„Experienced this, experienced that“ job listings for the creative branches is an insult at this point. Y‘all can‘t even keep your talents, throwing them out like trash. Not even thinking of inviting entry levels to have a future cycle of workers (would be a bit too healthy for ya huh?). Keep it like that and there is no company to have in the future; only the uroboros of a burned out wasteland.
