Nejlepší cupcaky aneb exkurze v SAP Concur!

Jako každý půlrok jsme se opět vypravili na exkurzi do IT firmy. A tentokrát padl výběr na SAP Concur. Neudělali jsme chybu, exkurze byla skvělá, nedokážu říct, co se mi líbilo víc. I když, já samotná favorita mám. Cupcaky s hvězdičkami a kloboukem v našich barvách, to mě opravdu hodně dojalo. Ale krásných věcí jsme viděli více, tak čtěte dále!

15. 1. ve 14:20 jsme se sešli před fakultou a vyrazili jsme směr Nové Butovice, kde firma SAP Concur sídlí. Po cestě jsme s dětmi diskutovaly, který workshop se jim u nás líbil nejvíce. Ukázalo se, že žádný favorit není. Všechny jsou skvělé.

SAP Concur je nadnárodní firma, která poskytuje služby na manažování služebních cest a řízení výdajů s tím spojených. Přes jejich mobilní aplikaci si uděláte rezervaci v hotelu, koupíte si letenku, zařídíte si taxík, pronajmete si ato, či můžete dokončit “expense report” přímo na letišti. Jejich aplikace tedy některým lidem může skutečně pomoci.

Ve tři odpoledne jsme se s dalšími dětmi sešli na místě a uvítala nás milá Mei, usměvavá slečna, která je z Indonésie, ale už mluví plynně česky. Už pár let pracuje tady. V Concuru pracuje 40 různých národností a to jen tady v Praze na pobočce. Dostali jsme kartičky návštěvníků a hurá do pátého patra. Tam nás uvítal vtipný Vratislav.

Pak jsme se vydali na exkurzi po jejich openspacu neboli jejich kancelářích. Každé patro je vybaveno v jiném stylu, na začátku jsme třeba byli v leteckém patře. V každém patře byla i tzv. zelená místnost, ve které bylo plno rostlin. Děti fascinovaly “budky” na telefonování, kam zaměstnanci, kteří si chtějí zavolat, zavřou, aby nerušili kolegy. U operativců, neboli operative department, nám ukázali, jak živě vidí, kolik lidí si právě kde v jejich aplikaci rezervovalo letenku a nebo pronajalo auto při jejich cestách. Už jsme se chystali jít na další zastávku, když Mei vytáhla zpod stolu Nerf pistoli na pěnové náboje a ukázalo se, že každý zaměstnanec takové zbraně u sebe má, a pak to začalo! Dostali jsme se pod palbu od zaměstnanců, děti se nezalekly a vrhly se po volných zbraních a pěnové náboje lítaly všude kolem. Moc jsme se nasmáli.

Co musíme ještě vypíchnout byly nápadité prostory, hezky zařízené kanceláře, každé patro v jiném stylu, ale v každém byla zelená místnost, tedy místnost s plno rostlinami. Nadchla nás také stěna pro zaměstnance, kde si lepí fotky ze společných akcí a vedle mají kalendář, kde lidé píšou akce, na které jdou a kolegové z kanceláře se k nim mohou přidat, moc hezký nápad!

Nakonec jsme se vrátili do pátého patra. Cestou jsme si v kuchyňce v postmixu nalili pití a šli jsme na prezentace. První byla o 3D tisku. V Concuru se snaží, aby se jejich zaměstnanci cítili v práci dobře. Takže se mohou na některé dny vydat na různé vzdělávací kurzy i mimo jejich pracovní povinnosti. A tak si do kanceláře pořídili 3D tiskárny. Dneska si tisknou prototypy, lampičky ve tvaru lebky, věšáčky... Drobnosti do kanceláře. Prima koníček, ne? Před našimi zraky vytiskli autíčko a dokonce nám ukázali, jak takový 3D model pro tiskárnu upravit a jak vypadá soubor, který se ve finále do tiskárny pošle.

Druhá prezentace byla o jejich barmanovi Limobot. Každé léto je ve firmě velký hackaton, tedy 24 hodinový intenzivní program, kam se přihlásí týmy zaměstnanců a mají za úkol vyrobit nebo vytvořit hardwarový či softwarový projekt. Tenhle “barman” Vám připraví sám drink, objednat si ho můžete krátkou zprávou @booze_bot serve drink přes Slack, což je takový komunikační nástroj pro týmy lidí. Samotný limobot je naprogramovaný v jazyku Python. A tak jsme to viděli naživo a každé dítě si mohlo objednat svůj drink. Dokonce jsme společně jeden drink vytvořili a přidali ho do databáze drinků, co robot umí. Jak se jmenuje? Není žádné překvapení, že se jmenuje MAGIC! Ale v podstatě to byl jen kaktusový džus. Nakonec děti čekal krátký kvíz s jednoduchými otázkami týkající se nejen našeho dnešního programu. Odměnou za správnou odpověď byla drobná cena od firmy Concur.

Nakonec snad to nejlepší. Od začátku všechny děti pokoukávaly po občerstvení, které nám Concur připravil. A bylo to bohaté, sendviče, croissanty s nutelou i se šunkou, ale to nejlepší? Vanilkové Cupcaky s máslovou polevou! A co bylo na vrchu? To neuhodnete. Černý kouzelnický klobouk i s naší růžovou stuhou! Tak milý dárek jsme vůbec neočekávali a každou čarodějku to dojalo. No posuďte, nebyly opravdu nádherné a povedené?
