you.”
Your mother had none of the restraint of your aunt, and unfortunately, you’d inherited your clingy side from her, which is why she immediately swooped in to give Spencer a hug. To his credit, he greeted her warmly as well and didn’t avoid the touch, but he kept it short and polite nonetheless.
“Mom, how did you know…”
“You tell me about your coworkers all the time, I’m just surprised I didn’t work it out sooner. I always said that you talked about that Spencer with a fond tone, you should ask your father, he’ll tell you that I did.” You rolled your eyes at your mother’s words, doing your best to avoid Spencer’s gaze. He’d fallen back into place by your side as you greeted your mother.
“It’s so nice to finally meet you, You know, Y/N has been keeping you as this big secret for the last year, and it’s so nice to see that you’re actually real. You’re here!” She sounded so excited for you that your heart almost broke under the weight of your guilt, knowing that you’d have to come clean at some point after the wedding. As it was, you were already going to have to try really hard to avoid the photographer and videographer throughout the night so you didn’t have to be constantly reminded of your idiocy whenever your mother got the photo albums out,
“Sorry, the two of you are probably exhausted after that flight, right? Go and get yourself unpacked. The rehearsal dinner is at 8 p.m. so we’ll catch up then, sweetheart.” She left in a whirlwind, having deposited you next to the elevators, and left you with no other option but to do exactly as she said, making your way to your space for the weekend.
–X–
The following few hours had been a little awkward, to say the least. You’d awkwardly pulled away from one another in the elevator up to the room, apologizing for invading each other's personal space. The room was a decent size, but still small enough that you’d be constantly tripping up over one another the entire weekend if you weren’t careful.
Reid carefully unpacked his tuxedo when you got into the room, and then quietly informed you that he’d need a shower. You’d unpacked your own things while he did, trying not to listen to the water flowing over his body in the next room. His earlier touch had ignited something in you, and your heart was beating at his every gesture now, something that you were sure it hadn’t done before.
What was it about weddings that made you so open to even the possibility of romance that even someone so off-limits could become the object of your affection?
So you tried not to listen, not to wonder why it was taking the man so long to just take a shower, not to let your mind wander to a place where it was perfectly acceptable to wonder what he looked like in that shower, and you unpacked and organized your things.
“Hey, Y/N, I’m really sorry but I forgot to bring my clothes with me,” he called awkwardly through the door a few minutes after you heard the water turn off, and you turned to the bathroom, not expecting the sight before you.
You’d assumed from the quiet volume of his voice that he was calling from within the bathroom itself, but instead, he stood awkwardly in front of you, a towel wrapped around his waist and torso, held together desperately in one hand.
“Oh shit, sorry, I’ll just turn around, I guess,” you stumbled over the words, dragging your eyes back up to his face as you did so, whipping yourself around to stare ahead of you.
“No, no, it’s my fault. I was so hasty I forgot my outfit for tonight. It’s okay.” You heard him fumble for his clothes and return to the bathroom quickly with another mumbled apology, finally allowing you to let out a deep, almost dreamy sigh, startling yourself. Mentally chastising yourself once again, you finished your organizing and let yourself fall onto the bed in the middle of the room sleepily while you waited for him to come out again.
You must have dozed off a little because you woke with a jolt when you felt a soft touch on your arm. There he was above you, a soft and concerned look on his face as he woke you up as kindly as he could.
“Y/N, it’s 7 p.m. We need to get ready for the rehearsal.” He whispered as if he weren’t too bothered if you didn’t want to go down at all, content to let you sleep. But you forced yourself upright anyways, and nodded at his words, swiftly moving yourself towards the bathroom he had since departed.
“Thanks for waking me, Spence,” You rubbed the sleep out of your eyes, gathering your towels and change of clothes before turning back to him. In the four hours you’d apparently been dead to the world, he’d managed to dry his hair, change his clothes, and, from the looks of the book on the bedside table, read through an entire book twice.
He noticed you looking and cleared his throat. “Sorry, you looked so tired I didn’t want to wake you, so I just sat here and read while you got some sleep.”
“It’s okay, Spence. I guess I was pretty tired. I’m gonna go…” you gestured towards the shower and stepped towards it with an awkward smile, not letting him answer before you had closed the door between you and taken a deep breath, setting thoughts of him aside for the night before you focused on getting yourself ready to face your lies.
An hour later, you were making your way back down to the lobby, having received a text from your brother that that was where everyone was gathering before making their way to the dining room. Spencer offered you his arm in the elevator on the way down.
“Here, grab my arm.” He said softly down to you, a sweet smile playing on his lips.
“Oh yeah that makes sense,” you said distractedly, looping your own through his and leaning into him.
“It’ll also stop you from picking your nails,” he joked.
“I don’t pick my nails!”
“You so do. You do it when you’re nervous and when you lie about something. Last month on that case in Chicago when that officer asked for your number, you told him you had a boyfriend and started picking your nails,” he laughed down at you, enjoying your pouting face a bit too much as he profiled you.
“You’re one to talk. The last time a woman asked you out, you started rambling about the linguistic history of the phrase “go out,” in the romantic sense. She stood there for five minutes before she gave up.”
“Wait, when did that happen? I don’t remember any woman trying to ask me out.”
“Then you’re even denser than I realized, Doctor Reid, because they do it constantly.” Your back and forth ended there, though, as the elevator doors finally opened into the lobby. You smoothed out your dress and tried your best to act natural as the two of you made your entrance.
“Y/N! Over here,” you heard your brother and saw him wave at you from the other side of the room, his fiancee next to him receiving guests.
“It’s been so long since I saw my kid sister. Get over here,” he smiled at you, beckoning you over, and you released your hold on Reid to give your brother a warm hug.
“Now who is this kid sister you’re talking about because last I checked you’re only 18 months older than me.”
“18 months, 18 years, all that matters is that I am, in fact, the older one,” he released you from the bear hug and glanced up to Reid, standing awkwardly watching the scene waiting for an invitation to the conversation. “Holy shit, you’re real.”
“Hey! Be nice. This is Spencer, he’s my… he’s my boyfriend, we work together.” You felt your cheeks flame as you introduced the two of them, your brother looking at Spencer through knitted eyebrows, taking on a faux protective stance.
“Spencer, hey. Mom mentioned you were here earlier, but I didn’t think you’d be so gangly… It’s my wedding, and I’ve been told I have to keep all threats to a minimum, but if I see you getting all handsy with my sister, just know that I have a blackbelt in jiu-jitsu.”
“No, you don’t. You have a yellow belt in karate at most, and you got that at age 10.” You laughed at the man.
“And whose fault is that?”
“Oh my god, it’s been almost 20 years, I already apologized!”
“Apologised for what?” Spencer finally managed to butt in, watching your sibling bickering as if it were a tennis match.
“This little rodent,” your brother said, scruffing up your hair as he spoke, “broke my wrist when she was 8 and I was 10.”
“It was self-defense! You were trying to use your karate moves on me and I panicked!”
“And now, you’re a hot-shot FBI Agent and you get to break bad guys wrists all the time.” He finished for you and you laughed, suddenly glad to be back around family.
“So, Spencer, you’re an FBI Agent, too? I thought my mom mentioned something about you being a Doctor earlier.”
“I am. A Doctor. And an FBI Agent, uh, they’re PhD’s not medical degrees, though. Three of them, Math, Chemistry and Engineering. I also have Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology, Philosophy, and Sociology.” He answered, and you looked up at him proudly, taking his hand as you noticed him growing slightly uncomfortable with the attention from your brother.
“Wow,” was all your brother said, until he finished the statement with “All those degrees and my sister was the best you could do, huh?” You punched him in the arm after that, and you felt Spencer physically relax a bit, twinning your fingers with his as you chastised your brother.
“Anyway, thanks for taking the time to come to our, hopefully, lovely wedding, the reception will be starting soon. The dining hall is just through there.” You hugged your brother again, and, with a breath of relief, led Spencer down the hall to the dining hall.
“That went well, I think?” you whispered to him, conspiratorially.
“Your family is nice,” he replied. “Does he always act like that, or is it the wedding spirit possessing him somehow?”
“If you’re referring to my brother, I think he’s probably partaken in a few flutes of champagne already this evening. But yes, he’s always like that. They all like to treat me like a baby when they see me.”
“I think it’s nice. They care about you a lot,” his words were warm, but his eyes were sad, and you remembered what you’d been told of Spencer’s own childhood and felt your heart ache for him. His mom loved him a lot, but Spencer had needed to grow up much too fast. You squeezed his hand, still clasped in yours and before you knew it you were pushing onto your tiptoes to press a kiss to his cheek.
“Thank you, Spencer. For being here,” you said as his now flushed face met yours. You didn’t let him respond though, simply pushing forward into the dining hall, ready to live in the fantasy of your own making for the evening.
–X–
“Spencer, you were amazing!” You giggled, walking down the hall to your room, stumbling slightly in your excitement and haste.
“Those magic tricks? The little babies couldn’t get enough of you,” you spun around, wrapping your arms around the man’s neck and pulling him in close to you, letting him hold you against the door to your room. He laughed a little at your antics as he pulled out the key card.
“Y/N, are you drunk?” he asked, one hand firmly planted on your waist to steady you now.
“No! I’m just happy. And if that happiness was caused by an array of cocktails forced into my hands by distant aunts and cousins who all wanted to know about my absolute catch of a boyfriend, then that is simply secondary to the feeling itself. And furthermore-” He pushed the door behind you in on itself, and your words were cut off by your legs giving out beneath you.
You were so sure you were about to take a tumble to the floor that you shut your eyes tight and braced for an impact that didn’t come. Opening them again slowly, you saw Spencer closer than before, his face mere inches from your own as he held you in an improvised dip, having caught you just before you’d hit the ground.
“Sorry. I… Shit, maybe I am drunk,” you breathed out, not letting your eyes drift from his own, knowing that if you ever considered a glance down at his lips at that moment, you wouldn’t be able to stop yourself from closing the measly distance separating you.
“You should use the bathroom first,” he told you, but without making any move of his own, stuck in that pose with you as if he was content to stay there for as long as he could hold you. “You should take your make-up off. We have a long day tomorrow, right?”
You were the first one to move, letting your feet find a more solid footing beneath you and twisting up from his grip. His hands didn’t leave your body as you became more upright though, still keeping you in that close embrace.
“Yeah, I should… I should go wash up.” You said, and he nodded, still looking at you with the same intensity as before.
“Spencer, that means you need to move,” you whispered quietly, and he jumped back as soon as the words were out of your mouth.
“Sorry. I’ll just… I’ll just be over there,” he held his hands up in surrender before moving further into the room, leaving you next to the bathroom.
Fifteen minutes later, you emerged from the bathroom and were ready to sleep once again. Thankfully, you of earlier that day had managed to store your pajamas in the bathroom ready for their use. Upon exiting the bathroom, you saw that Spencer was getting ready to sleep too, slacks and a shirt having been replaced by a pair of flannel pants and a very old and beaten-up CalTech sweater, looking perplexedly down at the bed.
“Spence, what’s wrong?”
“We didn’t speak any further about the sleeping arrangements…” he mumbled and you looked at the bed in front of you, still confused at his meaning. “Y/N, we have to share the bed.”
“Oh.” You knew you probably sounded dumb, but after the amount of alcohol thrust upon you that night, that was all you could muster at this point.
“I can sleep on the floor if that makes you feel more comfortable. It’s probably no worse than some of the motel beds we’ve stayed on before,” he offered, but you instantly shook your head.
“No, I dragged you out here, I’m not making you sleep on the floor as well,” you sighed and made your way to the side of the bed you’d slept on earlier, beginning to pull the covers down so you could get in.
“What are you doing?” Spencer asked, perplexed by your somehow contrasting words and actions.
“I’m getting ready for bed. It’s late.” You replied, not looking up at him again, for fear that he’d spot the blush on your face. “You should too,” you continued, patting the other side of the bed, gesturing for him to get in, too.
“Oh.” It was his turn to stand there shell-shocked in the moment, and you almost let out a giggle but held back thinking that would be too much for him to take in at that moment.
“Come on, Spence, I’m tired, I’m sure you’re tired. We’re just sharing a bed, it’s not like you have to marry me after this.” You climbed fully into the bed, making sure that your nightgown covered you decently before pulling the covers up around you. Spencer mumbled something that you didn’t catch, but he acquiesced and climbed in after you. You turned your head over on the pillow to face him, turning onto your side as you watched him turn his head to you as well.
“What?” he smiled, noticing your stare.
“Nothing. Good night, Spence,” you smiled, finally letting your eyes drop closed.
“Good night, Y/N.” He whispered, and the sound of his voice carried you off to sleep.
–X–
You weren’t sure if it was the light streaming in through the window or the rise and fall of a chest that wasn’t your own was the first thing to wake you in the morning, but nonetheless, you woke from the comfortable warmth of sleep and found yourself wrapped around your fake boyfriend.
To be fair to yourself, he was also wrapped around you. Your head had gravitated from your pillow to his chest, his left arm wrapped up and around your back. Your leg had also risen in the night, pulled up over his waist, held in place by his other arm, which was, almost embarrassingly, cradling your ass, pulling you in closer to his core. Unsure about how to go about disentangling yourself, you resigned yourself to just waking the man up.
“Spencer… Spencer,” you whispered, letting the hand that had fallen onto his chest tap him slightly. He stirred a little and then cracked an eye open, looking confused with the situation.
“Y/N, is it time for the wedding?” He asked through half-lidded eyes, evidently wanting nothing more than to fall back into whatever dreams he was having. You shifted uncomfortably in his arms then, suddenly growing stiff in the position you’d probably held for hours, and found your nightgown had risen dangerously high on your body, his hand on your near bare ass.
“No, no, it’s just…” You rolled your hips against his in discomfort, and the movement had his eyes breaking open as he finally took in your positions.
“Shit, I’m….Sorry, I don’t know what happened, I must’ve grabbed you when we were sleeping,” he said, reluctantly slipping his hands away from your body, trailing his hand around your leg, and letting it fall onto his stomach. The movement sent a shiver up your spine, as you finally had enough room to lift your torso up, not quite ready to relinquish the proximity of your entire body yet.
“It’s okay, I think it was probably me who started it in the first place. Those pillows weren’t that comfortable…” you tried to explain, the hand on his chest rubbing slow circles into his skin before you could realize what you were doing.
He pushed himself up into a sitting position then as well, clumsily. With your legs still wrapped around his waist, you had no choice but to move with him, suddenly finding yourself straddling him, the bedsheets suddenly pressed away from your body. If he looked down, he’d see a lot more than you planned for him to see, your panties on clear display as your nightgown twisted itself up into the sheets.
“Shit sorry,” he moaned out again, as you steadied yourself with hands on his shoulders.
“No, it’s okay, I didn’t move quick enough.” You quickly pulled your dress down again, and extracted yourself from the bed, lifting your leg up and off of him and finally pushing off the bed, leaving him sat there.
His hands fell into his lap and you started gathering things around the room, readying yourself for the busy day ahead.
“I have to be in the bridal suite at 11, so we have about… two hours to kill before then. Do you want to grab a shower first, or should I?”
“You first,” he mumbled quickly, before clearing his throat and trying again. “You should go first. You probably have more to do today, right?” You nodded at his words and made your way to the bathroom again. Out of the corner of your eye though, as you let the door close behind you, you watched his hands come up to cradle his flushed face, as he let his head fall back again into the pillow.
–X–
The morning was so busy after that, you barely had any chance to talk to Spencer again. You spent the early afternoon in the bridal suite with the wedding party, welcoming your new sister to the family, then made your way to the aisle space set up outside, checking up on last-minute details and helping to flower girls into position. You weren’t walking down the aisle yourself, but you could see that the extra help was letting the very stressed-out Maid of Honour get some well-needed respite. And more importantly, it stopped your wandering thoughts from letting you fantasize about Spencer.
You’d woken up in bed next to people before, of course, but it had never felt so comfortable. In fact, other people you’d slept with said you were pretty distant in your sleep, choosing to move as far away from physical touch as you could get, but you knew with no doubt that you had been the one to move in first, to touch him first. That he’d pulled you even closer had your heart singing, and you wanted to be wrapped up in him all over again, suddenly desperate to seek him out. So you distracted yourself, not wanting to make any mistakes you would regret when you were no longer wrapped up in your own fantasy.
So you kept your distance as the ceremony started. Then the wedding march was playing, and you were holding back tears as his hand slipped into yours, your head falling onto his shoulder as you watched your brother marry the love of his life.
You kept your distance as you reached the reception hall, watching all the old ladies on both sides fawn over him, asking him questions, and watching from his side as he blushed at the attention. You swept the hair out of his eyes as the couple was announced, and you took your seat for the wedding meal and the speeches, his hand falling to your back to guide you to your chair, pulling it out for you like a true gentleman.
You kept your distance as your new sister tossed the bouquet, and despite your low effort and the ravenous looks of the bridesmaids, it fell neatly into your hands as if it belonged there. You ran excitedly over to him to show him and he lifted you into a hug, caught up in your own excitement.
You kept your distance until you realized you’d not kept your distance at all, physically unable to keep yourself away from the man who had somehow stolen your heart in the middle of the night.
“I know that look,” your brother said, somehow sneaking up on you later into the night as you watched Spencer perform even more of his magic tricks for the smaller guests.
“What look?” you asked, not for one second letting your eyes drift from Spencer.
“You’re in love with him,” he said, taking a swig of the drink in his hand.
“He’s my boyfriend,” you said reflexively, turning to the drinks table behind you and picking up one for yourself.
“No, he isn’t. Or at least he wasn’t before this weekend,” your brother said, as your eyes finally snapped up to him.
“Oh, don’t act all surprised, Miss FBI Profiler. You may be good, but I’ll always be your older brother, and contrary to popular opinion, I do in fact pay attention to things.” You sighed and leaned back against the table.
“How’d you figure it out?”
“You were picking your nails the entire way through the reception dinner when the aunties were asking you about your relationship. You did that when we were younger too, when you tried lying to Mom and Dad about how I broke my wrist. Doesn’t take two PhD’s to figure that out.”
