I wanted to make another tournament for fun and because I kinda miss being hype for certain characters lol, also I added some characters that aren't on the sexypedia wiki for fun (I did it with permission)

Note: this entire tournament isn't meant to be taken seriously, this is just a satire tournament that is only made for Laughs and nothing else, also the reason why I'm calling it tumblr sexyman instead of tumblr sexypeople like I did last time is because the Phrase is more well known and this isn't a Sequel to the previous polls I made, this is also most likely the last tumblrsexyman tournament I'm doing because honestly no matter how fun this is to make, it gets pretty draining sometimes

I'm just trying to have fun with this (and so I can possibly make small drawing with some of the Opponents)

i come to you today with another samurai jack AU. quick recap of where this AU diverges from canon:

("hey i haven't seen the show and idk what's going on" okay, watch this from 9:56)

Every once in a while somebody goes "do we really KNOW Aku (as a separate entity from the space blob) is inherently evil? or did he just immediately turn evil due to the fact that his very first interaction was his creator telling him he meant to kill him? how would things have gone differently if that hadn't happened?" and I went okay, sure, let's roll with that.

AU where the emperor DIDN'T immediately give Aku a motive to hate humanity and just sort of claims him. that's his son now.

and that's Jack's brother now.

listen, I've made jokes in two different posts about Jack & Aku having the same birthday and y'all should have interpreted that as a threat.

Aku is NOT allowed to name himself Literally The Word "Evil." He gets named Kage. And being called Literally The Word "Shadow" is edgy enough to satisfy him so he goes with it.

Since Jack never gets named "Jack," he's going by his real name. which in this au is Hikari, because adoptive twins named Light and Shadow feels like the kind of corny symbolism this show would jump all over.

it's also an actual phrase: 光と影 (hikari to kage, "light and shadow") meaning "rise and fall; ups and downs; shame and glory; bright side and dark side; light and shadow"

I wonder a lot about the fact that Aku's just, like, created as an adult. We know he's capable of developing and changing—he does during the course of the show—so like, he hasn't been static since he was born. What was he pre-loaded with, then, and what came later?

what if he looks adult to human eyes, but mentally he's just a young child that can already talk & fight. "Guy tells baby he was trying to kill him; baby throws a tantrum and decides to take over the world"—that feels like a perfectly proportionate emotional reaction for an actual newborn less than five minutes old for whom this is not only the worst thing to ever happen to him, but the ONLY thing to ever happen to him.

This isn't how I interpret Aku by default; but it IS how I'm interpreting him in this AU so that he can mentally keep pace with Jack and so that he has to "grow up" even though he already looks grown. Sure, this means that at a week old he's saying stuff like "if that odious daimyo visits Father again today, I will rip his body asunder and send his charred skull back to his grieving children" but he's also saying stuff like "why does my brother get a blanket but I don't? 🥺"

"oh," you say, "so this is like a nice soft AU where nothing bad happens?"

NO. It's an AU about a demon tree child under constant pressure to make himself smaller & less threatening so everyone stops fearing him, and he's never quite small enough or unthreatening enough unless he's literally disguised as something other than himself—and sometimes not even then.

It's about the less favored son who can never seem to do anything right enough to gain his father's approval. Sometimes he almost thinks his father hates him. But that can't be true, right? After all, his father went out into the wilderness with a potion and some hocus-pocus to make him on purpose, and why would he have done that if he didn't want him? Surely there isn't some other secret reason his father made him that he doesn't know about. Is he just not living up to his father's expectations? Is he too much trouble?

At least his brother loves him unconditionally.

Characters: Aku, Father, Vilgax and Lord Garmadon Inspired By: Random Thoughts A/N: I know that a couple of these characters either don't like kids or just feel basically nothing for them, but this is just something I had to write! ⚠️ Spoilers/Trigger Warnings for: Operation Zero and the Lego Ninjago Series and mentions of abandonment and divorce ⚠️

👹 Aku prided himself on being a heartless being made of consistent darkness. But, when it came to you, his longtime wife who was created by a similar amount of energy, he was fairly fair

👹 He has always been focused on furthering his rule of the pathetic mortals in which he despised to the point where it led to him having seven girls with a woman called the High Priestess, though it was with his magic, he did not do anything disgusting in his opinion with her

