Domu kulture „Studentski grad“ proglašenjem najboljih filmova, zatvoren 20. jubilarni festival Evropskog animiranog filma, Balkanima. Nagrada za najbolji dečji film: Petočlani žiri, polaznici Studija za animirani film  i Likovnog ateljea u Dečjem kulturnom centru Beograd u sastavu: Livija Pilović(11g), Milica Popović (14g), Julija Minović (9g), Vladimir Jokanović (9g) i Matija Obradović (10g) su odgledali selekciju filmova za decu u okviru dečjeg programa Festivala Balkanima. Žiri je jednoglasno doneo odluku da nagrada pripadne filmu: Naopačke / Upside Down, režija: Dace Rīdūze, Letonija Odluke žirija za studentski takmičarski program: U kategoriji Najbolji studentski film, Sanja Borčić iz Hrvatske i Miloš Gojković iz Srbije proglasili su Najbolje studentske filmove na sledeći način: Specijalno priznanje: Svetla / Lights, režija: Jitka Nemikinsová, Češka

Najbolji srpski studentski film: Draganov s(c)vet / Lucky's plan(e)t, Marko Vasić

Najbolji studentski film: Iznad oblaka / Above the Clouds, režija: Vivien Hárshegyi, Mađarska

Glavnu nagradu za Najbolji studentski film, ove godine dodelio je brend Kasato. Nagrade za glavni takmičarski program: Žiri glavnog takmičarskog programa u sastavu: Režina Pesoa iz Portugala, Danijel Šuljić iz Hrvatske i Greg De Kjur iz Srbije, dodelili su nagrade najboljima:

But with a change: a red dot at the start, where the logo of the Ministry of Culture (which helped to fund the film) used to be. “We don’t want to spread this criminal sign anymore,” Svirsky writes. Sasha Svirsky’s Feverish and Surreal Gifs

In his own charming words:  “ I am an artist and animation films director. I am from Russia, now I'm living in Moscow but originally I am from a village in the south of Russia the name of which could be translated as 'Soviet fleece'. It's like a Golden fleece in ancient Greece but Soviet. For a living, I make animation films. Sometimes I make music videos for money and also my own films with someone financial support but mainly I do films just for fun without any certain purposes. In this way, I have a material that I don't know what to do with and use it for making gifs.  I graduated as a painter from Rostov-on-Don college of art and then self-taught animation.“

Synopsis: Dramatic story of a man and a woman who had a short but torrid love affair. The affair had high consequences - the young woman was pregnant and dreamt to get married with the father of a future baby, but the man chose a not young but rich bride instead of her. To hide his relationship with the young woman he went in for a terrible act. Some ants became witnesses of that act. As time passes the ants stop being just witnesses and following their instincts and laws known only to them they rule the destinies of the characters and redress an injustice.
