For happy endings, there’s an anime called Myself;Yourself, the incest is ambiguous and it’s more of a subplot but they get to be together if that’s how u see the relationship! Boku no Imoto has a happy ending in the manga, the writing quality is pretty shit though (M;Y has lots of questionable writing but the ambiguous incest plot is one of the better parts) Saraba Yoki Hi (manga) has both good writing and a happy ending

Sara nods. "Yes. For breakfast, I typically eat five mouthfuls." Obviously, the Shogun hasn’t finished eating, but Sara would sit with her until she did. Sara sips at her tea, enjoying the savory taste combined with its subtle sweetness. Relaxing at breakfast is a new experience, though it’s one that she could see herself indulging in occasionally.
