it’s partly a joke bc it works for me but can we know what sentence is it??

Okay but that’s actually my issue because I don’t know if I want to be too writerly with it?? Or put it in simpler terms and that’s why I keep writing like 50 different versions of the sentence and im going to lose my mind its been HOURS........

I’m putting this under a read more bcuz I could Honestly use help. 

so the sentence in question is this one:

I put the more writerly option in parenthesis because I don’t know if I want to go with that or with something more simplistic i.e. vagrant etc. Here’s the entire thing so far actually since it isn’t long at all..............

but like goddamn I can’t decide which route to go? Because on one hand I don’t want to get too flowery with my writing but on the other hand I want to inhabit the mind of my character accurately (who has an issue w/ abandonment) so the question is if it makes sense for him to think in a more flowery/writerly way or not.... I’m not expecting Stunning advice but any input at all will help me get over this damn sentence

ana im actually cryign the music video was SO nice it was like? a very colorful neon glow like they showed the city in so much light and just!!!! when i saw all the magenta n cyan color play i died ok i ascended i was Floored this mv is literally!!!!! so pretty! and i really loved how they used the ceiling too??? v aware of how to Use Everything and the light reflecting off what hung was just!!!!!

I have a ton of songs to rec so this is gonna be a mess of genres: sori - touch / asteria - inferno (it's the ost for my fav character from a kr game you are obliged to say something nice ok) / the gazette - last heaven / half alive - still feel / she - heartbeats / lights - new fears / portugal the man - easy tiger / first aid kit - rebel heart (WATCH THE MV!!!!)

sori - touch : this is so catchy omg and i like the mv.... shes pretty

asteria - inferno : i like this!! the singer has a rly nice voice. and that character seems like a Cool Dude

the gazette - last heaven : shoulda known there’d be some emo shit in here. saying that i do like this fjhfdkjgh the guitar sounds rly nice

half alive - still feel : when i saw the mv thumbnail my first thought was “i bet these guys sound like ok go” lmao. i wasnt sure how i felt about it until THE CHORUS HELLO?? it caught me so off guard i love it

she - heartbeats : I LOVE THIS!!!! its such a cool sound i’m gonna need to check out more of she’s stuff if its all like this 

lights - new fears : ok theres A LOT to say about this. first of all the song is amazing. second of all the mv is amazing. third of all the gayness is amazing. fourth of all shes gorgeous. fifth of all this song reminds me of like... all my otps. all in all thats a win and i’m gonna check out more of her music too

portugal the man - easy tiger : wow theres so much going on in this song. its pretty cool but i probably wouldn’t listen to it casually although the bridge is really good... maybe after another couple of listens itd grow on me because it definitely has potential it just might be a bit too experimental for me 

first aid kit - rebel heart : me before watching: ana this mv is almost 6 minutes long it’d better be good. me after watching: it was good. very taemin of them to use all that vampiric cult imagery i love his impact. ngl the song didnt grip me but i liked the mv a lot
