If until dawn: rush if blood was the game that truly made my PS4 collection complete, than *this* beauty is the one that completes my PS2!

#i mean i guess anyof the silent hills or fatal frames would be nice to have as well dont get me wrong #but the difference there is that those are pretty easy to find but easily cost upwards of $150 each #this terrible awful game that i love with all my heart may only be $20 #but im not kidding when i say that ive been scouring used game stores in my city for years now #and only finally found a copy today #a triple a game this is not #but trust me when i say that everyone i met who has ever played it has absolutely loved every moment of playing it #where else can you play as a dog where your objectives are to save your girlfriend from being turned into cat food by shitting everywhere #only to have the game end by shoving the old lady into the catfood machine and turning her into a can instead #its such a stupid ridiculous charming game and i love it so much

i hate waking up from dreams where i get to be around a bunch of people. even when they're trying to kill me. at least it's not from covid

#this dream had everything #dirty bathrooms. cops. getting cut open. rusty stairs made of rebar corroded at the edges and i still had to go up them #to a dilapidated high rise apartment also dirty and full of bugs and squatters who wanted to kill me n the lady that lived there #and i saved a cat from being tortured by kids but it got immediately mauled by other cats #at the beginning of the dream though i was in a hotel room packed w cool people but i fell asleep and they all went to get food without me

#notable difference between this character and the Black Cat #is that the Black Cat is super capable and Rick is impressed and really into that #whereas this Blonde Phantom pretends faint so that Mark Mason will catch her in his big strong arms #also the fact that she gets kidnapped and then rescued by Mark at the end #which honestly reminds me of the Spicy Tales stories I’ve read as that’s where I’ve seen lady protagonists get rescued by men the most #but I’m not actually well-versed enough in the lady superheroes of the Golden Age to know which approach is more common #though in the Black Cat stories I’ve read so far she hasn’t had to have Rick save her like that #marvel #timely comics #louise grant #my posts #comic panels

lol i have my first Cat People(tm) clients next week and the wife is is so funny & particular about them in ways that would easily become annoying if she weren't so nice & otherwise easy going, and even though there's going to be a bunch of unrelated hassle I'll have to be dealing with during this city job I'm excited to branch out and get my name as a multi-species animal whisperer more widely out :)

#ive had dog clients with cats & other animals but we're talking every wall has cat climbs sort of Cat People lol bless 'em #i lost my 2 most regular pup clients to old age this past year (rip millie & izzy) so i've been thiiiiis close to having to hang it all up #but thankfully the summer rush is starting and ive gotten more new folks reaching out from other clients recommending me #im mostly in such a good mood bc today cat lady made clear she'd pay me at the start of the week rather than the end which is going to be #a lifesaver 🙏🙏🙏#i'll also now be able to afford going to seattle pride this year!#last time i lucked out w bus drivers who let me board for free so i could save the cash for more $14 12oz cups of warm IPA & overpriced doo #fees for the worlds most underwhelming block party dj sets. happy pride!!#by allah you rainbow capitalists are dogs. i will go as (semi-)usual
