I think for his first child, Donnie would reference science fiction shows or even an animated series that he favored, or he’d name them after one of his brothers/friends. The first names I came up with were Anakin or Mikey (male), and Pidge or Casey (fem/gender non conforming/nonbinary)

I could also see Don having maybe two or three children at most, he’s not super big on a large family but I don’t think he’d mind either? He’s a really good dad, but too many kids would overwhelm him ;w;

As a dad, Donnie would really really want his child to be interested in the same things that he’s into, but if his kid decides that being a super genius just isn’t for them, Don’ll definitely back off with all the science talk

Despite the purple turtles pride in being a ninja, under normal circumstances he’d never let his child in on the whole hero business. His kid, whether they’re a human or mutant, deserves to live as normally as a teenager can, and Donatello is very cautious when bringing up his duties around them

He does allow them to train with he and his brothers though. Self defense is always important, no matter who you are!

They are uncle Raph’s favorite, but shhHhh don’t tell anyone else ;> lol. Don’s kid and Raphael would just have this really special bond,, they’d get each other I feel like. Equal amounts of sass/badassery in both of them, they’re the best roasting team

Don’s kid will also know many many stories of Master Splinter, and of the dangers their uncles and father faced as teens too. Donnie tells them these stories in hopes that they’ll keep the memories alive, and that they’ll be thankful for the more peaceful life they’re leading now

Overall Donnie’s kid would be very knowledgeable, very friendly, and super in touch with their feelings

Their concepts are mature, but not in the sexy sense, in the sound and overall style. Somewhat dark and mysterious. Their sound is whimsical and a little magical but dark and at times and hard hitting with meaningful lyrics.

The group is split into three subunits. 

Umbra: Eros, Ellie, and Min. The more mature of the subunits. They have a dark, more badass concept, but done in a very stylized way. They tackle really difficult topics in their music and the sound is very unique and every evolving but it always retains something that sound like them

Prominence: Sammie, LJ, Rocket, and Pidge. They pull from the more whimsical but dark side of their music. Sometimes they go the direction of uplifting songs but often dip into the mystery as well. They have an overall dark style with their comebacks but it’s got an ethereal feel to it. Their music feels timeless.

Diamond Ring: Sky, Sam, Cura, and Berry. They have a very bright, fun sound. Their music is quick, upbeat, and catchy. Their songs often surround uplifting concepts and their stages are a lot of fun, with cute antics and quick lyrics that still dip into serious topics.

I love the team medic lance au. Now I picture lance doing the star trek thing and saying" damit shiro/allura/coran im med student in training I don't know anything about altean magic mumbo jumbo.

I am going a little out of order in this asks, just because I really want to answer this one, because...

YES! 100% YES TO THAT!!!

Lance does totally say that all the time, he does not care if anyone takes as a Star Trek reference, it freaking works!  He is 100% like “Dammit, I am technically a nurse, not a doctor!” to things in general.  

(He use to say “Dammit, Hunk, I’m a doctor, not an engineer!” all the time at the Garrison when Hunk would ask him a question about something.)

But yes, it also has extended out a bit to “Dammit [Name], I’m a medical professional, not a chemist” or “Dammit [Name], I’m a medical professional, not a alien potion master.” or “Dammit [Name], I’m a medical professional, not an Altean Expert.”  Or really whatever they are asking him to do that he just isn’t trained to to.

Also, here are some other additional headcanon's I’ve though off:

Lance totally does crude physicals on everyone.  He has asked them all many awkward questions about their bodies. Which you know...was fun. (And he unintentionally offended Allura and Coran, but like asking to take their temperature or something.)

At the space mall Earth shop, he found actual human medicine and was relieved (even it is was kind of all slightly expired).  He bought most of it, and was so happy, he totally didn’t even answer Shiro’s questions or concerns about Kaltenecker.  And he broke all of them done to figure out what was what in Altean terms, or what was the same stuff on a molecular, and Pidge and Coran helped create a system for him to use to make stuff.

Lance was the first Paladin to learn Altean.  Mostly it is just for reading and translating texts (which is a different program from the one Pidge used to speak it).  Though his pronunciation is actually not have bad, and he can string a sentence together, much to Allura and Coran’s delight.  Even if it is “Stab with sharp tube” (Basically give someone a shot of something with a needle.)

He also learns Galra medicine, but that is mostly from medics in the Blades.  So it’s not so bad.