👹 Despite knowing he felt nothing towards the woman and only viewed the girls as his personal soldiers, you couldn't help but feel inferior to the Priestess, she has done something that you possibly never could with Aku. Though, you did treat the girls as your own, since their mother seemingly could care less

👹 The one thing that made Aku think of having children with you was seeing you pick up a small group of baby aliens from a clan that wished to be relocated to Earth and begin to tickle them with one of your long claw-shaped fingers

👹 As the aliens left after hearing their conditions of living on his and your planet, Aku looked to you and motioned for you both to return to your personal chambers, which you did willingly and without fear

"My yang, I noticed how you looked at those young Vadaquians with a... warm and wholesome stare. That is completely unlike the lovingly evil woman I married and pledged loyalty too. So, if I may question, what is your issue?"

👹 You sighed and lowered your shoulders before shifting into a tortoise and hiding yourself inside of your shell before announcing it was dumb and he could just not bother himself with your issues

"Y/N, you're my wife of hundreds of years. I decided myself if I wanted to handle your thoughts and worries when I laid that shadow-bonding ring around your finger. Now, what is it your worried about?"

"It's just... you know the girls. I just... I want something like that."

"And that can be arranged with swift ease."

"Wait- really? You'd do that for me?"

"I would do anything for the woman who allows me to feel something other than hatred."

👹 And that he did. Just 9 months after the events of Samurai Jack's return and renewing the top-hunted foe to be the time-traveled man, you welcomed a young boy, whom Aku named Oni

👹 You smiled and lightly ran your hands against the baby's long trio set of horns that matched his fathers as his large pure-white eyes opened with tiny specks of white fire erupting from them. When it came to appearance, he took after his father, though your color scheme popped more than the Shogun of Sorrow's

"Ah, there is my little boy and woman!"

"And there is my stubborn husband."

"Hey now! Don't get me wrong, I wanted to be here for the special event, but I needed to get that Samurai fool out of my way again. He almost found the portal back to his time, and if he does..."

"Oni doesn't live..."

"Correct. This is all for him, and us, and I suppose his sisters and their mother."

👹 Chuckling as your baby began to shift his way to his father, the demonic being allow him to sit on his horns, giggling as he acted like the man he has observed for the past few weeks over the small portal that showed him and Jack's fight, but mainly him

"He will be the perfect next generational heir, don't you think?"

"Yes. I do, Aku."

🔥 It was no secret that your husband was far from a child-guy. He constantly provided evidence that he hated kids beyond any kind of recognition. He even hated the children that you two were forced to adopt

🔥 When Benedict married you, he laid it out plain as day that he never planned on having children, and you wholeheartedly accepted that

🔥 But, ever since the Delightful Children from Down the Lane joined your family and therefore home, you began to crave having an actual family. One not bounded by a Delightfulization-Chamber, but by blood and the love you two shared for one another

🔥 And while it was easy to think this all without saying it out-loud, even beginning to wonder about how he would reply was enough to make you want to curl up into a ball and stay there forever

🔥 Thankfully the sound of a five-way synchronized knock allowed you to be free of your thoughts. And you merely sat up from your desk and called to the children to come on inside

"Good afternoon, Mother. Father wishes your presence in his office."

🔥 You smiled at the kids and gave them each a pat on their heads before allowing them to walk to their rooms and get ready for bed. Once each of their doors closed you grabbed your husband's notebook, suspecting that was what he needed

🔥 He has a bad habit of leaving stuff in your room. Honestly he needs a better sleep schedule (not me scolding him when I barely sleep😐)

🔥 While the door to his office opened, you took a deep breath and readied yourself, hoping that his day wasn't filled with a ton of disappointments. You may be his wife, but his anger was something not even you could escape

🔥 You noticed that there was a lack of anything on fire, so, you took the chance to make some small chit-chat while your husband worked away on some papers and beckoned with his hand for you to hand him his notes

"My dear, I've been wondering how your day's been."

"It's been decent, better than normal thankfully."

"Well... there is one thing I've been meaning to speak to you about, if you don't mind-"

"If the children have done something, I swear to-"

"No! No, no! The children have done perfectly well since the last incident. It's just... oh nevermind, it's nothing that important."

🔥 Benedict went from staring intently at his paperwork to looking at your seemingly guilt-ridden face and his yellow eyes narrowed, which was prominent from the darkness of his suit

"Y/N, everything you say is important to me. Well, as long as it has nothing to do with random cravings, because those have been getting worse and worse over the past few days."

