Our introduction to the Chopperman universe, which became two filler episodes in the anime! Chopperman, Namifia, and Giant Luffy Bomber are the heroes, and Dr. Usodabada, Zorogilla, Sanjilops, and Robiflowan are the villains.

Dr. Usodabada constructs a plan to bring down Chopper Man while collecting fame for himself and a new crew to replace his non-helpful duo: Sanjilops and Zorogilla.