“Three.”
“Three what?”
“Three PhDs. He has three of them.” You sighed dreamily and ran a stressed hand through your head.
“He’s just my coworker. I didn’t want to disappoint Mom by coming alone after telling her all those stories, but now…” You tried to explain yourself but words were escaping you in that moment.
“You should tell him, trust me. He definitely feels the same.”
“How are you so confident about that? How did you manage to end up with all of the confidence between the two of us, when I can barely work up the courage to tell my own mother I’m still single?”
“Y/N, look at me. You got the brains, I had to have something. And no man flies to the opposite side of the country on a few day's notice for a girl who is just a friend, okay? That’s more logic than confidence, and that’s supposed to be your strong suit.”
You considered his words for a second, turning back to look at Spencer. Evidently, he’d finished his magic show and was beginning to say goodbye to the children, but he felt your eyes on him somehow and met your gaze. He brought his hand up into a shy wave before a little girl grabbed his attention again, and he looked at her seriously, nodding along to each word she was saying.
“Fuck, what do I do, I’m not good with… any of this.” You turned back to your brother, but he’d left you there, stranded in your own thoughts as you let yourself hope, let your brain dream that one day this would be your wedding and the man by your side would be Spencer Reid.
“Ladies and gentlemen, the bride and groom request the presence of all the couples on the dancefloor for this next song.” You saw your brother again, next to his wife, whispering his explanations in his ear as she turned to look at you and winked as well. God, they were going to be a force to be reckoned with together now, you thought, as people started pushing past you to make their way to the dancefloor.
You recognized the song of course, and it was almost so on the nose you almost rolled your eyes. More Than Words by Extreme. Perfect.
“Y/N, may I have this dance?” He had somehow snuck up on you from behind as you watched your brother, and held his hand out to you. You put your drink down and took it, letting him lead you to the dance floor.
“I didn’t think you danced, Dr. Reid,” you teased him as he pulled you in, letting his hands rest on your waist, as yours came up around his neck, gently letting him sway you side to side in time with the music.
“I don’t really, but it seemed wrong not to,” he smiled. “I’m at a wedding, with the most beautiful girl on my arm, and the couple made it very clear that we should be dancing, so here I am.” You blushed at his words as he spoke. He removed his hands from your waist, instead grasping one of yours in his own as he pulled you closer.
You stared up at him with a soft smile for a few more seconds before letting your head fall back to his chest.
“I know I’ve said it a lot this weekend, but thank you, Spencer.” You said into his shirt, letting him hold you close as the song went on.
“You don’t have to thank me, Y/N.” He insisted, and you looked up at him again. “Actually… I didn’t exactly agree to this with the best of intentions.”
Your heart lept to your throat as you stared up at him, hoping that he would take your silence as a means to continue.
“I’ve been… I thought that maybe…” he struggled to get the words out, his face aflame with the effort.
“You promised me those coffees right?” He finally stuttered out, and you were left confused and a little disappointed.
“Yeah, Spence, it’s okay, I’ll get you those coffees for the month, just like we promised.” You couldn’t help the sad smile that played on your lips as you answered him, so sure that he was about to say something else.
“No, I mean… Y/N I don’t want the coffee. I want this. I want us to go home, and make everything that you made up come true. I want to take you on a date to that coffee shop. I want to be a boyfriend you can call and tell your mom about because it’s serious and it’s going to work out between us. I even… God, I even spent the morning looking up book fairs in New York City so I could make that come true as well,” he rambled the words out and you could feel the tears forming in your eyes.
“Spencer,” you said softly, trying to get him to focus on you, but he’d started speaking and he wasn’t going to be stopped so easily.
“And if any of that creeps you out, just say the word and I’ll never mention it again. Because I know I’m not good with this, and when I feel something, I tend to feel it overwhelmingly, and Derek tells me I can be really oblivious sometimes, which I don’t really get, but-”
“Spencer,” you put a bit more force into your words this time, punctuating them with a hand on his face.
“Spencer, kiss me.” And he does. He takes your head in both of his hands, and he draws you up to him perfectly, letting your hands fall to the lapels of his suit jacket as he steals your breath away one more time. The kiss is lingering, but short, and he hesitantly backs away, looking around to spot witnesses. But you don’t care and you pull him back down for another, and another, until you’re just two lovers on the dance floor that cannot get enough of each other, gasping for breath between chaste kisses as you let him hold you there, gently swaying.
“Spencer,” you whisper finally, forehead resting on his, as the song finally draws to a close.
“Yes?”
“Spencer, take me to bed.” You tell him, and he nods. He leads you over to the bride and groom where you offer each of them a hug and a happy future before making your excuses and running away with Spencer back into the hotel like two love-drunk teenagers, a mess of giggles and stolen kisses as you stumble up to your room for the second time that weekend.
But this time, you don’t hesitate, don’t pull away. He backs you into the door and you let him hold you there, his mouth on yours, your tongues entwined as he fumbles for his key card. You fall together into the room, laughing and smiling the entire way, not letting him escape your touch.
“May I?” He asks, playing with the zipper of your dress as you kiss his cheek, his jaw, his neck, anywhere you can reach, nodding and moaning your consent. The moment the zip is pulled down, he lets you go for a second, and the dress falls straight to the floor. You're practically bare in front of him, chest exposed, neck littered with the beginning of love bites that he’s about to absolutely build upon.
“You’re beautiful.” He says, softly, wrapping his arms around you again, lifting you up so your legs can wrap around him as he delivers one more soul-crushing kiss to your lips. Your brain is a mess of emotions, your only solid thought is that you will never let him go again. You both eagerly worked on unbuttoning his shirt together, a desperate mess of breaths as he finally laid you on the bed. His hand fell to your core, tracing a finger over your sensitive nub as you begged him for more, needing to feel all of him, to devour his very existence.
He pulled himself out of his remaining clothes, lips still attached to yours, climbing over you and holding you tenderly, his arms wrapping around your body as his legs came to settle between your own. Dropping his forehead to yours, he finally spoke again, his hand dropping between the two of you to line himself up.
“Is this… are you sure?” You heard the restraint in his voice, the desperation, the love, the overwhelming lust as he held himself back, needing to hear your consent.
“Spencer, I love you,” you whispered, and he finally pushed himself into you, joining the two of you together in a moment of bliss. You shared another sweet kiss, letting him swallow each and every one of your moans as he began thrusting into you, your hips rising to meet him in your delirious pleasure.
He whispered sweet nothings in your ears, brushing the hair off your face every now and again to tell you how beautiful you looked, and how well you were doing.
“You’re so perfect, Y/N, you’re doing so good for me,” he pressed kisses against your neck with each word, keeping his pace steady as you chased your inevitable high, already clenching around his thick cock.
“Spencer, I love you,” you let the words drop from your tongue like a prayer, repeating them over and over with each thrust as small tears welled up out of your eyes. He kissed them away from your cheeks, listening to each confession as your stomach tightened and your climax spilled over you. He grabbed your waist then, leaving one hand cupping and stroking your cheek as his own thrusts grew sloppy, finally spending himself fully inside you.
“I love you, too,” he whispered into you then, unwilling to let you go for even one second. You spent the rest of the night whispering the words back and forth to one another, waiting with bated breath for the fantasy to break, for the magic of the wedding to wear off.
It never did.

Hi! :) mayhaps can i request your HC's for viktor x an artist reader. 👉👈 ur angst drabbles have been sustaining my life since season 2
Tumblr media
There’s a saying that if an artist loves you or falls in love with you, you can never die.
A saying that Viktor didn’t give much thought until it was very clear that he was your forever muse, your reason to keeping your passion alive through experimenting art styles to maximise the effect you wanted your art to have; almost in the exact same way a scientist would conduct experiments in order to understand how something works and how to properly utilise it.
However each and every one of your art works came out looking like masterpieces that should and probably would be studied by future artists themselves one day, given how beautiful they were.
But also because they all included a man with amber eyes and soft chocolate hair hard at work with his own projects as blue sparks are captured liked shooting stars flying past his beautiful face. He truly was a once in a lifetime experience that you wanted to eternally capture within the pages of your sketchbook.
It literally didn’t matter what he did, whether it was tinkering, experimenting with the hexcore or just simply existing, you wanted to capture as much of Viktor as you possibly can whenever you can.
Viktor, in your eyes, was the kind of man people would kill to create sculptures of and artworks that would be seen in grand museums, within a beautifully intricate frame that only added emphasise to his importance to the artist in question. The artist being you of course.
So needless to say whenever you were with Viktor you made sure to have your sketchbook and pencils in hand as you knew that you’d end up wanting to sketch him for the millionth time that day.
However your favourite sketch of him came when you made him smile, genuinely smile.
The image of his bright and handsome smile was all you could see for hours on end as you found yourself absentmindedly sketching his face, his smile, the wrinkles near his eyes and his wind ruffled hair to perfection.
You then found yourself staring at it as though reliving the moment where you heard his laugh reach your ears like a harmonious melody, swept upon the wind that ruffled his hair and into your ears and your ears only.
To be loved by an artist was to be seen and you saw Viktor in a way that nobody else could, not even himself, and it showed in your work as you made him look like an angel disguised as a human given how frequently you used the colour gold whenever you drew him. From his eyes, to his clothes, everything with Viktor had hints of gold to it.
So much so that you had to get more colouring pencils of the exact same shade of gold so frequently that the manger of the art shop knew your name and the muse of your latest works at this point.
‘Drawing Viktor again I see?’ They’d teasingly ask as you’d shrug your shoulders.
‘Guilty as charged.’ You would reply before taking your things and leaving.
Viktor didn’t pry into your sketchbook, it was your belonging and he didn’t feel it was necessary for him to pry into it, but his curiosity didn’t help him one day as he found himself drawn to the sketchbook that you seemed to had left in his lab.
The first few pages were merely parts of the academy that you frequently visited, from the gardens, to the library, to even the lab he was stood in. Each one was increasingly more impressive than the last with how lifelike you made each one as though he could fall into the scene you had created; a true testament to your talent, creativity and insane attention to detail.
However the further the sketchbook went, he could easily see a decline in inspiration in your art. only for it to pick back up again when you had started drawing him doing the most mundane of things -at least in his mind he thought so- as simple sketches to portraits solely done by oil pastels or only colouring pencils. All just to emphasise his features and the concentrated furrows of his brows, a large variation of colours you’ve used so effortlessly to make up his face in a way that he could never imagine.
And yet Viktor found that there was more artworks of yours regarding him, artworks that seemingly continued endlessly and were just as hyper detailed and colourful as the more of himself that he saw, each one touching his heart in a way that made him realise that this was how you genuinely saw him; an angel in human skin as the way you depicted him was either simply human or an ethereal being coated in various shades of gold.
Through the eyes of an artist, through the eyes of you, Viktor knew that you only conveyed what you believed to be true and the fact that you saw him in such a way was enough to have him struggling to breath, but in the best way possible.
You way you saw him transcended beyond the person he saw each and every day in the mirror. You saw him as a man of infinite beauty, wisdom and strength in a multitude of ways while never shying away when it came to his leg nor disease.
If anything you made those parts of him stand out the most in a way that told him that you found these parts of him a strength and perfection in your eyes. Telling him that you didn’t wish him to be anything other then himself, for he was perfect and so much much that only your art could help describe.
Viktor; a man on borrowed time became a man immortalised within the pages of his artist lover.
He even seen the sketches of him fast asleep against his workbench you’ve done and even then you took your time making it look like he was staring into a mirror of himself.
You’d catch him flicking through your sketchbook but you couldn’t say anything against it as the way his eyes light up and soft smiles upon looking at your latest works, looks that only made you want to draw Viktor even more if it meant this sight becoming more common with the passage of time.
‘You like them?’ You’d ask from the doorway.
‘I love them my dear.’ He replies softly as he presses his forehead against your own, making you smile fondly. ‘But was the drawing of me sleeping necessary?’ He adds playfully as you chuckled.
‘Oh it was very necessary my muse.’ You replied with equal playfulness as you kissed his nose. ‘I saw an opportunity and couldn’t let it pass me by without at least drawing it first,’ Viktor scoffs but the smile upon his lips remained, ‘and besides you looked really peaceful and relaxed that I wanted it to be something I remember. Hoping I get to experience more moments like that to be my muse for my future drawings.’ You finished.
‘I’m glad the to could do that for you my dear.’ Viktor closed his eyes and rested his head further against yours, wanting nothing then to capture this moment within his mind forever, secretly hoping to continue to be the muse of your art projects as your artistic range grew.
‘You’ve always been my muse,’ you said, closing your eyes, ‘you will always will be my muse.’

all the stars || luigi mangione
first non-request fic :p …😓😓 this may be more than one part idk idk LMK IF U GUYS ARE INTERESTED!!! this is also highschool!luigi so it’s sfw :3
WARNINGS: none! just a fluff fic 🤍 female!reader, uses of y/n, alternates between luigi’s & reader pov.. proofread but if there’s mistakes lmk! :D
SUMMARY: on a field trip, you happen to bump into some prestigious, all-boys school. one of those boys has been admiring you since you stepped inside, and it’s probably love at first sight—for him.
Tumblr media
Luigi’s efforts of staying single and focusing on graduation had been excellent. Sure, he pondered the wonderful world of love his buddies described- as they spoke on their loving, gorgeous girlfriends. He never got to that point, even when a girl did try and talk to him, he was too nervous—despite his occasional, cheesy pick up lines and natural charisma; deep down he didn’t think he was a good ‘other half.’ His friends encouraged him to meet someone, or go on a blind date with one of their girlfriend’s friends, but he refused. It wasn’t a waste of time rather it was his own nerves kicking his ass when he actually liked someone.
And oh boy, were those nerves kicking in now.
He was still in high school—specifically his senior year. It may not be much to other students; but he sees it as his final opportunity to excel and show his potential to the colleges he wanted to attend. No time for a relationship in that chaos, right?
Wrong.
He was staring down the prettiest girl he’d ever seen in his entire life. Right now. On this field trip. He wasn’t sure if it was the gray zip-up sweater, or if it was really warm inside. All he knew was he saw you.
You were so pretty with your knitted sweater and maroon-colored skirt. If he could he would’ve just dropped to his knees right there in front of you. He was in over his head, he didn’t know your name, but he already fell in love with you. Just by your smile you flashed to probable friends, the way you inspect the paintings in the museum, the way your eyes flutter as you listen intently to the tour guide.
Everything about you is perfect.
He exhaled shaky, he felt like a creep for staring so hard. He might’ve gazed a hole in the back of your head if he kept on. His buddy Grady noticed—he grins and elbows Luigi, “Staring’s considered rude, Luigi.” He laughs quietly as to not disturb the tour. “Oh shut up, Grady.” Luigi mumbles. Grady was an A-Class, nosey-ass; but Luigi liked him. He could be fun to have around sometimes. “She’s just really pretty.”
Grady pointed at you, with your little clutch in hand, “The one in the sweater?” Luigi nodded. “She looks like she fell right out of a painting.” He says.
Grady chuckles, bumping him again, “You’re whipped, dude.”
“So what? I can like a pretty girl if I want.” He says defensively.
“Never said you couldn’t. It’s just odd for you.” Well he wasn’t lying… Luigi sighed, “I know.” He continues walking forward, then Grady leans next to his ear as he’s inspecting some little archive. “You should go talk to her. The tour’s gonna end soon, she isn’t gonna notice if you don’t say something.”
Unfortunately, Grady was right. Very right. Luigi pushed forward, shoving his hands in his jean pockets—trying to reach where you were near the front. He did. You weren’t even a foot away, you looked so beautiful. His mouth went dry, he rubs his arm as you’re reading over the description of some rock or fossil, whatever. He clears his throat softly, moving a tad bit closer to you.
You take notice, assuming he wants to read as well. “Sorry.” You said quietly. He shakes his head, putting a hand up, “No, no worries, you’re not doing anything.” He flashed a gentle smile, you nod, glancing back at the text. Come on Luigi, get it together! He breathes out and reaches a hand out, nervously. “I’m Luigi.”
“Y/N,” you replied. He was pretty cute, he had a firm handshake that showed confidence and his hazel eyes glimmered. “I hope I’m not bothering you, I wanted to talk to you before we all leave. I think you’re—absolutely beautiful and I’m hoping.. maybe if you’re okay with it, I can have your number and we could hang out the rest of the tour?” He grins anxiously. It was so endearing to you. It was rare for a high school boy to be this nervous and giddy to ask for your number; and to be so respectful about it too?
“Sure, I don’t mind, That sounds nice actually.” You returned a kind smile and he handed you his phone discreetly for the tour guide’s sake and you punched in your contact info. Saving yourself as Y/N—what else would it be? “Awesome…” He murmured. “So, Y/N, how old are you?”
“Seventeen,” you state. “You?”
“Same—seventeen. I turn eighteen in May.” He says proudly, “Happy early birthday. Even though that’s… Four months away.” You chuckle, the two of you begin walking along with the groups, he had his hands in his pockets, while yours were folded behind your back.
The conversation continued, friendly banter and getting to know each other. He attended an all-boys school out in Maryland. Far from here. He was incredibly smart too, he spoke high of his achievements and he wanted to attend UPenn — a very impressive school. It made sense for him though. Looks and smarts aside, he was a realistic guy — for a teenager anyway. It was a relief talking to someone the same speed as you, who was just enjoying life and working to achieve what satisfies them.
He was also into robotics, he even complained a little about how his robot lost a recent competition and that he told the coach he should’ve been given the remote — but no one listened to him!
“That’s inspiring.” You say, and he just grins. He has such a sweet smile too. His cheeks have little dimples, the way his eyes squint and crease at the corners, he shrugs nonchalantly, “It’s nothin’ really, just trying to stay caught up.” He states, glancing around, he thinks before motioning you closer. “Wanna see something cool?”
“What do you mean?” You questioned, he tips his head to the side, gesturing to follow him. However, you don’t think it’s the smartest idea to wander off from the group in a building like this; but Luigi insisted. “I’ve been on this tour a bunch of times, trust me, we’ll be fine. Come on now.” He ushers you, grabbing your hand as the other kids walked on without second glances. You both share a bit of laughter as you moved briskly in the direction he lead you — subconsciously squeezing your hand every now and then. As he slowed down, he pushed open a door, you got distracted reading a flyer outside and he immediately tugged you inside, the door shutting behind your back.
