I love Halloween more than any holiday...🎃 today started off rough but I pulled it together and broke down and rented a mobility scooter for tonight.. Best choice of the night I was able to trick or treat with my family.. and get to make memories and witness how awesome my daughter is to her brother.. #FactFriday #Green4GP #SaveTheSpoons when traveling make your best choices in traveling through your day — rest in some locations so you can participate in other activities! #balance #energy is limited so #ChronicLife is a huge see-saw We carefully maneuver through our day so we can make it through the day before we melt into a #ChronicPuddle picture - if you can a bunch of spoons say there are 12 and we Are constantly trying to shift these 12 around to stretch them to make them last throughout our day. We have 24 hours and 12 spoons each activity we do uses an exact amount of spoons . Once they are used .. they are gone .. shower 🚿 spoons .. gone.. wash dishes .. spoons .. spoons gone.. we are balancing our choices.. if our chronic pain jumps into the mix? Then it eats some of our spoons!