Lance is kind of a sass master when they return to Earth.  He doesn’t let the Garrison officials side line him.  Cause he kept 5 humans (himself included) and two aliens (and probably more) alive in space while learned a whole new medical system at the same time.  All the Paladins and Coran turn to Lance when anything remotely medical came up, they don’t do anything without double checking with him.  (Sam gleefully watches from the background, cause he knows)

Lance goes after learning about Local medicine from Planets, the same way Hunk looks to Local cuisine for stuff.

It was Lance’s birthday and he was walking aimlessly around the castle. Everyone was busy, Pidge had some coding to di, Hunk had cooking to do for the upcoming meeting, Allura was planning for the said meeting, Coran was talking with the ambassadors, Shiro… well, Shiro doesn’t seem to be in the mood to talk with him anymore.

Lance played with Kaltenecker for a while before he realized that he should stop before he’s on the brink of insanity. He then stole a milkshake from the “fridge” and slurped the vanilla goodness.

Then the said milkshake brought him back to his Garrison times when he would sneak out with Hunk and a reluctant and annoyed Pidge to get some milkshakes.

Then he remembered when his older brothers, Marco and Luis, would sneak him a sip of their milkshakes even after their mother warned them that Lance was punished of all sweets after he played a prank.

He really missed his brothers and his sister, Veronica, and his mom, and his grandma. It’s hard enough celebrating your 18th birthday by yourself, imagine what his family’s feeling now that he’s gone missing.

As tears began to form, Lance passed by Kaltenecker’s place again but paused when he heard a soft roar coming from the “farm”. It wasn’t a roar, more like an incessant soft crash sound that Lance could only link it with one familiar sound.

With disbelief and hope, Lance stepped into Kaltenecker’s farm and gasped when he saw water droplets falling from clouds and onto the grass. With his mouth gaped open, Lance stepped into the room, the milkshake is forgotten as it began filling up with diluted “vanilla” shake.

Lance dropped the milkshake and closed his eyes to feel the water droplets fall on his face. It’s real. It’s all real. It isn’t a trick of his head.

Lance opened his eyes and saw a puddle of mud nearby. All his dignity and “cool ninja sharpshooter” attitude was flushed down the drain as he tore his jacket off and cheered as he threw himself into the puddle. 

Lance dug his hands into the liquid dirt and scooped up a bit of the dirt. He laughed as his hands emerged from the puddle occupied by a big lump of mud. 

“I’m glad you liked it.”

Lance looked up curiously at the new figure in front of him. He immediately recognized the voice and beamed gratefully at the poncho-wearing girl in front of him.

“You planned this, Pidge?”

Pidge shrugged and smirked, “I knew you were homesick because your birthday was coming back so I asked Coran and Allura if I could hack the fire suppression system for today. I found the soil in Olkarion and Ryner looked at me weird when I asked her if I could have some.”

Lance watched the girl in front of him with admiration. He thought that she hated him because of her behavior, but the fact that she actually knew him well enough to know that he missed the rain made him reconsider.

This beautiful, strong, genius in front of him was so much more than he had already thought of her.

He found a deep blush growing on his cheeks as he saw how the low lighting of the “farm” illuminated her features in such a way that made him look at her in a new light. 

He always knew that she was more than a pretty face, that much was obvious since the second they left earth. Maybe it’s the fact that she was able to read him so easily and do something about it, or maybe the fact that she is so much more than any other girl he has gone after, but now he’s realizing that the fluttering in his stomach isn’t because he considers her a good friend.

Maybe the fluttering means that he is realizing something new.

Maybe he’s realizing his love for the Green Paladin. His love for Katie Holt: tech expert, nerd, sass master, and beautiful coworker.

And he realized this as she smiled down at him once she congratulated, “Happy Birthday, Lance.”

Pidge and Matt are sassy fighters. But their dad isn't a fighter at all??? So where do they get their fighting spirit from? I've also noticed that everyone has been characterizing their mother by staying at home being sad constantly... I dont know that doesn't feel right. The mother that raised the Holt kids, the same kids that took up arms against the Galra AND fly a giant green lion to kill evil aliens ... and she's just sitting back crying? The mother of the ultimate sass master? Really??? It doesn't feel right to me. Also... did you notice when pidge first got her bayard, she knew how to use it in basic combat? She's been trained for hand to hand. And you think her dad sent her to combat classes??? One of the over arching themes of Voltron is fighting even though your back is against the wall too. It feels counter productive to have the parent of a character do the opposite. I think that when Holt mama was demanding where he babies were from the Garrison, she got tired of their non answers. I think when Sam Holt gets back, he won't find his wife. Because she took their dog, and is kicking ass throughout the universe looking for her babies. Voltron Noragami/Noragami Aragoto AU HCs!