He watches your expression intensely as you look around, it’s a planetarium. The ceiling was casted with a starry sky, although—most likely—not real time stars, it looked gorgeous anyway. It cast a soft light, the room mainly dim.
Luigi admired you as you admire the stars. “Even if it isn’t the sky right now, it’s fascinating to think that all the stars can look like this.” You murmur, finally looking at Luigi, who’s still watching you with a big, dorky smile. “What?” You laugh.
“Nothing. Just admiring the view.” He replies.
“The one up there’s nicer, you know”
“Yeah, but the one right in front of me is better.”

oooh congrats on your 1K! for your celly could i request 26 of hearts with jack hughes ?
Tumblr media
warnings: bit of a breeding kink, very rushed (implied that it's round 1 of many), unprotected p in v, bit of a commitment kink too
wc: 465
Tumblr media
Jack’s been on an absolute tear since the reception ended and you limo-ed home. You can’t blame him– you’ve been wanting to jump his bones ever since you saw him in his suit. With the way he was dancing with you, you expect he’s been thinking the same thing since he saw you in your dress.
You’d hope so– you bought your wedding dress with the intention of Jack going wild. You also wanted to feel pretty, and you do, but some of that involves Jack thinking you’re pretty.
“I’m so in love with you,” Jack mutters, his fingers still undoing the final buttons of your dress. “My wife, fuck, I love how that sounds.”
“Doesn’t sound better than calling you my husband,” you say. You’ve already pushed his jacket off and you’re loosening his tie now.
“In the interest of what’s about to happen, I don’t want to argue with you,” Jack laughs. “We’ll agree to disagree.”
“That’s okay with me,” you agree. You’re mostly agreeing because Jack has unfastened the final button and found your zipper, ready to drag it down and rid you of the fabric. As soon as you’re done, you’re going to hang up this dress and preserve it like it’s in a museum. But, first– Jack. You pull his loosened tie over his head and start to unbutton his pressed white shirt.
The dress falls to your ankles, pooling. Jack bends at the waist and sweeps an arm under your knees, picking you up bridal style and dropping you on the bed. He falls on top of you, hands roaming your body.
He leaves his shirt on, unbuttoned, and barely shoving his pants down. He’s in such a hurry to get inside of you that he looks more disheveled than he would if he had fully undressed.
Jack is inside of you and rocking forward in a split second. He’s at 100 from the first moment, groaning and bucking into you like he’s already close. “I’ve been thinking about this for ages,” Jack says. “The first time I get to fuck you as my wife. I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Saw you in that dress and felt like I was gonna get hard on the altar, you looked so good.”
You laugh breathlessly. “Our photographer would’ve had to edit that out.”
Jack dips his head and chuckles. “I know,” he drawls. “It would’ve been so embarrassing.”
“I would’ve teased you forever.”
“Cuz we can do that for real now,” Jack says. “Legally. Forever. God, that’s awesome.” He dips his head and kisses you. “Gonna come inside you,” Jack continues. His face breaks into a smile at your wanton moan. “Yeah, you like that? You want me to fill you up? My wife and the mother of my child?”

Hello! May I request a ff about chrizzMD where y/n participated in the 20v1 and everything kept going wrong for her but somehow she managed to win or something like that? Thank you very much x
I really enjoyed writing this. If anyone wants a sequel with their first date let me know
20vs1 ChrisMD
When Y/N saw the tweet that the one, the only ChrisMD was taking applications for a football themed 20v1 she immediately thought about entering. She had a following, it wasn't huge by any means, about 75k subscribers where she did book reviews and some travel to different destinations and attractions like odd museums, places off the beaten path. It was enough to make a living and that was enough for her, knowing not everyone achieves major success but she could do what she loved and paid the bills so she liked her life.
One of y/n's worst personality traits was her indecisiveness, she liked the thought of doing the video, it could be fun and of course she thought Chris was a very attractive man but on the other hand what if she made a fool out of herself? She went back and forth about this for days, it was her friends who eventually convinced her it would be a good opportunity. It was only when she had filled in the application and sent it off that she realised she was one day over the deadline.
“Fuck,” she said to herself when she read the line again and cursed her indecisiveness again. She pushed it all to the back of her mind however and once again just concentrated on her content, using a random number generator to chose the order of the five books she had just purchased to review.
To her surprise one day y/n received an email to the account she used for professional matters, when she looked at the address of the person who sent it her heartbeat quickened, she could feel it beating hard through her chest, it was from ChrisMD. She went to click on it quickly and in her haste clicked on the one wrong email at first, but she found the right link and read the words, trying to keep calm.
Dear y/n Thank you for your interest in the latest 20v1 video. We had more applications than we thought so firstly we would like to thank you for your patience while we went through them all. We didn’t expect the response we received and are sad we cannot have everyone in the video we would like to. However we would love to have you participate in the video, please respond to this email if you are free to film next week Thursday and we will give you further information and instructions. ChrisMD and his team.
The message was professional and a little cooperate but y/n had to real in her excitement, this was a video for content and Chris probably wasn’t truly looking for love in a video, then again who knows what would happen.
The day of the shoot y/n was incredibly nervous. She walked onto the pitch and met all of the other girls, Chris’s producer Jamie introduced himself to everyone and explained what was going to happen for the first round. The weather wasn’t great, it was grey and cloudy which wasn’t too unusual for London, everyone just hoped it wouldn’t start to rain.
“Oh my God there’s Chris!” A girl with an American accent enthusiastically shouted, y/n looked over and there was the small curly haired man, taking a seat next to Calfreezy and ArthurTV. Y/N had to admit that although she did find Chris attractive he was much, much more attractive in person than he was in photos, he seemed quite relaxed as he laughed at something Arthur had said. The girls were all lined up, y/n was firmly in the middle of the pack.
The first challenge was to go up and introduce yourself, you were to say a pick up line and then try and score a goal. Y/N watched on as she saw her fellow competitors go bye and soon enough it was her turn.
“Okay Chris next up this is y/n,” Jamie said off camera knowing this would be edited out of the video, the girl walked in front of the table and had a small nervous smile on her lips.
“Hello y/n how are you?” Chris asked smiling and nodding at the girl in front of him. She smiled and swept her hand through her high ponytail.
“I’m good how are you guys?” Her voice came out a little more high pitched than usual but at least it wasn’t shaky.
“Good thanks, so when you’re ready.”
“Do you believe in love at first sight, or should I walk by again wearing my Arsenal Jersey?” Y/N said, and Chris laughed a little bit, ArthurTV however wasn’t as impressed.
“Then why didn’t you just wear an Arsenal top?” The brunette asked, a confused yes slightly mischievous look on his face.
“Actually yeah!” Chris laughed along with his friend. Y/N looked down at her England top and panicked slightly, fumbling over her words.
“It’s the Euro’s I’m being patriotic,” she replied hurried.
“Fair enough, kick the ball when you’re ready.” Chris could tell the poor girl was really nervous, he had gone through all of the applications and knew a small bit about all of the girls there, he knew this wasn’t the usual type of content y/n was used to so understood her nerves, he wanted to make sure at least the girls all had a great time regardless. Y/N took a deep breath before running up to the ball, kicking it with her right foot she looked and put her hands on each of her cheeks when she saw it slam into the post on the right hand side.
“Unlucky! But you seem really sweet so I’m going to put you through to the next round,” Chris said, his hands clapped together in his usual way whenever he spoke in videos.
“Thanks!” Y/N replied and skipped a little when she went back to the waiting area to watch the rest of the girls.
The next segment was taking free kicks. Something y/n wasn’t looking forward to too much, she wasn’t much as footballer, she instead used to do dance and gymnastics when she was younger so the complete opposite end of the spectrum to football.
“Any tips?” Y/N as she placed the ball in the spot. “Just run up and follow through with your foot, like one swift movement,” Chris coached y/n nodded before muttering to herself. “I’m going to hit someone,” when the eventual video was released this utterance was clipped three times, which could only mean that her foresight was unfortunately correct. She had a good run up but looked in horror as the ball span and landed straight into Arthur’s face.
“OH MY GOD I AM SO SO SORRY!!!!” Y/N exclaimed through her hands which were over her mouth in shock. Both Chris and Freezy of course found this hilarious and Chris couldn’t stop laughing at the sight of his friend now rolling around on the floor.
“I am really am sorry,” the girl said over and over again as she walked over to the injured party.
“That was amazing, for nearly decapitating ArthurTV you’re through,” Chris stated clapping his hands in amusement.
“This is going to go on the shorts channel isn’t it?” Y/N replied blushing as she walked away, causing further laughs from Chris and Freezy. Round three was a talent round. Instead of doing something she did usually y/n decided to learn a new skill, she had spent hours and hours learning to juggle.
“Oh no she’s got more boys, quick everyone duck!” Arthur joked when y/n walked up.
“I’ll stand far away enough so no one should get hurt this time,” the girl explained. She started off well, juggling the three red balls with ease, that was until she dropped them, cursing as she did.
“At least I didn’t hit anyone this time,” she said sheepishly.
“You know what, I’m going to put you through to the final round,” Chris said with a smug smile on his face, y/n was as shocked as anyone and thanked Chris before calming herself. The last portion was a chat with Chris, Arthur and Cal. Y/N sat down saying hello again.
“So, you hit the bar, hit Arthur in the face, dropped your balls and you’re still here,” Cal started off the conversation.
“I know I can’t believe it!”
“He must really want to shag you,” Arthur added and the girl sat there open mouthed and Chris places his head in his head.
“Fuck sake,” the curly haired man uttered.
“I have had a shocker though, and I was late getting my application in. I must seem really scatty but I promise I’m organised,” y/n defended herself and Chris nodded.
“Give me some book recommendations,” Chris asked looking into y/n’s eyes. They were green with flakes of brown throughout, Chris loved how unique they looked.
“The ministry of time is a great escapism if that’s the kind of thing you’re looking for,”
“I am always looking to escape the intrusive thoughts,” Chris revealed and y/n couldn’t help but agree while feeling her heart a little.
“I get that too, but books are a great escape.” The talk they had wasn’t too humorous but it was deep and real and meaningful, as much as a five minute conversation could be. The final girls lines up, the three hosts looking over towards the two finalists. Chris had his hands clasped together as he faced the women.
“Well it’s been a fierce competition and you both did amazingly well but my winner and unfortunately a date with me is, y/n! congratulations!” Y/N smiled in shock and hugged her opponent. She ten made her way over to Chris and for the video they held hands and looked back towards the camera but both y/n and Chris felt a little thump when their hands intertwined. After the shoot y/n held back at Chris’s request, he had his phone in his hand and a sweet smile on his face.
“Thank you so much for coming. I know it was a video but if you did want to go on that date for real then I’ll be happy to,” Chris asked a little shaky. Y/N smiled and nodded.
“I’d love to.”

Firefly
I can't explain why but I like The Collector movies a lot, Asa Emory was a weird character, and so I needed to write something about him at least once
Tumblr media
Y/N had met Asa Emory in college.
He already had this strange look and this fascination for insects, which explained his choice of studies. She had never met anyone who wanted to become an entomologist.
The other students were a little afraid of him, when they noticed him, because Asa was very discreet.
Y/N had noticed him, and she hadn’t been afraid of him. She had sat next to him in the library while he read a book about spiders. Her questions had initially seemed to irritate him, he was obviously not used to being spoken to, then he had been intrigued.
For a time, Asa had looked at her as if she were one of the insects he collected, but also as if she were trying to make fun of him. Yet he answered all her questions, adding more and more details and information.
He had no one in his life. No one to share your passion with. He didn't tell her all the details, but he had lost his parents and siblings when he was young.
This loneliness didn't seem to be a problem for him, but over time he got used to Y/N's presence, he looked forward to her questions, and he eventually grew attached.
“My firefly.” He greeted her as soon as he saw her, with a shy smile.
“Why a firefly ?” she asked, laughing softly.
“Because you are a light in my life.”
Y/N might have taken offense saying that a firefly was a tiny, fragile light that would die quickly, but knowing Asa's love of insects, she knew he wasn't going to compare her to a sun or stars. It was even a nice compliment on his part that he deigned to compare her to a Lampyris noctiluca.
Even when insulting people, he never used insect names. That would be an insult to the insects and he couldn't do that.
As with everything else in their relationship, it was Y/N who invited him on their first date. He accepted without seeming to understand what that meant.
The poor man seemed lost when she kissed him. But not necessarily disgusted.
“My firefly, you are the only human being who matters.” he admitted when she asked him if he ever thought about marriage, after more than two years together. "There are only a few insects that practice monogamy, but most die quickly, sometimes during the act of reproduction. But you know how much I hate anthropomorphism. I will be happy to spend my life with you."
Life with Asa was calm. Perfectly organized, structured, like its classification of all arthropod species.
After obtaining his diploma, he had no difficulty in being hired in the largest natural science museum in the city. His name quickly became known in his field.
His frequent nighttime outings and other prolonged outings could have been frightening for Y/N, but he always warned her in advance, preparing his schedule according to the pace of life of the insects he was looking for.
"Rumors are circulating about an unknown species of grasshoppers in a forest. I will probably be gone all weekend."
"Oh. You won't be here for my cousin's birthday ?"
"I forgot. Forgive me, my firefly."
“It doesn’t matter… It’s for your work, it’s important.”
He promised to better note the dates that were important to her, because even though he was very diligent in his work, Asa was a good husband. He didn't care at all about other humans, and therefore her family, but he always tried to please her when he could.
Even though he had a true admiration for spiders, Y/N saw him more as an ant. He worked hard, he never seemed tired, and he often brought home gifts to make up for when he missed an appointment, or simply because he wanted to see her smile.
"Ants don't bring back gifts for the queen, they do this to feed the colony. Plus they work in groups, I work alone."
“I didn’t compare myself to a queen.”
"You could, it was you who worked to create our home. There is no colony without a queen, and there would not be our home without you."
Their house was perfect, but empty. They didn't talk about having children. The subject didn't seem to appeal to Asa. After all this time, he did not talk about his family, visibly traumatized by their disappearance, and his aversion to others, in addition to his complicated schedule, were not compatible with the role of father.
There were his dogs. Perfectly trained hunting dogs, who were only adorable with their master and his wife. But especially with Y/N, who loved to cuddle them.
“My firefly, they have already eaten and they are not allowed to be inside.”
"Oh, Asa, please ! It's cold outside, and they were very good !"
“You mustn’t get them used to it or they will become fat and lazy.”
“Only for tonight, please !”
His colleagues said he was tough. A cold, distant, almost mean man. It was quickly decided that he would no longer participate in school visits, because he did not know how to talk to children or teachers.
But with Y/N, he was gentle. He refused her nothing. The dogs stayed inside, and not just that evening.
The times Asa told her no, it wasn't his fault. The excuses he found always contained the words 'I would like to, but the museum, my colleagues, the insects…'.
No, she couldn't accompany him on his hunts. She wouldn't like it anyway. It was cold, there was almost no time to sleep, and she might be bored.
“I’ll be with you, that’s the most important thing.”
".. .It's always a joy to be with you. That's also why it's better if you don't come. Then I have a reason to come home."
And he always came home, tired, but satisfied with his work, placing a kiss on Y/N's forehead like a ritual, before caressing her cheek while looking at her as if seeing her for the first time, his eyes wide blacks seeming to devour her entirely.
Then came the night when he came home late, very late, with strange injuries and terribly angry. Growling like an animal, he slammed the door so hard that it woke his wife. She found him trying to stitch himself up, mumbling and shaking.
She had never seen him like this. Asa was always calm.
Hesitantly, Y/N asked him if he was okay, and when he looked at her, she was scared for the first time since they met. For a moment, he looked like he didn't recognize her, and was ready to jump on her. Then he took on the features of her husband.
"… My firefly." he sighed, getting up with difficulty to kiss her. "I woke you up. I scared you. Forgive me. There was an incident. I lost several very precious, unique species. But it's my fault, you don't have to suffer my bad mood."
“Shouldn’t you go to the hospital ?”
"It's okay, I promise. Scratches, nothing I can't fix myself. Go back to bed, I'll be with you right away."
Nothing forced her to obey. Y/N could have insisted, asked questions, called an ambulance, but she returned to the room, staring at the wall unable to sleep. She didn't move when Asa came to her, holding her close, his face against her neck, whispering that he loved her.
They talked about the incident in the neighboring town the next day on television. An abandoned factory was ravaged by flames. But that wasn't the worst. It was the lair of a serial killer, whom they called the Collector.
The survivors spoke of horrible things. Of torture, of strange experiences. According to police, the man had died in the fire along with his guard dogs and most of the evidence there was nothing left to fear.
Y/N didn’t ask Asa where the dogs were. She tried not to think about it.
If he was waiting for her to ask him about it, he didn't show it. He didn't talk about what happened during the night, behaving as if everything was perfectly fine, and going to work like every day. He would come home, he would kiss her, and he would do it again. The difference was only that he went out less often.
According to him, the season was not good for hunting. And with the problem at his office, he needed a little time, to rest, to repair the place.
This excuse could have worked forever. Of course, Y/N could have called the museum and they would have confirmed that there had never been any serious incidents, but she didn't want to. She continued to lie next to her husband, letting him embrace her tenderly.
Then there was the man's visit. He seemed surprised to see Y/N, as he placed a large red trunk in the kitchen. Almost sad too. He was holding a gun.
"I imagine you don't know anything about it. I can let you go, if you promise not to warn him, and to let me do what I have to do."
"… I don't understand what to talk to you about."
"Your dear husband. The man who kidnapped and tortured me for weeks. You're lucky you didn't see his little collection. He's a monster. He needs to die."
No doubt the man was right. There had always been something strange about Asa, everyone had always known it and Y/N had been the only one to refuse to see it. She had built her life with him, her home. They had to share everything.
So even if he was right, she without thinking grabbed a knife when he turned, convinced that she had understood and she stuck it in his back, at the level of his heart.
