I've just finished creating my MC's based off of me sticking to a particular stat (eg: My first MC is a (Human) bare-knuckled brawler who flirts with EVERYONE to Aeran's annoyance *cough cough I wonder why* habitually smokes Dreamweed and gets drunk too many times and is from the Sathir Clan which is a STARK contrast to my silver-tongued, diplomatic Elven Noble with the Child of the City background who was raised in Vodena and has a knack of getting secrets out off everyone- she spends used to spend her free time searching how to get magic to no avail :((- and then there's my third MC who is a half-Mesuline, has the Child of the Seas background, TOO MANY magical siblings to count on one hand, delights in pissing EVERYONE off with her Naval knowledge-specifically when it comes to Malsara- and wants to become an Actor!) though for the first time I'm going to do a self-indulgent playthrough of it and I'm excited!

My question is this: If the MC was killed by someone in battle in front of Aeran how would he react? Why do I have a bad feeling about asking this-

Bonus: in this Scenario it's Rhodarth who kills the MC and Aeran was about to confess his feelings to the MC when Rhodarth and his mercenaries attacked (bc the Count told them to? Assuming he lives??) I love Angst too much-

All things that can be explored through discussion with other players or fanfic! Though you may have an idea of how Aeran could react if you've played any of the Episode 1 routes where the MC almost dies.

on the wayfarer train, we have cass and asmar <3

one, cass thinks (and lets him know) that asmar chooses to keep the hair on the wrong part of his head. but when they're in sathir/more deserty areas, i think asmar's on his ass about all that hair, in a friendly tease kinda way

they probably also go jewellery shopping together because they're both in the business of rings, earrings, bracelets, and know where the best goldsmiths are. they even get each other fancier stuff they'd been saving for :)

🖊️ His anger is a defense mechanism most of the time. Whenever he feels threatened in a social situation, he unconsciously tries to get in control by pushing a perceived threat back and assuring a dominant position in the interaction. This is his way of combating feelings of helplessness or vulnerability.

It becomes weird when the source of the threat is Asmar himself getting too close to an emotional soft spot or unresolved feeling. He hates feeling unsure and helpless.

His general mistrustful disposition often plays into it too, causing him to anticipate a threat even when there is none, being ready to bristle and bite. On the flip side, his fear and uncertainty are almost always directed inwards and not displayed.

While his defensive anger is fast, prickly and emotional, Asmar's intimidation style adopted throughout the years is the opposite — it is heavy, careful and forewarning.

🖊️ A little biography fact: he is bilingual from very early years. His mother was one of their nomadic clan tradespeople and Asmar was supposed to become her assistant, so she took him with her on the market days whenever they arrived to any of the notable places around Sathir. This is also the reason to him learning to count quite quickly.

If Cenric didn't come across, Asmar would have probably taken over the trade, although as a child he was more interested in his father's craftsman career.

Are Bhrianna's older brothers single? 😏 heheheheh but truly! Do they have partners, or date, and what kind of relationships does Bhrianna have with people who come into her brothers' lives and take an important place?

Bhrianna's older brothers are both in relationships, sorry ;).

They are both quite older than her, in fact her cousins are all closer to her age than her brothers - her (human) father was quite old when she was born, and they didn't plan on having more children, but sometimes things happen.

Both her brothers have long term partners and children of their own. While she isn't close with her brother's in a regular brother/sister relationship because of the age difference, she has always looked up to them both and respects them. She writes with them, as much as letters will arrive. She also writes some of her cousins, the ones she trained with as a child.

Bhrianna never felt rejected or othered by her family, and knows she can go home. She also doesn't feel any urgency to do so - being half-melusine she is lulled into the idea that there is time. She wants to, she's just not quite there yet.

Her relationship with her brother's partners is great too. I actually haven't thought too much about who their partners are, but both are part of the same community as her family in Sathir. They are warriors or perhaps scholars - respected part of their wider network. She likes them, and they both (all? idk perhaps one brother is poly now I think about it) treated her nicely. She doesn't communicate with them directly though, in the way she would her brothers or her cousins.

Dragonflight Season 2 Summary

Following in the footsteps of S1, I've decided to do another summary now that I've completed my main goals. I got Keystone Master a few weeks back, and yesterday Heroic Sarkareth was killed!

Sathir, Holy and Retribution Paladin:

As normal, I healed in mythics this season. I took it a bit slow at the start, didn't do much for a while then zoomed through KSM in a couple of weeks. I'm currently at 2291 rating, but these are the scores I had when I hit 2k for KSM!

After the holy paladin rework in 10.1.5, I've been blasting some higher keys too, timed a +18 and a few +17s! And of course I#ve ran the new megaduneon, Dawn of the Infinates, it's such a gorgeous place, amazing fights, really really cool. Megadungeons continue to be some of the best content in modern wow!

For my time spent as a DPS - Heroic Sarkareth felt like a much nicer fight to learn than Razageth, way shorter but still challenging. The entire raid was really nice, I enjoyed Abberus a lot! Glad to have finally defeated the Sarkussy though 😌

Overall I'm really glad I've stuck to one character this season, doing raid and mythics on paladin is great fun and I love both ret and holy! Here's to next season, wherever it takes us 🥂🎆
