And now for something completely different—yet still something I know my fellow Ruki enjoyers will be able to appreciate (⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄) Some of you may know that Sakurai voiced another pretty sadistic character back in the day: Sata Kyouya from Ōkami Shōjo to Kuro Ōji (Wolf Girl and Black Prince). Alongside the anime, two special, full-length drama CDs were released in a limited edition bundle with the sixth and tenth volumes of the original manga.

This track is a compilation of sadistic one-liners fans sent in to have Sakurai read aloud. I'll translate the rest of the drama CD at a later date, but I thought it would be fun to post a little teaser hehe (>/////< " )

He says イエスかはい (‘yes or hai’) where hai is obviously also ‘yes’ but in Japanese. ‘Yes or yes’ works for me too hehe. 

Implying that he’s going to kiss you.

Referring to telling a dog to ‘stay,’ as the whole gag in this series is that the female protagonist Erika is likened to a wolf/pet dog.

Anime Review: Ookami Shoujo To Kuro Ouji (Potential Spoilers)

Rating: 🌕🌕🌕🌗 3.5/5 Title: Ookami SHoujo To Kuro Ouji/Wolf Girl and Black Prince # of Episodes: 12

Description: Erika Shinohara is a girl who tells all of her friends about her romantic exploits, only none of it is true! She claims that one of the other guys in her school is her boyfriend, but it's not true and Kyouya Sata (The guy she is claiming is her boyfriend) finds out. In return for him pretending to be her boyfriend, he treats her like a dog. Along the way, lines get crossed and they're not sure whether she's the dog, or whether they're pretending.

Reason for Rating: I actually really liked this show. I thought it was entertaining. I give it a 3.5/5 as it was short and sweet, but we got all of the answers we wanted by the end. If you get easily irritated by the male main character being essentially a bully and treating a girl like she's beneath him, and guys trying to one up the women in their lives, this probably isn't the best show, because the male main character really had that going for him. That's one of the reasons for a knock down of points was because I think he was overly aggressive in his attempts to be a douche and there were some parts of the show that made me say "Girl, you definitely deserve better."

Let's talk about Ieyasu and a detail I were struggling to understand.

The first time I spotted Ieyasu I were SURE I saw him (or someone like him) somewhere else. And yes, the guy is Kyouya Sata, from that anime called Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji.

Blond hair, red eyes and a lovely face. That's why he used to be called the prince of the school. Yep, ended being the sadomasochist or whatever like that.

Now, comparing with Ieyasu...

Red eyes, blond hair, angelic look & the same horrible personality. Most of the time desiring so much the death of everyone (including mc).

Is it possible to decide who's better?

Well, let's see.

First of all, Ieyasu have a traumatic background, being mistreated since he was a kid. He could not trust anyone and became a grown lonely man with a fierce that's rarely found.

Sata-kun is just a "bad guy" (u can pronounce "the lazy always in a bad mood guy") that has this vibe of "I hate people, but I'm handsome, so I'll use them as my servants". And the worst is that he says it NOWADAYS, different from Ieyasu.

So yes, Ieyasu win this battle easily. I know that in both cases, mc & Erika changed their personality, but mc did much better her role (she also can beat Erika 30/10 in personality) & Ieyasu really learned about thrusting, while Sata-kun learned about love.

And yes, I love both anime & game.

But I prefer Ieyasu. Thanks.

Dating Kyouya Sata

👑 Kyouya is such a tease! He doesn’t mean any harm by it...most of the time. He just finds it entirely too cute when you get mad at him. The way you puff out your cheeks, fold your arms as you impatiently tap your foot Kyouya cant keep a smirk off his face.

👑 But it's only funny when he pokes fun at you if anyone else does it Kyouya will get genuinely pissed. Although he acts like he doesn't care he’s very overprotective. Anytime you’re in a crowded space Kyouya’s arm is around you or he's clasping your hand, just so you don't get lost.

👑 Not super into PDA unless you initiate it first, but if you want to touch him he's okay with it. Do you want to hold his hand? Go for it, he’ll drag you around like a child. Do you want to kiss him? Sure thing, but this tease will make you work for it first.

👑 Even though Kyouya doesn't hug you a ton in public his sweet actions make up for it. He’ll flick your forehead when you say something cute or dumb, gaze at you fondly, or give you small praises while petting your hair. If he's feeling playful he might just pepper your face with kisses, and perhaps other areas too...

👑 A bonus for you if you can get him to give you a piggyback ride. It's such a battle. It's not that he can't carry you, he doesn't mind at all. But you have a pair of working legs so why should he? If you convince him Kyouya will pretend he's going to drop you the whole time.

👑 In private it's a different story, the amount of love and attention you get is unbelievable. The usual lifeless face covered with a soft smile, I would have to see it to believe it. However depending on how long you’re dating it can vary from casual talks to sweet kisses and warm hugs. Or more, it's your choice!

👑 Kyouya is a great listener. A lot of times it seems like he's ignoring you and when you start to get mad he’ll provide his input. He always listens to you, he cares about what you think and all your beliefs. Over time you'll catch on and your anger with subside.

👑 I wouldn't say he's jealous, more so territorial than anything. Sata will pull you close when a group of men passes you. Or if you’re getting side-eyed he’ll step behind you, following your footsteps. He's good at hiding his enviousness unless somebody touches you, he might lash out a bit.