When she realized what she had just done, it was too late. The man was lying in his blood in the middle of the room, his gun fallen next to him. Y/N touched nothing, unable to do anything but cry while trying to remember how to breathe.
Asa found her like this, sitting against a wall, when he returned from the office. He looked at his wife, then at the scene in the kitchen, before putting his things down to crouch down next to her.
Like every times, he held her face so that she could look at him and he could kiss her on the forehead. Then with one hand he wiped the blood from her cheek, massaging her neck with the other to calm her down.
"Tell me what happened. Are you hurt, my firefly ?"
"No… He… He wanted to kill you. He said… Oh, my god. He had a gun, I… I was scared… He said you… Asa …"
"Shh. I'll take care of everything. Come on."
Holding her close, he took her to the bathroom where he helped her undress and get into the shower, which he adjusted so that the water was perfect. Taking a bath would have done her good, but he had to leave her alone to clean up, and he didn't want her to fall asleep.
"I'll be back, my firefly. Just sit here, it's okay."
Y/N didn't know how long she stayed under the water, shaking and crying. Not as long as she thought. Her husband quickly returned to help her get up, dry off and put on pajamas.
Although she was not hungry, he insisted that she have tea and biscuits, as it was not good to keep an empty stomach after such a shock, before putting her to bed. He certainly put something in the tea for her to sleep.
The kitchen was immaculate the next morning, as if nothing had happened. The man, the weapon, the red trunk, everything had disappeared.
Unusually, Asa had prepared breakfast. He was always up before her, but he only had coffee, and he often left for work while she was still asleep, coming to place a kiss on her forehead to warn her.
His dark eyes didn't leave her for a second as Y/N chewed her pancakes with difficulty, one hand on the glass of orange juice that she couldn't drink. She looked everywhere except her husband.
Before the intruder spoke, she had already started to have doubts. Questions. Now everything was quite clear, and all that remained was to decide what she was going to do. Asa was also obviously waiting, sitting near her.
The options were vast. Run away, call the police, risk getting killed… Y/N finally managed to lift the glass of orange juice, while thinking of their meeting.
"… Aren't you going to be late for work ?"
"No. I took some time off to stay with you."
“But your collection… I understood that it would take a long time to rebuild everything.”
"It's not as important as you, my firefly. My mantis religiosa. My black widow." he purred, running a hand through her hair, his lips on her neck.
Asa loved spiders. It was a nice compliment, even if she received it because she had killed a man and agreed not to report him to the authorities. He didn't seem to notice her fear, one of the reasons she remained silent.
Only the other reason mattered. And by giving her all these names, like a transformation, he was telling her that he would not harm her, that he did not see her as prey, and that even if she decided to do so, she could devour him.

Natasha was a collector, a curator of the finest things the world had to offer. She obtained rare artifacts meant for museums, paintings made by the historical elites, and a very long list of other various means of artistic expression.
If she wanted it, it became hers, even if that meant breaking laws from time to time to secure it. Money is power, so she ruled.
——
One of the things she collected, what actually inspired her to start her life of curating, was a porcelain doll with the prettiest of features. It was given to her by her neighbor friend, Sara, as a way to say goodbye before she moved.
Natasha loved that doll more than life itself, which wasn't hard to believe with the life she'd been dealt. It broke her heart when she woke up in the army vehicle to find it was gone.
Dreykov grinned devilishly at the little girl, he held the delicate antique in his hands, she sobbed openly knowing of her cruel, twisted fate. Tears cascaded down pale cheeks as the man ripped the doll in two, tearing away her far off dream of a full life, taking away her will to fight for that dream; but it didn't die.
It was a long time before she obtained that freedom, and it's been an even longer time since she escaped to chase a new one.
A dream that lead her right to you.
She remembers the first time she walked down the streets of New York with Clint, he'd taken a strong liking to her. A paternalistic need to show her love, and to show her how life could be; the inspiration for his willingness to walk down the streets of a bustling Manhattan.
He was blabbering on about all he'd planned for the day, just to find he'd lost her attention to a little hole in the wall thrift shop. He had jogged back to her, ready to scold her for not stopping him, but he paused at her expression.
Natasha was transfixed on a doll, he'd seen her reflection surrounding it, slightly muffling its features, but he saw the redheads clearly. There was a spark of vulnerability in her eyes that he knew ran deep, it was the first time he'd ever seen her walls fall like this. It was sweet.
Clint shook his shoulders of his trepidation for the sake of the redhead. Superstition had him in a chokehold but he didn't have it in his heart to break hers so he bought the 'creepy' hunk of porcelain for her anyways. Then he silently vowed to take a bath in salt to placate karma.
Years later he told Nat about that feeling, and his noble act of bravery. She then watched in amusement as the Avenger jumped at the sight of five dolls clustered in a corner. Laughing in his face mockingly as she felt truly offended.
His words of misfortune proved untrue, only a year after she found that doll did she find you.
Her precious Y/N, you were the picture of perfection in her eyes that only sparkled for you. Your gorgeous features showed of an equally as tormented upbringing, but your heart radiated with a joy that was unfazed.
You kept your heart, and made her reminisce.
You were undeniably warm, she was shivering. So she gravitated to you without fear, her eyes hopeful, and you took her in without question.
Now Natasha sits in her reading cove, watching the rain pelt against the slanted windows of the roof. Nervously she tapped her short, red nails against the cracked spine of her favorite book as she anxiously awaited for you to return.
You'd only had to drop the kids off with Yelena, which she knows is a half hour trip with your fifteen minutes of silly gossiping at the door.
"Kate Bishop" this and "Natalia" that, she knew the drill, and she wholeheartedly adored it.
But it'd been over an hour now, and you weren't answering any of her texts or calls. Never did she let her defenses fall, retirement for her didn't come with the dream of peace. It came with risks, and to lose her edge over the enemies could be catastrophic for many.
Natasha breathed a sigh of relief, if not for the sudden, and adored sound of gravel crunching beneath tires she'd have called for backup.
"Where were you?" Natasha shrieked as she graciously made her way down the slippery cobblestone steps with an umbrella meant to shield you from the storm. You waited in the drivers seat, a knowing glint in your eyes as she reached for your hand to safely guide you out.
She'd always been so cautious with you, her fragile doll from the very first day you met.
Natasha was enamored by you, and you were just as curious about her. The attraction was instant, and the relationship moved fast.
You shook your head with a silly smile as you looked down to her bare feet, eyes curious as they moved up over her delectable, creamy thighs exposed to the world, and finally over the swell of her breasts to thin camisole straps.
Natasha smirked, then winked. "I'm Russian."
You cackled, head thrown back, the jolt was more than enough to make Natasha's hand move to your back to stabilize you. Effectively pulling you closer, lips hovering over yours as she whispered: "Where were you doll?"
You swallowed thickly, arms wrapping around her neck so you could kiss her swiftly. A failed means of distraction, her question only being hotly repeated into your mouth. You'd wanted to surprise her, but the chance was fading.
"I had to get Lena some groceries," you start, "She agreed to have the kids all week if I only got her enough food to satiate Milo's appetite."
"And her own I'm sure," Natasha teased.
You giggled, "Yeah, when I found fifteen boxes of mac and cheese on her list I realized that."
Natasha rolled her eyes but kept her smile fond. Her little sister was so childish it was adorable, but say that word to the blonde and suddenly it becomes an apparent falsehood.
"Then I had to get another epi-pen for the car for Eli as I gave the actual one to Yelena."
Natasha hummed, her agreement clear in your thoughtful decision. "You're so precious."
Your nosed scrunched and Natasha swooned. You'd always get even more adorable when she spoke so sweetly to you, cherishing you into a state of awkward appreciation. Love abounding in a way that almost felt suffocating, but you managed to settle into the warmth every time.
Her love was a safety net you hardly ever left.
Your lover saw the look in your eyes had hazed over some, she knew you had clear intentions for how tonight's going to go without your four year old son, and two year old daughter here.
"I also got us a few groceries as well," you say suddenly, popping the lust cloud swarming around your heads. Natasha nodded, and then wasted no time passing over the umbrella, and ushering you into the house, saying that she'd grab the groceries from the back seat for you.
You hesitated, but relented. She pecked your lips softly. "Hold onto the railing sweetheart."
"I will mommy," you appeased, purposeful in your chosen phrase as you ascended into the cottage. Lingerie you managed to hide burning the skin beneath your thick grey overcoat.
Natasha was hot on your heels, she tossed your bags of food onto the hardwood table without much consideration to if you'd gotten eggs. Her greedy hands pushed you into the marble counter, but before she could fully pounce your hands pressed to her chest. "You're dripping on my floors Natalia, take a shower, and relax."
You were playin dumb now, Natasha loved it, feigning shock at her movements as if you didn't egg her on with the use of your words.
Natasha acquiesced, leaving you to reheat the borscht you'd prepared the night before, knowing that it's best served reheated. Giving it ample time to steep in a fridge overnight.
While she took an expectantly fast shower you unloaded your groceries, and began to make a half dozen chocolate covered strawberries for a dessert, you then slipped them into the freezer.
You grabbed wine glasses, preparing your wife a glass of white, before topping off your own.
Then you pulled the bread from the oven, the outside was crunchy, and the rest soft. You plated two each on your finest China bowls, smeared them with butter, then lifted them moments later to layer the borscht beneath.
Natasha made it down just in time to see your bare ass before you were taking your seat. She looked you over with disdain for your apron.
You looked her over with your breath caught in your throat. It appears you were no longer the only one teasing, she'd joined, and played well.
The redhead had settled on slipping into a grey, ribbed tank that fit tightly to her body. Her bulky muscles were flexed as she curved her arms beneath her breasts, shifting your attention to them without a stutter in gaze.
Natasha smirked as she took her seat across from you. "Dinner looks great doll, thank you for always taking such good care of me."
"Mhm." You smiled. "I love taking care of you."
Natasha dug into her food, dipping the bread into the stew, making sure to get some of the dolloped sour cream to ensure a well rounded bite. The redhead moaned genuinely as the flavors melded over her tongue harmoniously.
You chuckled, "Do you like it Natty?"
"It's amazing sweetheart, so, so delicious."
"Thank you mommy," you softly giggled, more to yourself as the redhead took a sip of wine.
It wasn't long before she yearned for you in a way that was undeniable. Yearning for you was a constant for her, but this time was different. Natasha could feel the thrum of her heart in her ears, she shook her head and cleared her throat as she felt the sensation trickling down. Landing in her cunt where she felt a pulse.
She eyed the wine in her hand suspiciously now, taking note of the granules you'd failed to dissolve. It was a purposeful choice she's sure.
Natasha saw you grinning over your own glass, you let the tainted beverage slosh against the sides, swirling the cup with confidence as you focused back in on your nearly empty bowl.
Natasha slurped her last bit down, a low groan following the lewd noise and you felt your body tense. The stimulant was working rapidly.
You collected the empty bowls, walking away with a tantalizing sway of your hips. Natasha adjusted her posture, legs manspreading as she focused on your every move. The hem of her boxers digging into her skin as her high tech strap began to harden, bulging the fabric out.
Natasha cursed the forced adrenaline running through her veins. She intended to take her time with you, but now she's not so sure she won't bend you over the counter right now.
You pulled something from the freezer, and returned with a bright smile as you plated the strawberries in front of her. They shined with the help of the condensation on the chocolate. Natasha smiled at the plate, it was sweet, and above all else appreciative—a silent thank you.
You rewarded her manners with a gasp, "Oh my Natty, I'm still wearing my apron..." She shook her head as you turned your back to her, she understood the request, but before untying it she made sure to lavish your backside with open mouth kisses and occasional love bites.
When you turned back around you looked momentarily dazed, then you were back to smiling with a glint of mischief as you lifted the apron over your head and finally let it fall.
Natasha's eyes widened as you became fully exposed to her. There were straps adorning your skin, but fortunately nothing inherently crucial was shielded from her wandering gaze.
In the sweetest way possible you'd dressed up for her. Bridging the line between heartfelt and downright depraved. With your breasts and glistening cunt free of imprisoning fabric she was ready to pounce. She originally thought being able to see your bare backside minus the thong was a real treat. This was her nirvana.
But then she stuttered as she appreciated the way black strand's holding the lingerie over your shoulders and backside change into red when she looks to your abdomen. The emblem of her retired superhero persona covers your skin, with white lace to replicate an intricate web interlaced between the hourglass lines.
Natasha beckoned you over with a slow curl of her finger, you breathed in deep before obliging her as you tried to come down after imagining her doing that inside you instead.
You straddled her lap, legs stretched to their limits as she didn't close hers even an inch. Natasha lifted a strawberry to your lips, you obediently parted them so she could push the strawberry passed them. Nat softly tutted when you naturally tried to bite into the delicacy, "Patience doll, let mommy soften it some..."
Natasha played with you, pushing it passed your lips, only to pull it out before you could manage to taste the chocolate that was melting. Fucking your mouth with a coated strawberry wasn't exactly on her sex bucket list, but when inspiration strikes, she's one to run with it.
"Take a bite baby," she finally whispered, and you bit into the strawberry, the desired crunch of the chocolate ruined by your warm lips, but you didn't mind much when the richness of the melted chocolate bloomed more noticeably.
Natasha used her thumb to catch the juice that ran down your chin, she slid the digit into her mouth with a content hum. Then she wanted more and reached out for you, hand behind your neck guiding you to lean your body into hers so she could capture your lips with hers.
Her tongue slowly slid over yours, hot and heavy breaths being exchanged as she sought to taste the dessert that laid upon your tongue. Natasha moaned as the sweet, tart flavors were able to mix so flawlessly with your own taste.
There was just always something so delicious about you, the redhead could spend hours alone just kissing you until you were out of it.
Normally she'd kiss you until your lips were swollen, and tears were flowing down your cheeks at the desperation you felt for more.
But this isn't one of those times since every single touch from you burned her, with that pleasurable ache residing in her lower belly only growing more prominent as she kissed you sloppily, she knew it was a wrap on taking it slow. It hurt, but she knew that her usual love for devouring your lips would have to be set aside, the kissing becoming shorter.
Especially when you caused Natasha to lose sight of the bigger picture, your pleasure. She groaned huskily into your mouth as your hips instinctually ground down into hers, smearing your wetness all over her cotton boxers.
The moment her strap hardened fully against her boxers you groaned, then began running your slit over it without wavering in the power of your thrusts. This idea that you'd turned her on so much that she already activated the nerve trackers in the strap to make it work made you particularly feral. The overwhelming smell of you as you smeared your arousal all over her boxers left her in the same desperate state.
"Slow down doll," she purred against your neck, her buff arms wrapped around you to keep you from still rutting into her aimlessly. "Mommy needs to eat you out sweetheart, it feels like I might die if I can't taste you soon."
Natasha didn't give you much time to respond, she simply lifted you up onto the dining room table and buried her face between your legs with a sigh of unbridled contentment. Taking what was hers, and holding no remorse. Not that she needed to with the way you were singing her praises. A cocky smirk raising her wetted cheeks as her tongue flicked over your clit and she heard as you forgot how to breathe.
"Fuck, mommy, I'm so close," you cried out as she swirled her tongue within your greatest depths. Natasha drove her tongue even deeper and your back arched off the table, your thighs trembled and you finally drenched her cheeks.
Natasha's eyes found yours within an instant, she slowly lifted her head to reveal an almost predatory smile, her lower face glistened under the soft yellow lights of your dining room, and you found yourself struck by her raw beauty.
No one could ever compare, not to you at least, she was a step above the rest in your eyes.
"What's on your mind doll?" Natasha was now hovering above you with a playful smirk, she could see you lost in something deeper than the haze, it nearly worried her until you smiled. It was goofy, and kind, a reminder of just why she loved you so deeply. "You're so beautiful."
Her heart burst with adoration, every day she found herself falling more in love with you, something she once thought to be impossible.
She never expected her life to be like this. From the mornings spent wrapped up in each other, the soft kisses you two would exchange just before the giggling commenced as the toddler’s came bounding into your bed for snuggles. To the nights like these, where your bare bodies entangled with one another’s more intimately. This life with you was like a dream come true.
Natasha leant down to kiss you, it was softer than the moment initially called for, but it was what you, her sweetest girl, truly deserved. “Thank you baby,” she whispered, smiling against your lips. “But I’m nowhere near as beautiful as the sounds you’re going to make.”
The glint in her eyes read of danger, her lips quirked up as realization washed over you just in time for her finger's to slip inside. "Fuck." Your fingers dug into the muscles around her shoulder blades as the pleasure overtook you, your head hitting the table as your back arched.
Natasha roughly nipped at the stretched skin of your throat as she steadily thrusted into your cunt, your slick was so abundant that it was pooling and leaving behind a polish for the table that was already being rubbed in by your backside that jiggled with every harsh thrust.
Once you came around her fingers with a throat scratching, incoherent scream Natasha pulled out of you against your bodies natural pull to keep her locked in place. You whined, but she pressed her lips to yours, and caught your moan as her strap easily slid inside you.
"I'm going to fuck you to sleep doll," Natasha spoke in a whisper, her teasing breath rushing over the heated skin of your neck enacting a scattering of goosebumps to rise on your body.
You felt impossibly warm, body buzzing with a need, the warmth only intensified as she licked from your throat to your earlobe, seductively whispering: "Then I'm going to continue to fuck you until you cum back to life."
To emphasize the truth in her words she rocked her hips back, then sharply thrusted back inside your dripping heat where she belonged. The anatomically ambiguous tip of her strap hit your cervix, inspiring a delicious mix of pain and pleasure to course throughout your body. You rewarded her with a moan.
Your continued flurry of sounds as she railed you were more symphonic than any of Beethoven's compositions. In moments like these, thick with infatuation and driven almost exclusively by lust, Natasha had found herself concocting devious plans. Like the one where she plans to one day open a museum for you.
One where the walls shook as your glorious sounds reverberated off of them, a continuous loop of your labored breath intermixed with whorish moans and squelching noises from her fucking your pussy so well it was singing.
