2022 Creators Self-Love Extravaganza!

Hug Lessons

I was so pleased to finally get this drawn on paper after it had lived in my head for so long :) Still makes me laugh to imagine this interaction between them...

2. Drinks and Hijinks

Gosh this took me SO LONG to finish! I'm proud of the work I put into it and the overall finished piece, especially considering how I find clothes and poses verrry difficult to draw :') I like seeing the whole gang together, and it was my first time properly drawing Zen!

3. Soirée Away

A fic that I had a great time writing! I got pretty immersed in the scenes and was happy with the outcome~ Dramatic Eisetsu was super fun to write :D

4. Chat Noir Obi

Like I said before poses and clothes are tricky for me, and this is a full-body pose, in other words, a moment of triumph. I have a whole list of ML au notes that I might build on one day, and if it gets me improving full body poses and clothes then it certainly is miraculous, ahaha

Tell me about the adventures of sassassin robin :3c

Oh, sassassin Robin has all kinds of adventures ;D

In keeping ahead of the Templars, Robin has been all over Plegia, from the eastern deserts to the western ports to the southern woodland.  He’s weathered the Midmire’s winter rainstorms, island hopped across the southwestern archipelago, ghosted his way through fortress on Carrion Isle, even snuck through the capital city under the Templars’ noses.  He’s also been to Regna Ferox, and in fact spent several years there as part of his novice training, so he’s intimately acquainted with not only the workings of the western Longfort, but Arena Ferox, as well.

On top of all that, he’s made friends quite literally everywhere he’s been.  He can’t really help it: it’s just part of who he is.  His earnest nature and eagerness to help when and where he can endears him to people like very little else, and while not everyone is fully aware of what he does, there seems to be someone in every town who’s happy to see him when he returns -- mostly because of the adventures he’s had with them (or on their behalf, as the case may be).

Robin met Gangrel when he was very young -- he was around seven, Gangrel was about thirteen.  The two have traveled together, run missions together, even infiltrated Templar bases together.  With all that said, though, probably their most memorable adventure was when Gangrel was just about to earn his novice robes and dared Robin to race him to the top of the Dragon’s Table -- scaling it from the outside.  Robin won.

Robin and Henry met when they were both still kids, and have been inseparable ever since.  Nobody’s entirely sure whether Henry had bad habits that rubbed off on Robin, or whether Robin had bad habits that came out once Henry joined them, but either way, they are chaos together and have been banned from at least one western aviary after letting a murder of crows loose in the dorms.

He and Lon’qu have competed on at least one occasion for the honor of being named Basilio’s champion for the Khans’ Challenge.  Lon’qu may have emerged victorious, but he is convinced that Robin pulled his punches, and every time he sees Robin he insists on a rematch.  Robin hasn’t accepted yet, which frustrates Lon’qu to no end.

He stumbled across Olivia doing her secret dance practices during his novice days, and the two of them struck up a shy sort of friendship.  Olivia taught him dancing, and in turn he helped her incorporate swordplay into some of her dances; they’ve even performed a doubles routine before a Feroxi audience on at least one occasion.

Gregor is a member of the Feroxi Brotherhood, and took on the role of Robin’s mentor during his novice training.  Gregor was quite nervous about Robin’s safety, given the rigors of the training compared to how physically slight the Plegian novice was, but Robin excelled above and beyond even some of the Feroxi notices -- not that this has stopped him from fretting over Robin and acting like a mother hen whenever they cross paths.

Basilio met Robin through Gregor, given that they’re old friends and Gregor has been known to help the West Khan out on occasion.  Robin, similarly, has helped Basilio out here and there when he’s around and able.  The West Khan has really taken a shine to the Plegian assassin, and has taken him on at least one classic Feroxi night on the town, which ended in what Basilio dubbed a “disappointingly small riot”; Robin has not yet agreed to let the West Khan “fix” this by taking him up on another outing.

Rather similarly, Robin met Flavia through Basilio, specifically after he helped the West Khan take victory in the Khans’ Challenge fighting under Lon’qu.  Flavia was more than a little impressed with his performance, and has been eager to coax him over to her team next time -- something she and Basilio continue to argue (fiercely) over.

I also watched the first episode of DW (Well the 9th doctor), an episode of Avengers EMH, and the last episode of Sherlock (and even though I knew the ending, that episode HURT)

I just watched the first episode of the Ninth Doctor too! :D I couldn't find a working link for the second episode, though, so I've only just watched that one :(

And yes, The Reichenbach Fall hurts sooooo much! I'm still not coping well with the ending! D:>

And I love Avengers EMH!!! I'm so pissed that they cancelled it! D:<

Medieval Shenko AU (may possibly extend this into a mini-series fic)He had never seen a fighter truly display the tenets of knighthood the way his Commander had. He would lay his life down without a second thought if it had been ordered. Never would he have guessed that the greatest knight had not only been a woman but the lady he had secretly loved.