Allura as a goddess. Probably like the god of war like Bishamon from Noragami. (Since she can kick ass in her sleep in canon). She has 6 Regalias (Shinki) with her that she had collected and who had overtime, grown on her. Over time, they have bonded through countless battles and have become an unbreakable team, family.

Shiro

Shiro is Allura’s first regalia. She found him when she was a relatively new god who wandered the world looking to start her path and create a name for herself.

His first form was a chipped wooden ring that Allura wears on her right hand. He packs a real punch when Allura uses him.

Over many years, the two of them become closer and they become an efficient duo. 

During one of the fights with Allura’s enemy, a god of calamity named Lotor, Shiro risks his life and his name to protect Allura and he evolves into a Blessed Regalia. From a wooden ring, Shiro becomes a polished obsidian ring with a beautiful cut violet stone. When activated, Shiro shifts and covers Allura’s right arm with a metal gauntlet that Allura can use the same way Shiro uses his arm in canon VLD. 

As Allura took in more regalia spirits, Shiro takes a stand as everyone’s commander. 

They’re like parents!!! They get stern and tired when the younger regalia (except Coran) fight and bicker. But the shrine they live in becomes rowdy with life and laughter. 

They develop feelings for each other even if it’s lowkey (Like Visha and Kazuma)  When there are other people around, they act professional but when it’s just the two of them, Shiro cares for Allura and does little things like make her tea or give her a back rub after a long day of fighting phantoms. He combs her her while he sits by the hot spring while Allura bathes. Shiro is like a doting husband who takes care of his overly stressed wife. Allura cares abotu Shiro very much as well and he often comes to him whenever there’s something bothering her. If there’s someone she trust to open up her heart to, it’s Shiro.

Yes, they kiss each other good night, good morning, after battle, or at random times of the day. Of course, when no one is around to see but it’s just SOOOOOO obvious. 

Coran

Coran is the second regalia Allura takes in. They met when she and Shiro got in a misty forest. 

He helps Shiro and Allura find their way out but as they start to part ways, Coran admits that he doesn’t enjoy wandering aimlessly in the forest. So, Allura takes him in.

Coran’s regalia form is a cane sword. However, by nature, he doesn’t like to fight if not needed. He enjoys keeping the shrine in tip top shape. Cleaning and making sure things are in order. He makes the meals and he transforms the ten thousand year old rundown shrine into a beautiful place that attracts tourists and people to pray to Allura. 

As more regalia joined Allura, Coran is genuinely happy that the shrine became filled with laughter. 

When Shiro is too busy with his duties, Coran’s usually the one who break up Keith and Lance when those two get on each other’s throats. 

He is very observant! When he first met Allura and Shiro, he immidately knew that the goddess and her ragalia had a special bond. Even if Keith and Lance bicker a lot, Coran knows all about the pining. 

When Allura goes out to battle phantoms with her regalia, Coran always makes sure that they all come home to a nice home cooked feast. 

He’s so precious. Protect him at all cost. 

Lance

Lance is the third regalia Allura takes in. Allura finds him sitting by a river one winter in his white spirit’s robe, looking utterly lost and confused. 

Out of all of her regalia, it was Lance who brought Allura to tears when the memories of how he lived and died flashed before Allura’s eyes when she claimed him as he own. (LAAAANGST) Of course, by the rules, Allura can’t tell anyone about it. 

Lance’s regalia form is a pistol (A .50 Desert Eagle, to be specific) 

His aim is so good that he’s dubbed as The Sharpshooter. That skill is amplified a hundred times with Pidge’s calculations guidance. 

Lance fights with Keith A LOT.

He also pines for Keith... A FUCKING LOT.

But in the heat of battle, Allura can count on Lance and Keith to be a flawless duo and they never let her down. Those two can hack and shoot through anything and they help make Allura even more lethal as a goddess of war.

LOTOR TRIED TO PIRATE LANCE ONCE. (hooolyyy shiiiit) It was during a low point in Lance’s life when he started to doubt himself and his abilities. The doubts and the distrust also taints Allura, blotching her right leg with bruises. 

Lance got in pretty deep in the rot and they had to use that painful cleansing ritual. Shiro, Coran, and Keith performed the ceremony. It was pretty painful to watch (especially for a certain mullet-haired regalia) but it had to be done.