There'd be photos scattered on the walls, in many forms such as: polaroids, like the one of you with your eyes crossed as she fucked her strap down your throat, or the ones of your tits. The visual possibilities would be endless.
There would also be film strips from sex tapes. They'd be raunchy stills, in sepia, scattered on a wall that surrounds a boxed off area with a single oak door meant for walking through.
Natasha would guide you in with a corrupted hand on your lower back. There'd be an old timey projector, and you'd watch with your mouth agape as videos you'd never seen before broadcast just how filthy you two can get.
Then she'd recreate those scenes with you as they played in real time, never letting your eyes stray away from the screen. Just so she could see your face when it turns into a livestream of the both of you. She imagined you'd clench around her fingers as you saw the screen, she can picture the look of surprise that would soon fade to embarrassment before bliss.
The idea arouses her to no end, especially because she knows you'd melt at the gesture. Natasha was nothing short of romantic, she made it her mission to never stop wooing you.
This would be a personal project of course, never opened to the public because Natasha doesn't much believe in the sharing is caring mantra. No, she believes instead that since she fought through thick and thin just to have you that you would be hers alone. It was only fair. You felt the same about her, whenever anyone ever came close to her in your younger years you'd send them home shitting themselves.
Possession in relationships could be rather daunting, most times it became overbearing. But with each other, it's a peaceful process, it's the only way the two of you know how to exist. More to the point, was that this was wanted.
Natasha stayed true to her promise, she always did. It was after you'd cum for her three times, with this brutal pace being set, and she'd had you teetering on another edge of unforgiving bliss that it began to become a reality.
Her first, and likely only orgasm was intense as she felt herself clench around her end. Sharp teeth sinking into the skin at the juncture of your neck and shoulder as it tore through her. Thus activating the finale you’d anticipated.
On your end you felt as the strap externally warmed, and twitched as if this was a real sequence. Then her warm, genuine semen filled the stretched space between the walls of your quivering cunt, in toe curling abundance, it even came sloshing out onto your thighs.
A silent scream echoed through the vibrations against her lips on your neck, no sound left you, but she knew. The way your body trembled beneath hers was fascinating, but it was when you completely slumped against the table that she felt her movements become feral.
“Fuck, I love it when you do this,” she grunted, her hips continued to fuck the strap into you, her arms holding up your limp legs, causing her to reach your furthest depths, and ensure her cum made it deep into your barren womb.
Natasha admired your raw beauty, your face calm, but occasionally twitching from pleasure. All too suddenly she added that extra bit of pressure to your neglected clit, and in seconds your upper body rose off the table with a shriek as you were overcome by pleasure, what’d put you to sleep had also been like an alarm clock.
“Mommy, please, no more,” you cried, as your hands tried to push her away, but it was never of any use when you did that. You knew what to say to make her stop, but you never did, because you both knew you loved this feeling.
All you ever did while weakly protesting her lust was create red lines on her chiseled biceps that she’d look to fondly the following morning as the hot water from your shared shower makes it sting. “It’s okay, let mommy make sure her seed is gonna stick doll, just a couple more seconds and then it’ll be over, I promise.”
A couple of seconds turned into a minute though, as she lazily kept up the rocking of her hips. The sloshing sound of your cunt slowly became drowned out by your whines from the overstimulation. Natasha knew you couldn’t handle another intense round, so she stilled, not wanting to work herself back up either.
The drugs had officially worn off, her urge to devour you was now back to her average, which was still high, but there’s always tomorrow. For now you needed rest. “See doll,” she purred, tongue tracing over the bruising mark she’d just left behind on your neck. “We’re all done.”
Natasha pulled out of you, slipping the plug she’d already had with her inside of you, her lips peppered your face with kisses as she too worked to calm you down. Natasha hated to see you in pain, but she wanted to ensure the third and final addition to her family took.
This was it, the last of her scientifically engineered seed, what gave her the chance at motherhood that was once torn from her, and she didn’t want to have to ask Tony, the smug man, or Bruce, the jealous ass to make more. Fortunately, with her super soldier serum in the mix the cum was potent, it’s never failed.
When you whined again, she shushed you, “It’ll be okay love, we just have to be secure.” You nodded tiredly, eyes fluttering open again as your body had regulated some. You smiled up at the redhead in a dopy, lovesick fashion. “You're always so good to me," you sighed dreamily as you met her lips for a perfect kiss.
Natasha smiled genuinely. "You're my most prized possession, you deserve cherishing."
"You're mine too," you sheepishly admitted, and the woman's eyes shone with tears that you quickly kissed as they slipped down her cheek. "My entire life is you and the kids."
At the mention of your kids, your unending love personified, Natasha grinned widely. Her hands caressed the skin of your stomach. "I hope it works." She kissed your tummy then she smiled up at you shyly. "For good luck."
"Yeah?" She shrugged then swiftly moved back up to kiss your lips with uncontainable passion. "Mhm." Her arms wrapped around your body, and she stood up with you with far too much ease. "Now let's go get you cleaned up love."
Her strength was truly mesmerizing, even after all this time with her you were still amazed that she could carry you. Especially when she still stayed so gentle after the rough sex. Natasha could break you with ease, fortunately, she never would. You were like a fragile doll, but you’re one that would never be made to break.
The redhead cleaned you both up as quickly as she could before slipping off to make a snack for the two of you to share. She settled on some carrots with ranch, and a PB & J to split, she even threw on a few chips for your happiness. After scarfing down the food, she made sure you had an entire bottle of water before she settled you onto the mattress with care.
Natasha laid behind you on her side, her arm wrapped around your waist protectively. She had you pulled into her, back pressed to her front without much space between your bodies. Every time, without fail, after a passionate night together you'd find yourself like this. The both of you cherished these sweet moments.
"I love you," Natasha whispered as she kissed your bare shoulder, breaking the peaceful silence that had settled over your bodies.
You momentarily turned to face her, kissing her lips tenderly. "I love you too Natty."
The redhead kept you there a moment longer, lips lingering over the marks already forming on your throat until she returned to your lips.
"Get some sleep doll," she softly commanded, then she retook her rightful place behind you.
The both of you were physically exhausted, but your minds were racing with the excitement of what just took place. Hope for life reignited in ways that left you restless and wide awake.
So you watched the rain run down the window, multiple lines in a race of sorts it seemed, you'd silently placed bets on the winner. "I think the one on the right is gonna win," you yawned, Natasha chuckled, "The what is gonna what?"
"It's too late," you yawned again, "I was wrong because they met in the middle and merged."
Natasha snorted, "Go to sleep now doll, you're clearly losing it." She pulled you in closer as you grumbled a hey in protest. Then you rolled over so you could lay with your face in her neck and place a few gentle kisses to her collarbone.
"Goodnight Natty." Natasha stayed up for another hour after you, simply relishing in the way your body felt so close to hers. How perfect you were under the soft casting from the moon, the subtle rise and fall of your chest a reminder that you're alive, and this love was indeed real.
Her tired eyes flitted around the room until she found the tattered doll she once adored. The one she repaired in secrecy, and that looked just like you, her wildest dream come true.
Reminiscent eyes fell back to you with ease. “Moya krasivaya kukla.” She’d smiled softly before pecking your parted lips. Your nose scrunched adorably, but fortunately you had remained fast asleep in her arms, the corner of her eyes crinkled in response. “I love you so.”
(My beautiful doll)
Natasha was once a collector, but it seemed that after she found you the thrill was gone. Expectedly so, there was no longer a need for it; she'd curated her standalone masterpiece.

Hit Me Hard & Soft
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
A/N- It gets pretty angsty this chapter & the next few chapters! I hope the girlies can work this one outttt…🤞🏻 Please like and reblog, it means so much to me! <3 ALSO I’ll be posting twice a week again starting next week. Tuesdays and Thursdays!😌
Remy’s POV
I looked at the time on my dashboard, anxiously tapping my foot against the weather mat in my car. It was 4:15pm and they were still not here. I don’t know what the hell the crack I was smoking earlier was laced with when I thought there was even a slight chance of me getting to San Jose by car on time. I searched for the fastest, cheapest flight out of LAX I could find, and booked it.
If I could get out of here and to the airport by 5:30pm, I’d make it on my flight on time and get to the concert by 8pm the absolute latest.
I got out of my car, headed straight to the women’s restroom, when I saw Joe and three other slightly younger men sitting at a table. They were loud, drinking out of fancy cocktail glasses, and barely even noticed me walk by. I made my way over to the table, probably looking confused and a little bit pissed off.
“I didn’t see you guys come in?” I stood by their table. The four of them turned to look, fixing their eyes on certain attributes, before Joe got up to pull my chair out so I could sit. His hand grazed my lower back, his touch invading my personal space, as I sat in the chair.
“Well, we were at the bar at first, getting a couple drinks.” Joe sat back down after me, reintroducing me to the corporate bodies next to me. His hand rested on my shoulder as I mentally took myself out of my own body to get through dinner.
“Would you like to order anything? We have sushi coming out any minute. You want a drink? It’s on the company card tonight.” One of the men, Victor, offered.
“I’m okay, Victor, thank you.”
“Please, call me Vic.” He insisted.
I nodded, smiling politely, wanting to get on with the reason I was here.
I began to bring up my ideas, explaining what Rachel and I wanted to do, and even opened up the opportunity for Joe to tell them how much he likes my writing. I felt like I was just there to be stared at, like a museum display that no one bothered to read the inscription on.
I watched as they looked me up and down while I spoke, taking their time to notice the square neckline held up by my ribbon shoulder straps. I tugged at the hem of my red dress, feeling exposed and in the wrong company. I very quickly noticed they weren’t really interested in what I had to say.
They would interrupt to compare what I was saying to something that didn’t really relate, as well as direct questions toward Joe, that should’ve been for me.
I found myself fighting to get a word in, as the room would fill with laughter due to their inability to be serious.
“Seriously. How many time a day do you need to make copies for this guy, huh?” The one named Connor joked.
I fake laughed, asking myself if this was even worth it at all. Maybe this is how they network. Maybe this is how I get in with the important people, I lied to myself. I had to play the game.
“So, Michael.” I put a hand on his arm, leaning in and noticing a wedding ring on his finger. “What’s good to drink here?”
I noticed his demeanor a little flustered, flipping through the drink menu for me. Side eyeing, I caught a glimpse of Connor looking at my legs. I gracefully cross them, showing off a little more skin.
Michael waved a waiter over, ordering me a Cosmopolitan. I hated cosmos. I smiled at him with my eyes. I sipped it anyway, making sure to be delicate and proper, unlike them.
“Are you sure you want to be writing these things, instead of posing for them?” Vic said.
“Oh Vic, it’s my dream to be a columnist.” I nodded, flipping my hair behind my shoulder. “Maybe I could show you some of my outlines?” I reached into my purse, pulling out my phone.
“You can just email those to us, sweetheart.” Vic shrugged me off.
Upon seeing my phone, I saw I had 4 missed calls from Billie. My stomach dropped, seeing it was 5 o’clock already, making me more anxious by the second.
“Excuse me a minute.” I stood up, sashaying towards the restrooms. I dial Billie, staring at myself in the mirror.
“Helloo.” She answered.
“Hey, sorry I didn’t answer sooner. What’s up?”
“I was checking on you. About what time are you getting here?”
“8pm the latest.”
“But, that’s right when I go on stage.”
“I’ll be there, don’t worry! We’ll do Guess together. Or Bad Guy. Whatever you want.” I adjust my strapless bra and breasts.
“Okay. I’ll see you there, then!” I could hear them sound checking instruments in the background.
“Of course. See you soon.” I hung up.
I walked out, knowing I had to beat traffic to make my flight on time. I sit back down as they feast on sushi. I grab a few pieces, careful not to get any soy sauce on my dress. They continued to talk through me and about me, without even really acknowledging me.
Anytime I contributed to the conversation, I swear they looked at me with pity in their eyes, like I was this ditsy, precious, little thing. It made me hate myself. I wish I was another man they could respect and admire.
“Gentlemen, you’ll have to carry on without me. But I thank you for your time. I had a great time with you.” I began to stand up.
“Oh, please, stay a bit longer!” Michael begged, waving the waiter over to get me another drink.
“Really, I need to get going. But please, enjoy yourselves.” I smiled, rage building inside me.
“Before you leave.” Connor stood up, with a glass of red wine in his hand. “You don’t spend an hour with a young lady like this and not give what she wants.”
I looked over at Joe as he stood too, “Rachel’s office is yours. She’s going to be working remotely from her apartment and we wanted you to have it.”
“The- the office?” I squinted, confused as to what he meant.
“Yes, for now, let’s not get ahead of ourselves.” He laughed, the rest of the men joining him.
I laughed in disbelief. “That‘s not what I wanted-“
“I look forward to those ideas of yours in my inbox tomorrow morning.” Connor leaned in to say goodbye. He hugged me, laying a clammy hand on my lower back.
Michael waited his turn before planting an uninvited peck on my cheek, and Vic gave me a goodbye hug, pressing his chest into mine a little too tight.
I nodded, my head throbbing and spinning from how ridiculous I felt being passed around like an appetizer.
I sped to the airport, making maneuvers I’ve never made before.
I made it 20 minutes before boarding began, going through security with nothing but my small, leather clutch. It didn’t even matter to me that my outfit was getting strange reactions from people passing by.
As if tonight couldn’t get worse, the pilot announced a delay due to an issue with the tarmac. You have to be kidding me. I text Billie I’ll be a little late, but would be there in time for Guess.
The next 2 hours go by and the plane finally lands in San Jose. I shoot out of my seat, not minding the people reaching for their overhead carry ons. All I care about is calling an uber to take me to the arena.
By the time my uber driver pulled up, it was 8:45pm. He did a double take, unlocking his car and greeting me.
“Hello, are you-“
“Remy, yes. I’m going to the SAP Center.”
He looked at me thru the rear view mirror and began to drive, noting my rush. “Is this a special event?”
“Kinda.” I tapped my foot, constantly checking the time. The acid in my stomach created a whirlpool of anxiety.
Eventually, we made it to the venue. I made sure to tip the driver, running as fast as possible, ignoring my aching feet in these heels.
I showed my backstage privileges to security at the door, hoping they wouldn’t hold me up much longer. By almost 9pm, I was finally backstage, where Maggie and Patrick greeted me and offered me food.
“I’m so late, did she already do Guess?”
She nodded. “You just missed it.” She looked like she knew Billie would be upset, like Billie already knew I wouldn’t be on time.
It felt awful, watching Billie do the barricade walk without me, smiling at her fans, taking the time to hold their hands up close. I watched the rest of the concert alone backstage on a screen, while Maggie worked her Support & Feed stand outside.
Once it was over, I stood up, fixing my dress and putting my heels back on.
Billie walked in a few minutes later holding her water bottle and a sweat rag. She looked at me, her head tilted, her brows furrowed, and her mouth slightly parted.
I braced for impact, hoping she wouldn’t be upset.
“What are you wearing?” She put her things down, taking off her rings.
I looked down at my bright red dress, “I had a work event, I didn’t even bother to change-“
“Yeah right. You wore that for work?” She stood, watching me trip over my words.
“It was at a restaurant- it doesn’t matter, I’m here now.” I anxiously laughed, hoping she’d stop focusing on that.
“Is that why you were late? You were eating with that girl? What was her name- Sydney?”
“Stevie, and no, if you must know, it was dinner at Nobu with Joe and a bunch of the executives from Variety.” I crossed my arms.
“Wait, wait, wait. What? Dinner? How’d you have dinner and drive up here, 5 hours away.” Her voice raspy as she tried to catch her breath. She needed her inhaler, I could tell.
“I didn’t. I flew on a plane.” I furrowed my brows. She was so upset, I felt like anything I said would automatically annoy her.
“You flew here? You mean this was your last stop of the night.” She scoffed. “What a waste of fossil fuels.”
“Billie, I’m so sorry, I thought it would work out better than this, and then my flight got delayed- Believe me, I tried my best to get here on time. It’s not my fault!”
“Nothing ever is, is it?” She sat on the couch. “You said you’d be here and you chose whatever the hell you were doing over keeping your promise.” Her voice was low and exhausted.
“Hey! It was for work! I couldn’t miss it! Joe promised it would get me closer to my own column! All three of the execs were there to listen to my ideas.” It stung knowing it wasn’t even worth it. But I didn’t want to add fuel to the fire
“Oh so that’s why you dressed like that! That’s why you’ve been dressing like that. Showing off, thinking it’ll get you in with the elites? Who told you that? Rachel?” She shook her head.
“What are you talking about?” I squinted my eyes.
“You send me pictures in your new work clothes, looking like the secretary every married piece of shit hides from his wife… you don’t even look like yourself anymore. And you’re fine with that. You’re fine with flaking on your friends, and giving yourself up, just to write some bullshit on a magazine no one even reads! You don’t even read it!”
“I- what the fuck do you mean!” I uncrossed my arms, feeling that sting. “I showed up! I’m here, and I tried my best! I’m sorry that I have to make just a few compromises so I can advance in my career!”
“Once you get this promotion you’ll have to make a few more compromises.” She held her fingers up, making air quotations. “And one day, you’re gonna realize you spent your whole life compromising, and never showed up for your friends or for yourself!” At this point, she was shouting. Every word resonated with me, but I didn’t want to face it.
“This is about you not understanding how much this means to me. You don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“No, I hate what those people have turned you into. Look at your inability to tell people no! Rachel takes advantage of you. She makes you do her work and she gets all the credit, and you let her! And Joe tells you where to be, and what to do whenever he wants! You haven’t taken a day off in so long! Even on weekends he makes you do shit for him! And you’re not even clocked in! You get paid salary, you’re screwing your self over! What- you think they’re giving you overtime? They know you’ll fucking do anything so they made you their bitch! And don’t even get me started on you wearing this shit just so they’ll look your direction!”
“Oh, fucking please! Look who’s talking! As if you even worked a day in your life! You have the perfect voice, the perfect face, you wear whatever the fuck you want, and everyone just fucking throws their money at you! You could show up and scream into the microphone, and still sell out arenas. Everyone says yes to you, whatever you want, whenever you want it, and if there’s ever an issue, you can pay for it to get solved. I have a family to take care of, I have bills to pay! I don’t get to travel the world and be admired! I have to bust my ass to barely make it to the end of the month!”
