Recommended usage of your JNH Sauna:
🌡️Select your desired temperature for 20-30 minute sessions
♨️Once acclimated, slowly work your way up to 45 minute sessions with increased heat settings as well
🚰Drink plenty of water before a session, otherwise you may not sweat