Lance is always the one making jokes during a stressful situation in order to ease the tension and lighten the mood for his goddess and fellow regalia. But when shit hits the fan, Lance also means business. 

Hunk

Hunk is the fourth regalia Allura took in. She actually found him while she was on her day off and grocery shopping with Shiro and Lance. Hunk was sitting in an alley with his knees hugged to his chest and he looked incredibly terrified. 

Hunk is a gladiator armor type regalia. Lightweight and easy to move in but boooy he provides Allura with amazing (and fashionable) protection.

His episode reveals that he’s being chased by phantoms so he’s pretty shaken. He’s been hiding in alleys and scavenges dumpsters. 

Allura fights off the phantoms with Lance and Shiro then she takes Hunk in to her care. 

Hunk and Lance become best friends and they’re always chilling in the shrine after Coran makes them do their chores. 

He’s also an amazing cook! He and Coran often bonds in the kitchen and the team’s meals became 74539% better after Hunk joined the family. 

He’s a gentle sunshine child. Pure and too good for this world. 

Keith

Keith is the fifth regalia Allura took in. It was actually a last minute decision for Allura. She went off on her own (despite Shiro’s protests) to ‘run an errand.’ Since Shiro was occupied with some duties as her Divine Vessel, Allura went off with Hunk and Lance. 

Keith is a blade type regalia. A black bladed katana with a red slit that ran the length of the blade. 

Lance and Hunk are good but the phantom Allura fought was too fast for bullets. In the heat of the battle, Allura spotted a floating tongue of flame flickering in the darkness and knew that it was a spirit. 

Lance was like, “My lady, what are you doing? Are you even sure?” and Allura’s like: “We don’t have a choice right now, Lance!” then Allura takes Keith. (This scenario is similar to how Yato named Yukine.)

Keith is pretty hot headed and he can get quite crass sometimes but on the inside, he’s actually a tender cinnamon roll. 

He and Lance always butt heads, pretty much every goddamned minute when Keith was new. But over the course of time, the two started to bond more and they make a great team (range/close combat combo).

When Lance underwent the purification process, Keith was one of the three that participated and it hurt him so much to see Lance in pain like that. 

BECAUSE HE HAS FEELINGS FOR LANCE.

After Lance is cleansed and he falls it was Keith who caught him and cradles him in his arms. 

Not that he would admit it. But he’s a pining dork, according to Pidge. 

Keith usually trains with Shiro to hone his skills and the two become like brothers but Keith still respects him as his superior. 

When he’s not training, he usually takes quiet walks around the shrine and read the wishes that the patrons hang on the posts. On rare occasions that the wish plaque had the handwriting of a child and the wish was simple (ie. finding a lost cat) Keith asks permission from Allura to go out and ‘grant’ the wish. This also boosts Allura’s credibility towards shrine patrons too. 

Keith’s wish-granting-mission partner is Pidge. They’re such bros. 

Pidge

Pidge is the latest addition to the team and the one who is the youngest. Actually, it was Lance and Keith who found her wandering around when Shiro sent them out for an errand. There was a storm that day. Lance and Keith were fighting in a train station platform because they got off the wrong stop and they blamed the other.

Believe it or not, Pidge’s regalia form is actually a headband. (The same one she wore as Katie Holt in the canon VLD). But besides being a fashion accessory, Pidge actually extends to a glass scope over Allura’s left eye. (Her abilities are very much similar to Kazuma’s in Noragami.)

“Shut the fuck up, you two are making a ruckus. You should just kiss and go on your way.”

Klance: “!!!!?????!??!?!” *intense tsundere blushing* 

However, there was a phantom in the train station and the three of them have to fight their way through and get away. Lance and Keith can’t just leave this smol sassy salty girl on her own and it was obvious that she was just like them so they bring her home to the shrine. 

At first, Pidge didn’t want to because she didn’t want to be a burden, but Allura has a kind heart so... yeah. 

Lance’s memories and the way he died might have brought tears to Allura’s eyes because of how sad it is. But Pidge’s story actually leaves Allura frozen in shock and horror because of how traumatic it was. 

She does all the tech stuff that aide Allura in her hunts for phantoms. Maps, calculations, aura readings, google,... Just leave it to Pidge.

Pidge is the one who guides Shiro, Lance, and Keith during offense for a more exact hit on the target. 

Pidge is a sass master and she’s comes up with unbelievable conspiracy theories. She’s hella intelligent and is often the one who comes up with plans.