She stood up, shaking her head, “Oh hell fucking nah! You’re really going to go there? You know the hard work and dedication I’ve-“
“You’d never understand all the hard work and dedication that went into the position I have today-“
She cut me off, “WHAT POSITION? You mean the assistant to the assistant manager bro?”
“No! Thanks to them tonight, I have my own office now! And they asked me to email them my outlines for a new column! You swear I don’t know what the fuck I’m doing!”
“OHHH WOW! My bad! She has her own office now! She’s bad as fuck!” She waved me off.
“Yeah, sorry for assuming you’d give a fuck.”
“You lied to me saying you’d be a little late, knowing you were 5 hours away, because you double booked yourself, even though you pinky promised ME you’d show up! You took a flight to make up for your lie and contributed to global warming!! And meanwhile the ICE CAPS ARE MELTING! You know what next time- don’t even show up!” She ranted, throwing her hands in the air, pacing now.
“What about all of the stupid fucking things you’ve bought that you said you’d never buy if you had this kind of money? What about all the cars! Those burn fossil fuels too, genius!”
“I barely even drive them!”
“Exactly!! Stupid!”
“What does that even have to do with any of this?”
Flustered, I found anything to cling onto. “You’re judging me and you don’t even know what the hell you’re talking about! I can’t just drop a band and get whatever I want! I need theis job!”
“You can get any other job you want!”
“No! That’s you!” My speech rapidly increasing in pitch. “Look, Billie, I was trying to be supportive and show up for you, while also worrying about my career. When you couldn’t show up for me because of something happening in yours, I was never an asshole to you!” I pointed at her, watching her expression change.
“When I pinky promise to show up, I show up!” She got closer, staring in my eyes, her voice sharp and aggressive.
“I DID show up!” I looked at her, pronouncing every word forcefully.
“You know what I mean! I wouldn’t be 5 hours away and have to rush over! I would just- BE THERE!” Her voice broke, becoming creaky and guttural.
“Billie. I am trying my fucking best here.” I felt like I was being shot in the heart.
“No! You know how exhausting it is to rely on you, and trust you’ll be there, and every single time I end up disappointed! At some point, it’s not just you thinking about your career, it’s you not thinking about me.” She took a deep breath after finishing out her sentence, wheezing a bit, thanks to her asthma. She grabs her inhaler out of her pocket, taking a hit. I watched her stabilize her breathing. I tried to think of anything to respond with, but I didn’t even know where to start.
Billie continued, “You KNOW he’s using you. You KNOW those pigs aren’t the least bit interested in what’s on your mind. Joe didn’t even care about you until you started walking around the office in a mini skirt!”
“You just can’t fucking believe that one day I could be SOMEONE other than just Billie Eilish’s friend!”
“No? What I can’t believe, is that you’d really let some piece of shit treat you like that in front of people, and not even allow you to grow unless you suck his metaphorical dick. That’s abuse of power and you know it! And you of all people should know I know a thing or two about that!”
“You of all people should know how hard it is to accept it in the first place!” I shut her up.
She glared at me, her eyes glossing and her jaw clenching, like she wanted to cry. She scanned my body, ending her stare at my red, strapped heels.
“Just leave. Don’t worry about squeezing me into your schedule anymore.” She grabbed her things, throwing them in her duffle bag.

-Reality Tunnel.-
Welcome Home x Human!Reader
Words: 2,919
|Contains: Swearing.|
Synopsis: You work in a museum dedicated to a famous puppet show from the 60s to the 70s. Strangely enough, you never stay in this place until it gets dark. And when you did, you didn't expect to have seen what was an exhibition become real.
Tumblr media
You sighed lightly as you finished typing on your workplace computer. When you entered this job, you thought it would be more fun to work in a place that contained a story from an old TV show with children's puppets. But still, it wasn't exhausting, that was a bonus. You took your eyes off the blue screen and looked at the people walking past you after having visited the tour of the old place where the scenes were shot. Your older family members had already seen this show, they had watched it as children, but you, unfortunately, did not get to see any of it. Ironic, since you work at the location where you have all the information about what the show was like.
Some loud laughter made you lift your head to see what was going on next door, it was just your co-workers who do the tour around the museum, laughing about things you weren't too keen to find out. You watched them and then decided to get your bottle of water in your favorite color, the refreshing liquid made your dry throat feel better after a busy afternoon. You looked to your side and saw the empty chair of one of your colleagues who had finished their shift a long time ago. Alex was their name, friendly but very quiet. Any information that one of the tourists needed, you had to speak instead of them. Not that it was a problem. It rarely happened. "Dear?" You lifted your head, which was in your hand. You noticed the presence of an older woman. "Oh, hi Evelyn." You said smiling lightly at the lady in a more basic outfit. Ah, Evelyn was the cleaning woman in the place, you were the one who made friends with her the quickest because of the number of times you had forgotten your things in the place and she had found them. The old woman smiled at you and looked at your things on the table. "Darling, what are you still doing here?" she asked, watching your calm expression change. Still here? What? You looked at the place. It was empty, you should have finished your shift by now, but you were still drifting off in your own thoughts. "O-Oh, I didn't even see the time pass!" You started to take your things and put them in your backpack. The most important items mainly. Evelyn giggled lightly and waved her hand at you. "I almost lock you in here." She said jokingly. You grin lightly at the old woman who watched you leave some important things behind. "Oh, don't forget to get your jacket, your bottle, and your keys." The old woman begins to lift each finger to how many things you accidentally left behind, you took the jacket in hand and put it on. "Jacket ready." The elderly woman hummed and looked at your bottle in hand, you lifted it up and put it inside your backpack. "Bottle already put away." And lastly you picked up your keys and lifted it. "Keys already in hand."
Then Evelyn stopped you before you could continue. "Isn't there something else missing?" The old woman asked you and you paused, innocently turning your head sideways. Evelyn just looked down at your desk and you followed her vision. Oh, it was your door access card. "Oh! Ahah, thank you!" You left your keys on the table to lift your backpack off the floor and then saw Evelyn start walking forward. You quickly grabbed your card and the backpack and ran to the exit along with the elderly woman. Smiling as you walked out the doorway. "Have a good night, Evelyn!" You waved to the elderly woman who returned the nod. You jogged over to your motorcycle, which unfortunately was further away from the place. Unfortunately the motorcycle parking space was hard to find around the museum, so you walked along the road until you reached your motorcycle, where there were also some motorcycles. But because it was late, the street was empty. You sighed content to finish your shift and finally go home, eat something warm and watch something under the covers. You daydreamed and reached into your pockets for your motorcycle keys to finally get to… to… You widened your eyes slightly. You fumbled in your left pocket, feeling only your card inside. You checked your other pocket. With your shoulders slumped now, you felt only bitterness. "Son of a bitch." You grunted angrily, you turned around and started running towards the museum again. Your face containing only resentment for having made the same mistake AGAIN. You mentally cursed yourself. You grabbed the keys! You had them in your hands! You could only hope that Evelyn hadn't left yet. But getting close to the museum and seeing the closed doors made you grunt louder for bad luck. But you sighed and remembered that sometimes, when there are still people in the museum, they use a side door that requires a card. You could only hope that your employee card would work on this door. Running to the side of the structure, you spotted the door, which contained a mechanism on the side, which you could only think was where the card went. Fingers crossed, you swiped the card, and then heard a 'blip'. Raising your eyebrows as you saw the door unlock, you smiled at your luck. Wasting no time, you went inside the place, it was dark, except for the lights that were turned on in the exhibitions. You ran straight to the front tables and began to search quickly for your keys. Were you breaking in? Maybe….. But if you were quick, it never happened. But you began to get stressed by not finding your keys anywhere. You remember the last time you were here, keys in hand, with Evelyn and-
Then you heard the sound of metal hitting each other in the deepest parts of the museum. You stopped your breath when you heard the sound of keys. You raised your head in the direction of the sound and it seemed to be in the most isolated area of the museum sessions. You heard the sound begin to drift away.
"Evelyn?" You called out, perhaps the old lady would not have left as soon as you thought. Maybe she had stayed to sort some things out? You left the tables and followed the sound, going further into the museum. You called Evelyn's name again, but got no answer. Entering corridors and exiting rooms, you stopped at the end of a wing under construction. You realized that it was the old parts of the old studio. They were being renovated for tourist viewing. It was all dark, but you could see a door on the other side opening and closing.
It was bright on the other side of that door. You quickly made your way inside this dark, empty wing. You couldn't see any silhouettes of any kind, except the door that you got close enough to see. Stopping in your tracks, you felt a revulsion in your stomach. It was as if it told you not to turn that knob. You frowned and sighed as you reached for the doorknob. You opened it and the brightness on the other side blinded you in a way you weren't expecting. "What the…?" You covered your face with your arms and then opened your eyes slightly, seeing everything blurry, and everything very…. Colorful? You blinked a few times and lowered your arms, letting your eyes absorb all the information in front of you. Your eyes after getting used to the bright light, you couldn't help but stare, awestruck by what you were seeing. Your head turned several different ways, looking at the houses, the trees, the colorful floor tiles, the clear blue sky. You were seeing in front of you an exact version of the show Welcome Home. Only everything was giant and real.
Wait, real? It wasn't possible, you must be dreaming, hallucinating. You looked back and the darkness was still behind you, you looked forward, letting your head cross to the other side, noticing how the door was literally in the middle of nowhere. You frowned in confusion. But when your eyes reached the ground. You noticed that a few feet away were your keys. You noticed your keys were on this other side of the world, simply on the floor. You bit on the inside of your cheek and nervously decided to step into this place with its extremely saturated colors. Taking small steps. You reached for your key and bent down, noticing how shiny and polished the floor tiles were. The place was quite beautiful and extravagant. But it was too much for you.
Then standing up as you turned back around, you wanted to get out of there as fast as possible, pausing quickly as you noticed a fatal mistake. One thing that was missing.
You turned around and were met with only the street and a few more colorful trees.
You gripped your keys tightly as you noticed the missing entrance from where you entered. Your eyes searched the entire place, but there was no sign of the door. Your breath rose and you looked back at the small neighborhood. This was definitely not what you wanted to do after your shift.
You noticed that there was a road, you looked both ways, and the sinister thing was that both sides made the road extend to where you could no longer see, same thing with the colorful trees. It was bizarre. You then noticed a butterfly passing near you, your eyes watched it, and it flew with the breeze into the neighborhood. The only place that would have things inside… Putting your keys in your pocket, you decided to investigate what was inside. Maybe you would find your key thief. But not holding out much hope, you began to walk into the neighborhood. Looking carefully at the store next door and the post office. They seemed closed, are all the houses empty too? You walked until you reached the middle. Looking at the red house, strangely it seemed to have eyes. You ignored it and kept walking to the right. Not noticing the fact that the house was staring at you until you were out of sight. You kept walking along the colorful tile, passing a house- uh, a decorated barn. Strangely enough, a good smell coming from it. It smelled like a freshly baked pie. You kept walking until you came near a house with sky decorations and- "OH MY STARS!" You almost choked on your saliva as you heard someone screaming behind you. You turned around, surprise on your face. And then your face got even more expressive after you saw who was there. The girl in the overalls dropped the box of ornaments from her hands and dropped it on the floor because she was surprised to see you.
You however just watched this star person. You remember the names of some of the characters, and clearly the one in front of you was Sally. A character from the show. Real, and right in front of you.
You didn't have the strength to say anything, just watch carefully for this fictional character interacting with you. Sally pressed her rosy cheeks together at the sight of you, making her mouth in an 'o' shape, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "Oh my!" Sally then put her hands over her mouth as she noticed her loud tone of voice.
She soon removed her hands from her mouth and began, "You, are you our new neighbor??!" She asked loud enough for you to hear. When you heard that, for some reason, you finally managed to speak back. "Me? No! Not at all-" Sally then looked at you and waved her hands in front of her. "Oh come on! You don't have to keep it a secret, you-" Sally interrupted herself as an idea popped into her mind.
"OOHH, I have to tell Wally! He's the one who takes care of this!" Sally soon started to run backwards, soon braking hard and looking at you with a smile. "Hold on there! I'll be right back!!!" And then the girl continued running away, precisely to the red house in the center.
You began to despair internally. Feeling a little exposed by the neighborhood. You started to walk and run away. Afraid to see what would happen after that. You walked straight through the forest next to the post office and decided to go back to see if the door would be there. You had a view of the road. And no door. Snorting loudly, you put your hand on your head. Staring at the ground. But what was going on anyway? Where were you? Why is this happening to you? Suddenly, someone walks by the corner of the post office and almost hits you, well, technically this person did hit you, but only in the arm as you went straight past. You paused, instinctively raising your head to see who it was. "Oh, jeez. You okay, friend?" The somewhat monotone voice asked, not loudly. You felt a hand lightly grasp your arm. You looked up at the person, or rather being. The man with a smile on his face looked into your eyes, and you have never seen in your life someone change expression as quickly as that one. You definitely knew this one. The protagonist of the show. Wally Darling.
Although you had seen drawings of this character with a friendly smile, you definitely didn't want to be the person who saw the look he was giving you at that moment.
The same could perhaps be said for Wally, for your facial expression at seeing him was not one of the happiest to behold either.
You couldn't tell for how long you stared at him, but you noticed how he moved closer to you, his eyes intense and focused only on yours. You swallowed hard. Not liking the situation at all. Wally then opened his mouth and after seconds said seriously. "You're not from around here." The only thing you could do was nod your head slowly, a little terrified and surprised that he would notice. Or maybe not, you clearly didn't suit that place. "I'm not…" You finally broke eye contact to look at your arm that was in the puppet's hand…? Thankfully, the man in blue let go of you, making you more comfortable with not being stuck in the place. "Although…" Wally began, his voice a little more subtle and not serious as before. The puppet put his hands together and put a smile on his face. Still with his eyes on you. "If you got in… Then that means you must belong here." You took two steps back, glancing at the man in blue in front of you. Ignoring a little what he was saying because your mind was so confused, you just wanted to get the hell out of there. But it seemed no one was going to help you. So maybe the protagonist knows what's going on? When you had this idea you went to open your mouth to talk about how you would get back to your place, since he realized that you didn't belong there, you were interrupted by him taking your hands. Raising your eyebrows you looked at Wally, who was smiling contentedly. "Well, welcome, neighbor! I hope you enjoy your new stay." How did you get into this situation? . . . "Wait, I don't think you understand." You tried to explain your situation to the puppet who clearly wasn't listening to you, ironic though he didn't want to take his eyes off you. "I'm not from here. I can't get out. I don't want to stay." You said stopping your steps. You were being 'forced' to walk with Wally to your new stay. And it was a real challenge to show him what 'I don't want to stay' means. "Nonsense! You wouldn't even be here if you didn't have your keys!" Wally turned to you, with a slight smile. The puppet just found it amusing to see you making irritated expressions after his explanations. "I-! I don't have any keys. I don't want to live here." If you weren't insane to see this place. Then you will be in trying to explain something in this place. "Silly neighbor! Of course you do." Wally looked at you with half-lidded eyes, you frowned, and then he finally took his eyes off you, to look in your pants pocket, and then continued to look at you. You thought this was strange and quickly put your hand inside your pants, feeling for your keys.
You looked at the puppet frowning as he watched you smiling. Pulling out your keys, you noticed something you didn't have on your normal keys. A large letter of your initial as a keychain. "Wha-?" The man in blue moved from your side and pulled out a proper key, with a letter W as a keychain on his keys. "We each have those keys in the neighborhood. And so do you." No fucking way. "Now, may we continue? I would love to introduce you to the others. Although Sally has already started spreading the news." Wally laughed monotonously and continued to take you to your 'home'.
Your new stay? No fucking way. You're getting out of this place for sure.
-Heyyy another Wally story, theres more parts of this one for sure, idk I like the idea that you could just walk into the welcome home world like nothing. BTW the flower that I used, Dahlia, means change.-

Saw you were doing Rescue Bots so I've got a request: Chase x Reader who's a thief like Arsene' Lupin that flirts with him everytime they meet.
This is cuteeee :D I enjoyed writing this, live laugh rob fr!!
Tumblr media
[ CHASE ] x [ MALE!READER ]
[ chase x human!male!thief!reader ]
You were a famous person in Griffin Rocks, but not for a good reason. You have snuck past everybody’s eyes many times and were known for many famous robberies. You are merely a civilian who stands under the shadows of others. You were only seen by the Autobots and the citizens saw you as a speedy shadow and there were many theories about everything about you. Your appearance, personality and life. Because of this, the Rescue bots were always on high alert for you.
You heard there was something new in the museum so you decided to do what you do best, steal, of course. You dressed into your dark-schemed and caped outfit then ran off to the museum.
You snuck past the cameras, security and lasers swiftly with a mischievous and confident look. The town never learned from their mistakes and had such weak security, it was the same tech every time and it became memorable.
You turned off all the tech you knew about and reached for the shiny jewellery that gleamed in the dark. You ghosted your hands over the item to take the sight in then- BEEP!! You launched back in surprise and suddenly the whole room went into shutdown, even the ground and roof shut with an extra layer of steel to make sure you stayed in the room. The room flashed red and a commanding and robotic voice slowly got closer.
The steel door that was previously the entrance opened to show only Chase. Seemingly he went off on his own instead of sticking with his partner, strange…
”Hah? You finally modified this place, have you? You guys seriously never learn…”
”Please stand down and place that item back where it is supposed to be, citizen!”
”Blah-blah-blah… You guys are seriously so boring, and way too strict too! What’s the point in trying to stop me when I get away every time?”
Chase spreads his stance so he is covering the whole door and blocking your way to freedom. Seemingly your mockery did not budge him one bit emotionally or psychologically. You never have been in this type of situation before but that’s the fun part. You decided to approach him differently, something that is surprising but in character.
You held the luxury behind you with one hand and kept the other up to show ‘surrender’. You slowly approached the massive blue bot with a smile and spoke up in a charismatic and deep voice.
