My very first cosplay!

In 2017 when I was a huge Steven Universe fan and made a whole lot of gemsona OCs!

I dressed up as my Star Sapphire OC called Taurus ♉🐂✨

My dress was literally hot-glued together because I despised using our modern sewing machine (I still do)

I didn't have much money as a uni student that didn't work, so I DIYed a lot of the accessories, like the horns and the gem with whatever I had on hand.

I can't remember where I got the flowers, but I know they were free and I already had the perfect shoes! You can't see it very well, but they have cute little leaf gems on them.

I'll be doing my second and third cosplay this year as I'm going to two cons! They're both Danny Phantom-inspired!

This one will be my closet cosplay with a few extras. I've been documenting it for Tumblr and you can find what I've done so far here.

And this is my King (Queen) Phantom cosplay. Haven't started this one yet, but I'll also be documenting it, so look out for those posts!

Over the past couple of years, I've designed a bunch of Gem Original Characters - some of which were inspired by Gems that exist within the canon of "Steven Universe"; some of which are a part of the "Gem Galaxies" game; some of which which are designed by other artists and some of which were designed independently by me!

So I thought I might as well chuck up my whole collection so far! Hopefully by the end of 2024, I'll have a whole new bunch of these wee guys.

these guys are based on DND classes! the sapphire is a sorcerer, the ruby is a fighter, and the garnet is the eldritch knight subclass!

I'm back with another fusion for my on-again, off-again Fuseday Tuesdays series! This week, we have Sardonyx-- but wait, she looks a little different. Oh! This Sardonyx is the fusion of Rhodonite and Padparadscha of the Off-Colors!

Gem that belonged to Red Diamond's court, remained underground for too long so she was exposed to high temperatures, given this her color changed and she was considered artificial, even so her work was of excellence. Now in Era III she lives freely in the Red Diamond Colony, she isn't considered herself defective or off color; her weapon is a staff, she's 2x stronger than normal Sapphires and her favorite quote is "You're gonna regret that!"
