National Sandwich Day.

In the 18th Century, a British earl named John Montagu, 4th Earl of Sandwich, visited the Eastern Mediterranean. Here, he was captivated by the sight of Greeks and Turks assembling, and then eating, sliced meats within two slices of bread. Montagu would replicate this marvel on his return to the United Kingdom, in need of a meal he could enjoy with one hand and leave the other free for 24-hour gambling streaks. Years later, the #sandwich became a gastronomic staple. And the rest, as they say, is history.

It is the TARDIS of food. Meats, cheeses, salads, vegetables, sauces, spreads, herbs, and spices all arranged with deceptive simplicity between two slices of bread. Join us this Friday, November 3, as we celebrate US National Sandwich Day—and doth our collective caps to the Greeks and Turks to whom the world owes so much.

Been working on this since BATDR came out

The Sammy Lawrence brainrot returned stronger than ever, I've thought about writing a fic or maybe making an ask blog about what happened when Wilson started tampering with the machine and how Sammy got the hair and tail he has in these drawings (I like drawing tails and Sammy with long hair is really cool, and teeth)

There are also some (mostly goofy) headcanons like the lost ones (and most non toons) having stray bones in their body, Sammy is every flexible as he only has his ribs, one arm and one leg in him, he stretches in weird ways to try and pop his remaining joints. Sammys ink addiction (from the dreams come to life book) still exists in him and its incredibly hard to find the magic ink (its all been a little corrupted over time) and lost ones ink is the closest to it and they often attack Sammy so he retaliates and sometimes takes a bite or two out of him to try and take the edge off and calm down the addiction. He's also got bare feet! Because why not? Perfect for an insane man who worships a soulless recreation of a cartoon demon.

Let me know if that idea for an askblog sounds neat!! I've never run one before but they seem cool :0