”Alright, alright, I get it. I’m trapped here until I give in, aren’t I, big boy?”
”Sorry, may I ask wh-“
”Enough questions, you seem a little deprived of something I could give you… Give me 5 minutes with you and maybe I could show you that I’m not all bad.”
”No, I need you to cooperate with me and place th-“
”Come down to my eye level, or I’ll make you.”
Chase then went onto one knee and looked down at you, concern etched on his face. You held his chin with your free hand and brought him close while smirking. You tilted your hat slightly and looked at him with eyes that screamed deception and charm.
”You are a very good bot, you know that? Always obeying orders with no room for mistake, that’s certainly a feat. You deserve a reward that should’ve been given to you so long ago.”
Chase looked into your shadowed face and a bright blue hue became noticeable on his face, it looked adorable to see a stoic bot crack from some simple words. Though it’s hard to figure out if he was flustered or falling in love, you were spoiling him. You needed to stick to your goal and get out unscathed.
”I don’t understand why your partner doesn’t shower you with praise, you are so much more than enough. You are a precious stone that I would also steal, you cutie…”
You smiled and suddenly released and ran past him, running into the shadows of the museum and disappearing. You clenched your stolen treasure tightly as you left your new treasure behind with a wink.
Chase had almost no time to react and try to run after you, but you just disappeared without a trace. Chase was left there with mixed feelings of affection, confusion and a little bit of irritation.
How could someone as sinister as you be so charming at the same time?

transcript of the full thread:
"A very long thread: To the League fans, We found out this news along with you on Friday. I see the pain and anger and worry out there, which for the LGBTQIA+ fans of the show is of course compounded by what’s happening across the country right now. #ALeagueOfTheirOwn
So the first and most important thing to say is: Before anything, before you fight for the show or each other, please take care of yourselves. Reach out to your community and ask for help if you need it. You aren’t alone. Please be kind to yourselves.
As I’ve been thinking about what’s happened, I come back to a quote from Penny Marshall’s film: “The hard is what makes it great.” Making this show is so hard and so great. There’s quite a bit to say about what’s been hard, but at this point that’s in the past.
Of course, if we have an avenue to do it well, we will continue the show, and I love seeing the noise you’re making in support of that. The noise matters!
And it’s hard for me to imagine there wouldn’t be a home for a show that thanks to you was in the Nielsen Top 10 for three weeks, was the top show on Amazon for a month and in the top five for six, that was recognized by critics as something special, that’s been recognized…
…with awards from GLAAD, HRC and a million other organizations, that was on a million year-end top ten lists, and that has a built in and deeply passionate audience.
Amazon is pursuing different kinds of programming, but to the rest of the world this show is a hit and has huge value and even greater potential. But first things first, we have to win this strike and get a fair deal before we can explore what comes next.
But for a moment, I want to talk about what happens if the world didn’t quite change quickly enough for you to have all the seasons of this show that we want to give you.
If we don’t find a good path forward, I will still know that League did what it came here to do and, in its own small way, changed the world.
And that’s because of all of you, and the light you continue to shine on the show — How you let it matter to you, how you let it become a mirror, how you let it change you.
I’ve never experienced a response to a show that’s as deep, personal, creative and meaningful as what the fans have done with League. When we were making the season 1, we all wondered and worried about whether people would accept it on its own terms next to the film.
They have, and you did that, and so much more. You lit up the internet on your first watch throughs of the show, when you realized where it was going (and made all of us laugh in the process).
You wrote enough fan fiction for 100 novels and created an outpouring of art and creativity that could fill its own museum — I’ve truly never seen anything like it.
You lifted up a 95 year old who had just come out of the closet and made her into a celebrity who gets recognized wherever she goes. Every time any member of the cast appears at anything, you turn it into a convention.
You stop Abbi wherever she goes, and though I’m a happily inconspicuous person, and you constantly find me and stop me and give me gifts that now have a shelf in my house.
When thousands of you appeared to see D’Arcy at the stage door of The Thanksgiving Play over its run, you turned it into the hottest queer bar in New York. You made Max’s suit and Chante’s beautiful performance into a movement.
A mob of you went to Pittsburgh and saw all of our locations. You dressed as the characters and made our characters into one of the biggest halloween costumes of last year.
You came out, you changed pronouns, you started living more openly, you gave sermons in church about the show, you opened bars, and you got a truly mind boggling number of tattoos that say “to the five” and “rob the bank.” What else am I forgetting? I'm sure you'll remind me.
But most importantly, you made a community, you found each other and found joy, which of course is what the show is about. In many more ways than I would ever have let myself imagine while we were making it, you literally bring the show to life every day.
Thank you for making our work mean something bigger. We’ve heard from so many different kinds of people around the world who are watching League.
But, in a time when all queer people are personally and politically under attack across the country and HRC has declared a “state of emergency,” my biggest fear is that the many queer fans of League will take this reversal as one more invalidation, one more blow, one more…
…effect of the general politicization of our identities. Most of us grew up feeling invisible, and as we gain strength, the predictable backlash forces are trying their hardest to get us to go back underground.
In case anyone needs to hear it: You are not small, niche, modest, off-putting or marginal, and neither are your stories. You are multitudes, you are building, and your stories are universal. You are the most rapidly growing audience and consumer group in this country.
You are powerful. You are the future, and the people who don’t recognize your importance now will feel be clamoring to catch up in a few years. As Chante said so beautifully when we received the Human Right Campaign Visionary award, you are the main characters. Be proud.
Be angry if you that’s how you feel, but know that we are going to win, and don’t ever let this moment or any other make you small. The biggest lesson of the characters in this show is that, in a world that had no space for them at all, they LIVED. (Continued)
They found love, they did the things they loved, they won. You’re doing the same thing, and just like them, you are heroes. We are still fighting for League. But whether we win or lose this one, I’m so proud.
From the time when we began working on the season, Abbi, Deta and I said to each other — Let’s not hold anything back, for as long as we get to be here, let’s do this the right way.
We got so many notes wondering if the exploration of the queer world of the 1940s or Max’s world would be better saved for season 2, if people needed to start somewhere a little more familiar. I’m so glad we didn’t listen, cause now I’m sitting here without any regrets.
And no matter what happens, the people behind League aren’t going anywhere. Give us a minute, we will be back with more for you to watch and read and feel. We’re going to win.
And you’re not going anywhere either, because what you’ve built and what you are is bigger than this show. It’s the story of our community, that comes to us through the hidden history that League shows just one small part of: The bars got raided and shut down.
But the people didn’t go anywhere, and they opened a new bar, and out of those spaces came music, cinema, dance, culture — What we now see as mainstream was birthed from the spaces our predecessors were forced to hide in. They made joy there."

In the teenage mom Marc au, how hard does Vale need to stay still and breathe through his nose when the first time known baby magnet dovi enters the picture. The babysitter list as you said suddenly includes dovi. Vale post breakup so used to seeing the baby with Julia/roser/alex or santi only, nearly has an aneurysm when it's Dovi chucking a squealing toddler into the air. She still lights up for Vale but she also lights up for Dovi. Does not consider that Marc sitting off to the side laughing along clicking pictures might be the other half of the reason for the heartburn.
It's a different kind of hurt to when Vale saw Jorge play around with the kid (she was firmly being held by Dani because Jorge is not on the list) and gets a reality check of the baby is going to grow up know more people love more people, people that are not Vale, one day she might not even recognise vale in the crowd
Oooh is Uccio specifically told not to stop the child from heading over to Vale or is there an incident where she is turned away which NOW marc is truly done with Vale
LOVE this question. because a few days ago i was answering asks about their handshake heard round the world at argentina 2019 and i was like ummm why would vale do that and then immediately reverse course. for why. for what. and THEN i saw dovi also on the podium and i was like lmaooooo okay. jealous.
not just in an rpf way (although. please.) it’s like. vale is a person who is very aware of how a rivalry can get mythologized into a rider’s mythos. he himself is very CAREFUL and DELIBERATE about who he names as his rivals and how he manages perceptions surrounding them (he’s on good terms with them! keeps their helmets in his museum etc) and he’s kept marc pretty deliberately out of this narrative as an evil little punishment for marc’s whole deal.
BUT ! lmao. if we look at marc’s major rivals on track, there’s two major entries: vale and dovi. later fabio but post injury is a dif ballgame. and dovi is frankly better at fighting marc than vale is! so i think he sees the narrative of marc’s star getting tied to dovi and chafes a little (he is MYYYY FATED RIVAL. i am the only one who can actually challenge him as he is the best and i am the best. type shit) and then he decides wellllll what if i make this weekend about MEEE and himmmm and shakes marc’s goddamn hand lmao.
so. to actually answer your ask. if he sees marc like. having a NONtoxic homoerotic rivalry with someone he’s gonna chafe. if he sees that IN ADDITION to dovi being on the baby marquez’s (she’s. 6 in 2017 and he STILL somewhat psychotically considers her basically his own. #deadbeatstepdad) babysitter list he’s gonna lose it lmao. MAJOR kick in the pants. like marc literally hands her off to dovi in parc ferme like it’s nothing and vale’s smile FREEZES. double take. chest seizes. thank god he has sunglasses on. because usually she’s pulling over to himmmm (but she LIKES DOVI. and marc had been racing DOVI those last few turns. not vale…) and she’s NOTTTTT. dovi cracks a sleepy little deadpan joke and marc full body laughs and her little kid hands are tugging at dovi’s cap and for the SECOND TIME IN HIS LIFE vale sees this kid and is like haha. i’m in dangerrrrr. motogp instagram posts a cute pic of baby marquez with dovi on instagram (usually it is VALE or MARC in those!!! fuck !!) captioned like “looks like someone has a new babysitter!” and vale genuinely has to have a white knuckle moment staring into the mirror. goes to bother honda hospitality in incognito mode the next day because truly. that is his DAUGHTERRRRR. cold anxiety swimming around in his stomach nonchalant smile plastered on realizing that like. if he wants an actual place in her life he’s gonna have to ask 4 it. she sees him and. LIGHTS up. marc gives him a tense affectionate smile… still wary…. he still ALWAYS lets him see her though…
and that’s ALSO how vale cottons on to the marc of it all. because he’s turning it over in his mind like he’s trying to crack the zodiac killer case and eventually there’s no running from it and he’s like. um. i think the driving force of this is that i want to have a family with marc. and i love that little girl. and i miss him. and then. well he has to convince marc that he’s gonna stick around.

POSTING ARES HCS BC HE NEVER GETS ENOUGH ATTENTION
(This is actually canon): It was referenced multiple time in the series “Trials of Apollo” that Ares will often make dirty (inappropriate)-jokes and generally joke around with Apollo about certain things.
Which bring me my headcanon that Apollo and Ares get along because they are the black sheep’s of the family. Apollo will get emotional and start trauma dumping in him, while Ares is sitting there like “that’s rough buddy.”
More headcanons now:
Ares is actually one of the neutral gods in Olympus. (Along with Dionysus, Hades, Athena). Which makes sense why he keeps switching sides mid battle, but even though he does that—other Gods still tolerate him.
He will often be the troublemaker. Often sending horrible pranks to other Gods like creating terrifying & disgusting monsters and send it to Apollo/Hermes/Demeter etc. and blame it on Apollo/Hermes (which usually works because they’re all tricksters).
Demeter doesn’t hate Ares since he would often protect village crops from priests back in 399B.C
I feel like he’s the type of God to have a terrible soft spot for very specific things but would not admit it because he has an image to maintain.
Athena and Ares act like siblings in private meetings and can generally have a nice conversation about battle strategies.
When Athena and Ares were kids they would be on Mount Olympus while silently judging whoever passed them while making nicknames of the people around them. So now, as adults they have a lot of inside jokes but refrain from using them around others.
Hephaestus and Ares are really f’ king awkward around each other for no reason whatsoever. Maybe it’s the fact that they don’t really know how to make friends or not used to making them. But Ares is the God that sends the most requests from him and often praises him (but not to his face). -(which reminds me of when Apollo said he gives encouragement to Hephaestus when he’s working, canon btw).
Ares gets shy very often but has to look strong and unfazed even when his face is red. Most gods just assume that he’s so mad that he turned red.
Other times when he looks like he’s about to pop a blood vessel on his neck & forehead simultaneously, he’s actually trying not to burst out laughing.
He finds his own jokes and thoughts entertaining and has a hard time controlling his facial expressions when he thinks of something stupid. Sometimes he says some of them out loud, other times he keeps it to himself bc most of his jokes don’t even make sense unless you hear his full thoughts.
When the Gods of Olympus first met Ares when he was introduced, everyone thought he was a lot more handsome then they assumed. He usually had a helmet on that covered most of his face and during banquets he would just show himself as smoke (not a person), so when they saw him they thought he looked attractive.
Ares finds it embarrassing to see sculptures of himself. In one of them, you can see him trying to cover up his private areas. He thinks that that is no place for people to see. Which is why he never enters museums.
His favourite meals are burgers, fries, fish n’ chips, (Americanised) Chinese food.
Doesn’t like wine that much, but prefers beer.
(Canon) Since Apollo Said that the Gods have game nights in Mount Olympus,
(headcanon) Ares is the instigator during heated discussions about who is cheating or who won. Ares actually controls his temper well & isn’t the one throwing a tantrum, but rather it’s the other Gods who do so. Athena doesn’t care so much as she believes she can spent her intellect in something worth giving it for, but it’s everyone else that is like that. Hephaestus and Hades are never invited, until after the P.J. Series where they finally accepted him to the table. Hephaestus never truly shows up, he’s awkward and is very insecure about how he smells, looks and gets anxious. If he does ever play, he’s completely quiet and tries to take up as less space as possible. They often put Zeus & Hera/Athena/Artemis at each ends of the table. But everybody let’s Zeus win every once in a while bc he’s a sore loser and nobody has the time & energy for another conflict, not even Ares himself.
When Ares first understood the extent of his powers & realised he could control dead people from the underworld, Hades had to tell him to stop because he needed the labour.
Ares deepest, darkest secret is that he watched children’s movies. But in public cinemas or with other gods/people he will watch action movies.
He secretly wishes that he had a loving family. Over 3 millennia’s of being alive - he is bound to think of things like that at least once.
(Canon) Apollo Said that Zeus used to sing songs during banquets before he was born—
Headcanons: if Ares was alive at that time, he would probably laugh in a corner while listening to him and he would get grounded by his father.

Anyway I've been here for six days now (basically a naturalised citizen) so here is what I have to say about China
Shit is CHEAP. Worryingly cheap. Don't think about it too much.
Their hourly minimum wage is the equiv of about $5AUD but that's reasonably proportionate to how much a meal is. Rent seems a bit more difficult though so I don't know how people manage that (cheap as dirt places go for 4000yuan a month or so)
People are REALLY nice, even security guards and cops and other people you'd assume would kind of give you a hard time. They'll have a laugh with you about stuff.
The country kind of feels like it's encased in a giant metaphorical glass dome - everything functions using their own special apps, special ways of doing things, etc etc. Breaking into it is difficult, but once you're "in", so to speak, it's very easy.
Public spaces including trains and buses are a bit of an "every man for himself" vibe. People will play their phone videos out loud and no one even gives a shit. Once a security guard on shift was just sitting there playing his 抖音 videos out loud with little concern for anything or anyone. It's not mayhem, but it's certainly no polite affair.
Your phone loses battery very quickly and unless you're just going for a walk it's impossible to leave home without it as any purchase is via WeChat, Alipay et al. Many times I had considered going for a phone free outing before realising it just couldn't be done.
China is beautiful and just about every place has something to offer. There are streets that are clearly just a result of a LOT of urban development being done very quickly but in terms of actual sites, it's hard to find a city that doesn't have something incredible in it.
Their coffee is top notch. Seriously approaching Melbourne level. I'm flabbergasted and slightly concerned because frankly Australia is bullied by China on the daily and our coffee is the only thing I knew for certain we had over them. Now I don't know what the fuck we're meant to do
Trains tend to be in English, even if it's not particularly big with foreigners, though I haven't gone to any suuuuper remote locations so I don't know about those. They're very well maintained; they're more or less indistinguishable from those in Japan, Korea etc.
Bikes and motorbikes don't have to follow traffic lights which will make you shit yourself the first couple times they ride right past you as you cross the road.
There is not as much propaganda around as I was expecting. My uni has a big statue of Mao but as it happens that's just cuz he has a history with this particular university. I haven't seen any pictures of Mao anywhere else that's not, like, a dedicated Spot for that sort of thing (think Tiananmen square etc). I saw one pic of Xi in a museum. Most propaganda is just asking people to become soldiers and cops and stuff. I was expecting it to be like Vietnam or something but it's basically non-existent.
No the social credit memes are not true unless everyone else can see mine and is just not telling me
Those world statistics weren't lying that country really can heavily populayed
People love taking photos of themselves but selfies are not too popular, so dedicated individuals will bring whole stands with lights and shit like that, as though they were dedicated cosplayers. Yesterday we saw a middle aged woman doing a sort of VR anime idol stream (I can't remember what they're called but the one where your face is overlayed with an anime avatar) in the middle of the bridge haha
^ and people will take these sorts of photos in front of ANYTHING. Even if it's... Slightly inappropriate by some standards. It's kind of funny.
People are generally quite chill and don't take themselves too seriously
I'll add more if I think of more

Guided By Her Light (Julie Vanloo)
Tumblr media
(This is my own gif)
Summary: A lost traveler in Belgium meets Julie, a helpful local who guides them through the city, turning a frustrating experience into a memorable adventure.
Wordcount: 4.1k
You never imagined that getting lost in a foreign country would be this confusing. Sure, you had heard stories about travelers struggling with language barriers, but you never truly understood how overwhelming it could be until you were the one lost in the heart of Belgium.
The cobblestone streets stretched out before you, a maze of winding alleys and quaint cafes. You had set out with high hopes for exploring the charming city, but now, as the sun began to set, you realized that you were very much out of your element. The streets were quiet, and the buildings were beautiful but unfamiliar, each street sign written in Dutch or French, neither of which you spoke.
