people will joke about the time fuckery in sailor moon and are dreamshippers (Helios x Chibiusa) but then they get mad when u ship Chibiusa with Hotaru because they either think Hotaru is like a billion years older or that Chibiusa being 900 is literal

and it’s like. ok did you guys watch or read sailor moon with your eyes closed? because I’ll break it down very simply for you! Hotaru/Sailor Saturn is basically the same age mentally and physically as Helios/Pegasus

Chibiusa is 900 CHRONOLOGICALLY. She is not literally that old, the entire point is that the silver millennium family ages very slowly as to serve their people longer

I think people get confused on Chibiusa’s age because she time travels between the past and future quite a few times especially in the 90’s anime but- she’s clearly not the same age in s2 as s5 etc

But like Helios and Hotaru she doesn’t have a listed set in stone age, but let me continue

“Hotaru is too old!!!!” Hotaru isn’t old enough to be Usagi or the other inner guardians ages, and while I agree that before her rebirth she’s probably a bit older it’s really not that strange of a gap and the gap is never stated

but Hotaru being the guardian of death and rebirth… is reborn as an infant and rapidly ages until she is Chibiusa’s age. Like literally the exact age, they go to school together

they also look very similar in height and face etc, so. by the end of the main story that is shown on screen they are the same age

and then the “they’re too young to be shipped!!! Let them be friends!!!” and 14 isn’t? they’re not like 5 idk what you want me to say here + most people that say this ship her and Helios anyway so I don’t rlly get it

A Chibiusa x Hotaru AMV (anime with some manga bits, including the "even though we're both girls" line that clearly makes this pairing officially yuri) to Lisa Loeb's "Sandalwood" that somehow escaped Toei's nuking of the Sailor Moon anime stuff on my deleted channel. John would transform for the first time during Cecil's test in the knife chair. On his way to catching Cecil, he met a small cat with a crescent on its head. The cat (who I have not decided whether or not should be Jill as Luna) would've given John a small token of appreciation for feeding it some treats: a metal brooch

When John starts up the trap, a monster unexpectedly shows up to attack. The cat, introducing itself as Luna, arrives to tell John to transform.

John as Sailor Moon takes down the monster, and Luna congratulates him, but tells him there are more to find....

Anyways Amanda is Mars, Lawrence is Mercury, Mark is Venus, and Logan is (unfortunately) Jupiter. hit tweet.

I got a used copy of Alpha Sapphire recently, and i haven’t restarted it yet for a key reason.

I don’t know who to use.

send help.

I have the other Gen VI games, so obtaining them shouldn’t be a problem - X and Omega Ruby are both complete dexes. I’m not using any legendaries, and I always keep my starter on my team.

My starter choices are Treecko and Mudkip, because I used Torchic in Omega Ruby.

Any suggestions?

I’m also taking suggestions for a naming scheme for said team - I like having them all named for sets of characters in a single franchise. I’ve already used Fullmetal Alchemist (Platinum), Ranma 1/2 (White), .hack// (X), Madoka Magica (Omega Ruby). I’ve also used assorted names from Sailor Moon via: a custom villain set I was making for a fic in White 2, Chibimoon, Saturn and the Sailor Quartet (Sun) and the Inner Senshi (Ultra Sun).

Previous attempts have included all manner of Homestuck character schemes, in multiple attempts to go through both Pearl and Platinum again. (none successful - I just keep burning out, usually either shortly before reaching Eterna, when Maylene keeps kicking my ass because I swear she cheats somehow, or somewhere around Byron. I hate Byron.)

TL;DR: I need suggestions for Pokémon and a name scheme for Alpha Sapphire. I prefer not using late game or legendary Pokémon, I can breed and send over eggs, and I keep my starter, who will be either Treecko or Mudkip. HALP.

Ok here's my idea for a sailor moon spin off show. Hotaru goes to visit 30th century crystal Tokyo to hang out with Chibiusa. They run around the palace and cause trouble there is also lots of time travelling shenanigans and Pluto goes with them of course. There would also be a ton of Diana and Luna-P. This would solve (almost) all of my problems with Sailor Moon:

-More Hotaru screen time

-More Diana screen time

-More Setsuna screen time

-Bring back Luna-P where did it go?

-I need to know what the outers look like during Crystal Tokyo and how they are
