yea i did have a good time and im actually waiting for the lineup to come out for a glam festival based in my country - so far we only have 5 names but i believe we’re getting the full lineup next week!

our national holidays honestly aren’t too great - fun fact though - we have the kings birthday, which isn’t even celebrated on his birthday! it was the same while elizabeth was in, and also her predecessor iirc, i think they picked the date while one monarch was in, and just never changed the date? which is kinda funny

my week has been kinda hectic, i’ve worked monday-friday, but it’s ok since i like my job! i’m still new to it but it’s super fun and actually kinda a dream job for me lol

Synopsis:

I grew up in an average middle class home with a pretty shitty relationship with my step father as well as my actual father however, when the holidays came around, the shittiness subsided and some of my fondest childhood memories took place.  Like with many things in my life, I identify memories with music, and my house was full of Christmas music, and I am not at all ashamed of it.  I will always love Christmas no matter what naysayers might say.  Elvis, Bing, Dean, Perry, etc. all swooned in my house and to today, they are some of my favorite records of all time.  Here we have a snapshot of Elvis’s holiday work.  It is very much lacking considering what his catalog holds, but it does have some of the essentials as you can see.  Be forewarned that there are also some gospel tracks as well which isn't a bad thing.  In fact I tend to think Elvis’s gospel work is vastly underrated and shows the mans depth as a singer, revolutuionary, and evolutionary.  Don't be afraid to check it out.  Solid production work here for the reissue as well.

The layout is dated to the time period and like most things Elvis related, kinda tacky, but again Christmas in the 50s and 60s typically was tacky.  I love it none the less.  Bright, bold, colorful, Elvis.