Pulling out your phone, you opened your translation app, hoping for some direction. You typed out the phrase in English: "Where am I?" and waited for the app to process.
The translation appeared, but when you tried to show it to the nearest passerby, they only gave you a confused look before quickly walking away. The app had translated it to something unrecognizable, something that didn't match the local language at all.
"Well, this is great," you muttered to yourself, feeling more than a little embarrassed. You glanced around, hoping to spot someone who might be able to help, but everyone around you seemed to be minding their own business.
After wandering a little further, you decided to try a new approach. You looked up the name of a nearby café, hoping to find someone who could at least point you in the right direction. But when you showed the app's translation to the next person, they smiled politely but shook their head and walked away. You could practically hear the wheels of frustration turning in your head.
The more you tried, the worse it seemed to get. Simple phrases turned into comical mistranslations. You'd asked for directions to a museum, only for the app to suggest a nearby "cake factory," and when you tried to ask where the restroom was, the app suggested you "dance with the ducks." Clearly, something wasn't right.
As you stood on the corner, contemplating your next move, you heard someone call out, "Are you lost?"
You turned, startled, and saw a woman standing near a bike rack. She was tall, with blonde hair, and a warm smile on her face. Her eyes were kind, but there was an almost knowing twinkle in them, like she had seen this situation more times than she could count.
"Yeah, I think I'm a little lost," you admitted sheepishly. "I'm trying to find the city center, but... I don't speak any French or Dutch, and my translation app is, uh... not exactly helping."
The woman raised an eyebrow and took a step closer, her eyes scanning you briefly, and then your phone. A laugh escaped her lips before she quickly caught herself. "Sorry," she said, holding her hand up as if trying to apologize, but she couldn't hide the grin on her face. "You just look so... confused."
You felt a little defensive, more than a little embarrassed by your current predicament. "Yeah, well, it's hard not to be when you're trying to get around with a broken translation app in a city where you don't know the language," you shot back, trying to brush off the awkwardness.
Julie held up her hands in mock surrender, still smiling. "Okay, okay. I didn't mean to laugh. I just, uh, can tell you're not exactly in your element here."
"I'm not," you admitted, your cheeks flushing slightly. "This wasn't exactly what I was expecting. I thought it would be easier to get around."
"I get it," Julie said, a hint of sympathy in her voice now. "It's definitely a different experience when you don't speak the language. Let me guess—your translation app isn't doing you any favors, right?"
You gave a small laugh, despite yourself. "You could say that. It's translating things into... I don't even know what."
Julie chuckled, clearly understanding your frustration. "Don't worry. I've seen it all. Trust me, I can help you."
"Really?" you asked, raising an eyebrow in skepticism. "You can help me with my app situation?"
"Not exactly," she said with a playful wink. "But I can help you get around. My name's Julie, by the way. Julie Vanloo."
You blinked, surprised. "Wait... are you—Julie Vanloo? The basketball player?"
Her smile widened, clearly pleased by the recognition. "That's me. And trust me, I'm a lot better at guiding people around than any app is."
With a nod of agreement, you quickly introduced yourself and accepted her offer of help, now feeling a bit more at ease. "Alright, Julie. Lead the way. I'm all yours."
Julie stepped closer to you and casually motioned for you to follow her. "Come on, I'll show you how to actually navigate this place. Let's make it fun instead of frustrating, shall we?"
Tumblr media
The two of you set off, with Julie leading the way confidently down the cobblestone streets. As you walked together, Julie chatted with ease, explaining bits of history about the city, pointing out landmarks you hadn't noticed, and adding her own quirky commentary. She had a way of making the most mundane things sound exciting.
"Look at that fountain," Julie said, gesturing towards a beautiful stone structure. "It's one of the oldest in the city. People used to believe the water had magical healing powers. Too bad I can't drink from it, or I'd be even more amazing on the court."
You laughed, enjoying the light-hearted conversation. "Well, I wouldn't mind having some magical powers myself at this point."
Julie smiled and gave a small nod, her eyes gleaming with mischief. "I think you've got your own magic. You just need to tap into it. Besides, you're doing great without any magical water."
As the day went on, Julie made sure to keep your spirits up. Every time you tried to ask for directions or help from a local, she was there to laugh off the translation mishap and find a creative solution. The app kept throwing you off course, but Julie just seemed to know how to fix everything with ease.
At one point, you tried to ask for directions to a nearby park. You typed it into your translation app, but the result said something like, "Where is the wolf in the corner?" It was clearly not what you intended.
You looked up at Julie, who was already chuckling at your app's latest mistake. "Let me guess," she teased. "You're looking for the 'wolf' in the park?"
"Yeah, apparently," you said with a grin. "Maybe they have a wildlife exhibit I didn't know about."
Julie laughed. "No wolves here, I'm afraid. But there is a lovely park just a few blocks away. Let's walk there. I'll give you a proper tour, no apps required."
With her guidance, you made your way to the park, taking in the beautiful scenery along the way. It was a peaceful spot, with lush greenery, tall trees, and people lounging on the grass, enjoying the afternoon sun. Julie pointed out the local landmarks, and you couldn't help but admire her deep knowledge of the area.
As you arrived at the park, you found a bench to sit on, and Julie took the opportunity to ask you about your travels so far. "So, how long have you been in Belgium? You seem like you're enjoying the adventure, despite the hiccups."
You leaned back on the bench, feeling more relaxed than you had all day. "I've been here for a few days now, but today's been... interesting, to say the least. I didn't realize how hard it would be to get around without speaking the language."
Julie nodded, her expression thoughtful. "It's definitely a challenge. But I think you're handling it really well. Sometimes it's just about making the best of things and not worrying about being perfect. You're doing great."
The words were simple, but they hit home. You hadn't expected to get this kind of encouragement today, and it made you feel a lot more confident in your ability to navigate through the day.
"Thanks, Julie," you said with a smile. "I appreciate it."
Julie shrugged with a grin. "No problem. It's been fun. I love showing people around. And hey, I think you're ready to tackle more Belgian adventures now."
As the sun began to set, painting the sky in warm oranges and purples, Julie suggested grabbing a bite to eat at a local café. You were more than ready for some comfort food, and you knew you could finally relax now that you had someone helping you along the way.
Tumblr media
The café was cozy, with the warm glow of lamps casting soft light over the tables. Julie picked a seat by the window, and as the two of you settled in, the conversation flowed effortlessly. There was something about Julie's laid-back attitude and infectious smile that made you feel at home, even though you were far from it.
"So, what do you think of Belgium so far?" Julie asked as she picked up the menu, her eyes flicking over the options.
"I like it, despite all the confusion. I mean, the city is beautiful," you said, glancing out the window at the streets below. "I just wish I could understand more of what's going on. Everything seems so different."
Julie nodded thoughtfully. "I get that. It's like you're surrounded by something new, and it's exciting but also a little intimidating. But that's the fun part, right? Discovering things on your own... and with a little help from someone who knows the ropes."
You caught her eye, and for a moment, something shifted in the air. You both shared a quiet understanding, a connection that had only deepened throughout the day.
Julie smiled gently, and for a second, the world outside seemed to fade away. There was something about her—her confidence, her warmth—that made you feel like you belonged here, like you were part of something special. It wasn't just the adventure you were starting to enjoy; it was her company, too.
"Well, I'm glad you're here to help me through all this," you said, your voice softer now. "I don't think I'd have made it through the day without you."
Julie's gaze lingered on you for a moment, and she gave a small, genuine smile. "I'm glad to be here. It's been fun... and you're pretty easy to get along with."
Without thinking, you leaned forward, and before you realized what was happening, Julie was doing the same. Your faces were inches apart, and time seemed to stand still. Then, almost instinctively, you closed the space between you, pressing a soft kiss to her lips. It was gentle and fleeting, but it spoke volumes of the connection that had blossomed between you throughout the day.
Julie pulled back slightly, her eyes wide in surprise, but there was a glint of something else there too—something warm, something that mirrored the feeling racing through your chest.
"Well," Julie said, her voice low and playful, "I didn't see that coming."
You chuckled nervously, but it was clear from the smile on her face that she was more than okay with it. "Me neither," you said softly. "But I'm glad it happened."
Julie smiled and winked. "Me too."
Tumblr media
The morning after your spontaneous kiss still lingered in the air, filling you with a quiet excitement that you couldn't quite shake. You hadn't expected things to feel so... natural, but there it was—a spark of connection that seemed to glow a little brighter today.
As you sat at the small café in the city, sipping your coffee, Julie appeared at the door, her smile wide as she spotted you sitting by the window. Her presence seemed to light up the space, and when she came over to join you, there was a playful warmth in her eyes.
"Morning!" she greeted, sliding into the seat across from you. "How are you feeling today?"
You grinned, trying to act casual, but the energy from last night still buzzed in the back of your mind. "I'm good. You?"
"I'm great," Julie said, her voice laced with a teasing undertone. "You know, I was thinking... since you've survived yesterday's adventure, how about I show you a bit more of my hometown today? There's so much you haven't seen, and I think you'll love it."
You raised an eyebrow, genuinely curious. "Your hometown? You mean, you're from here?"
Julie nodded, her smile softening. "Yep, I grew up just outside of Brussels. There's a lot of history here, but I've found some hidden gems that most tourists never get to experience. You'll love it, I promise."
You couldn't help but feel your curiosity pique even more. Spending the day with Julie, exploring her hometown, felt like the perfect way to build on the connection that had begun to form the night before.
"Alright, show me your world," you said with a playful grin, trying to sound confident, though the warmth in your chest was impossible to ignore.
Tumblr media
Julie led the way through the vibrant streets of Brussels, her pace steady as she weaved through the morning crowds. It was a crisp morning, the kind where the air felt fresh and energized, and the city seemed alive with possibilities.
"We're going to start at the Grand Place," Julie explained, pointing toward the grand square ahead. "It's the heart of the city. This place has been the center of Brussels for centuries. It's beautiful at any time of day, but I think it's especially stunning in the early morning light."
You followed her, captivated by her passion for the city. As you reached the square, the grandeur of the architecture took your breath away. The buildings surrounding the plaza were adorned with intricate details, their golden accents glowing under the sunlight.
"Wow," you murmured, taking in the sight. "This is... incredible."
Julie smiled, clearly pleased by your awe. "It's one of my favorite places. Growing up, I used to come here all the time with my friends. I still come back whenever I need a little reminder of how beautiful this city is."
As you walked together through the square, Julie pointed out the history behind the buildings, telling stories of the city's past and her own experiences growing up here. Her words were rich with detail, and you could tell that she loved sharing this part of her life with you. It made the city feel even more alive, like you were seeing it through her eyes.
Julie led you down narrow side streets, each one more charming than the last. She showed you cozy little cafés tucked away from the crowds, quaint shops selling local delicacies, and hidden alleyways adorned with street art. She even took you to a small bookshop that was so tucked away it almost felt like a secret.
"This place is amazing," you said as you ran your fingers over the spines of old books, each one carrying its own unique story.
Julie gave a small laugh. "I knew you'd like it. I used to spend hours in here just browsing, even if I didn't buy anything. There's something calming about getting lost in a place like this."
After a while, you stopped for lunch at one of Julie's favorite spots, a small bistro tucked along a quieter street. The food was simple but delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Julie ordered a dish you hadn't tried yet, something that she claimed was a "must-have" in the region.
As you dug in, you realized that you were beginning to feel more at home in this city, thanks to Julie's warmth and the way she had taken you under her wing. You had never imagined that a day spent getting lost in translation could turn into something so special, and now, you were beginning to appreciate this place in a way you hadn't thought possible.
Tumblr media
In the afternoon, Julie took you to a small park on the outskirts of the city. It was a quiet spot, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The trees there seemed older, their branches heavy with autumn leaves, and the ground was blanketed in a sea of color.
Julie found a spot by the water and motioned for you to sit beside her on the bench. The two of you spent a while there, just enjoying the peace and quiet, your conversation flowing naturally. The world around you seemed to fade away as you focused on each other.
"Tell me more about you," Julie asked after a moment, her voice soft. "What made you come to Belgium?"
You thought for a moment, unsure of how much to share. But with Julie's easy-going presence, you found yourself opening up. "I've always wanted to travel, see different parts of the world. Belgium just seemed like a good place to start. It's a little intimidating not knowing the language, but... I don't know, it feels like there's something special here. And meeting you, well... it's definitely made this place feel more like home."
Julie's eyes softened as she listened, and for a moment, you saw a hint of vulnerability in her expression. "I get that," she said quietly. "I always feel connected to this place, but sometimes it can be a little lonely, too. I'm glad you're here to share it with me."
Her words seemed to linger in the air between you, and something shifted, a deeper understanding passing between the two of you. You both sat in comfortable silence for a while, allowing the moment to settle before Julie leaned over, a playful glint in her eyes.
"You know, I think we make a pretty good team," she said. "I'm showing you around, and you're making this place feel more exciting for me. I like it."
You smiled, your heart fluttering at her words. "I think I'm starting to like you a little more than I thought I would, too," you said, your voice barely above a whisper.
Julie's gaze softened, and before either of you could say anything else, she leaned in, her lips brushing gently against yours once again. The kiss was slow and tender, a continuation of what had started the night before. This time, there was no hesitation, no awkwardness—just the feeling of something blooming between you, something that was just beginning to take shape.
As you pulled away, both of you smiled, the unspoken understanding between you clearer than ever.
"I think this is the beginning of something great," Julie said, her voice full of warmth.
You couldn't agree more.
Tumblr media
As the sun dipped lower into the sky, casting a soft golden glow over the streets of Brussels, Julie looked at you with a spark of excitement in her eyes. You had spent the day wandering through the city, discovering hidden gems, tasting local food, and learning more about Julie's life in Belgium. And now, as the evening settled in, you couldn't help but feel a growing sense of connection to both the city and to Julie herself.
"So," Julie began, her voice playful, "what do you think? Are you ready to see more of my hometown?"
You nodded, feeling a rush of excitement. "Absolutely. I'd love to see more."
Julie's face lit up at your response, and she pulled out her phone. "Alright, where are you staying? I'll make sure I can pick you up and show you around tomorrow, so you don't get lost again."
You chuckled at the memory of the previous day's confusion, the language barrier, and the ongoing struggle to navigate the unfamiliar streets of Brussels. It had certainly been a day full of challenges, but with Julie by your side, everything had felt a little easier.
You gave her the address of the hotel, a cozy spot tucked away near the city center. "It's the Hotel Amigo," you said. "I'll be there for the next few nights."
Julie nodded, typing the address into her phone. "Perfect! I'll swing by tomorrow morning and pick you up, then we'll go on a little adventure. You won't need a map when I'm around," she added with a wink, clearly pleased to be showing you around her hometown.
You grinned, feeling a little more at ease now that you had a concrete plan for the next day. "Looking forward to it. I think it'll be nice to have a local tour guide for once," you said, your voice light with gratitude.
Julie gave a soft laugh, clearly enjoying the idea of showing you more of her world. "I've got plenty of places to show you that most people miss. And don't worry, I'll make sure you're well-fed along the way. No more weird seafood... unless you want to try something else," she teased, nudging you playfully.
You smiled, feeling your cheeks warm with the memory of the previous day's misadventures with the food. "I'm definitely sticking with what I know tomorrow."
As the two of you finished your drinks, the lighthearted banter between you continued, and you found yourself looking forward to what tomorrow would bring. There was still so much of the city to explore, but now, with Julie at your side, it felt less daunting. It felt like an adventure you could share together.
Julie stood up, sliding her phone back into her bag. "I should let you get some rest. Tomorrow's going to be a busy day. But don't worry, I'll make sure it's worth it."
You nodded in agreement, feeling a wave of excitement at the thought of spending more time with Julie and seeing her hometown through her eyes. There was something incredibly special about her enthusiasm and the way she effortlessly made every moment feel significant.
"Goodnight, Julie," you said, giving her a warm smile as you stood to leave.
She smiled back, her eyes twinkling in the fading light. "Goodnight. See you in the morning. And don't forget—tomorrow, it's me showing you around. No more getting lost."
You laughed softly, nodding in agreement. "I wouldn't dream of it."
Tumblr media
The following day, you waited eagerly in the lobby, your suitcase neatly packed and your mind full of anticipation. It wasn't just the sights of Brussels that you were looking forward to—it was spending more time with Julie.
Before long, the hotel doors opened, and Julie appeared in the doorway, her energy as vibrant as ever. She was dressed casually, ready for the day, and she flashed you a bright smile when she saw you.
"Ready for another adventure?" she asked, her voice full of excitement.
"Absolutely," you said, feeling a sense of ease wash over you as you joined her outside. You handed her a coffee cup, which she accepted with a grin.
"I knew you'd need caffeine to survive my hometown," she joked as she handed you her phone to show the day's plan.
Tumblr media
The day was filled with new discoveries, laughter, and a deeper connection between you and Julie. She took you to places you would have never found on your own: charming neighborhoods, hidden parks, and historic sites that told the story of the city.
At one point, as you walked through an old town square, Julie turned to you, her eyes softening. "This is the part of Brussels I love the most. It's quiet here, but it has so much history."
You admired the picturesque surroundings, the cobblestone streets and rustic architecture. "It feels like stepping back in time," you said. "I can see why you love it here."
Julie smiled. "It's where I grew up. It feels like home. And now, I get to share it with you."
There was something incredibly comforting about being in a place that felt so familiar to her, yet new and exciting to you. It was like the two of you were creating memories together in real-time, and every corner of the city felt like another chapter of your story.
As the day came to a close, Julie led you to a quaint café tucked away in a quiet corner of town. You sat down, sharing a drink, and talked for hours. There was something so natural about the way the conversation flowed between you, and by the time the sun began to set, you were both reluctantly acknowledging that your day together was coming to an end.
Julie stood up, giving you a playful nudge. "Well, I think that's enough adventure for today. But you've got me, my hometown, and my heart at your service anytime."
You smiled, the connection between you stronger than ever. "Thank you, Julie. This has been perfect."
Julie grinned, her eyes sparkling. "We're just getting started."
And in that moment, you couldn't help but agree. With Julie by your side, there were endless possibilities.