"Yeah, about that..."

"I mean, you're acting like how Monty would call and describe his wife when she was pregnant with his boy."

🔥 Oh this was pointless. Reaching into the pocket of your black hoodie that Ben gifted you for your birthday just days prior, you pulled out a small box and laid it down in front of him

"What's this for?"

"Just- open it, please."

"Is this a... pregnancy test? Oh sweet sasperilla, you're pregnant?! But I- we..."

"I understand that you aren't fond of children, so we don't have to have them if you don't want to."

"Do... you want the child?"

"I would prefer to give them a shot at life than to not."

"Then... okay. We can have the child... if you want too. This shouldn't only be my choice, it should also be yours. I may hate children to a degree but, I cannot hate you and your choices."

"Thank you."

"Yeah, yeah. Now, if it's a boy, can we name it Benedict Wigglestein III?"

"No."

🔥 The sound of the collected family in the hospital's main room rung freely as the members of the Uno Family and the Wigglestein Family all wondered how you were doing in the delivery room. Ever since your screams stopped, Monty couldn't help but fear you were hurt to the point of possible surgery

🔥 All of a sudden, his brother walked out of the doors with a mixture of both traumatized and happiness written on his face, though it was mainly in his eyes

"Ben? How's Y/N and the baby?"

"I... I have twins..."

"Wait- twins?! Aw! A boy and a girl?"

🔥 Monty smiled at his wife before ushering his brother back into your room and patting his shoulder in assurance. And he couldn't help but chuckle as his brother walked into the room where you and your children no doubt were

🐙 While living for many years as a Warlord was something that many only viewed your husband as being, it was his closest allies and people that saw who he was outside of his work; a loyal and caring husband

🐙 As a member of the Chimera Sui Generis species, training for battle was a big part of your childhood. And when you first met your future spouse by training to be top-servers of your planet, he was smitten

🐙 Overtime you witnessed the destruction and new colonization of planets. And since you serves as his right-hand, Vilgax and you would see many types of families, the most common being fathers, mothers and their children

🐙 And seeing the male and female members of the army grow and expand with their families adding more members, you couldn't help but wonder; would this ever happen for you and Vilgax?

🐙 Normally he was busy with his work, so getting a decent time to speak one-on-one with your husband was hard. Nonetheless trying to talk about something so important to both you and your lives together

🐙 You were beginning to lose faith in actually talking to him, but when one of Vilgax's best men came inside of the control room you turned around and recognized him to be the one who always guarded the emergency medic and doctor's zone of the ship

"What is it you need, Soldier Axiomar?"

"Doctor Xiliv has requested her for a quick check-up, since she has been complaining of some stomach issues as of late."

"Alright. Would you like me to accompany you, Y/N?"

"I think I'll be alright... really."

🐙 Giving you a kiss on the forehead, Vilgax focused back on the coordinates of their way to Earth. You just nodded to Axiomar as he lead you to the medical room where Xiliv was waiting

🐙 Deep inside as you sat on the frequently cleaned chair, you knew what the Doctor and Medic were going to say

"Your highness, it appears that you- well."

"I know."

"Do you want us to tell Lord Vilgax or not?"

"He'll find out either way, but I'll tell him, it just makes it easier for me."

"Understood."

🐙 As the large alien walked through the halls to his and your shared quarters, he wondered why you had been acting far more nervous and weary throughout the rest of the day. Maybe you had some kind of illness?

🐙 The sound of the doors opening and closing behind your form made you spin around quick. And Vilgax merely chuckled, from calm and composed to having their guard-up in no time. You really were a soldier by heart

"Y/N. What is it you needed to speak about? It better not be something I cannot fix. Because that would be near impossible. I would destroy the galaxy for you."

"It's no illness. Unless you consider a child an illness."

"Pardon, a what?"

🐙 Despite his initial hesitation in being a father and raising a young Chimera Sui Generis, but after gaining advice from some of his closest allies, some would say friends, he gained the extra bravery to face the next step in life with you

🐙 He stood beside your bed as you chuckled at the sight of your baby girl. Long tentacles in the shape of elongated human hair, a small, pink wrap being around her as her tiny red eyes blinked while giggles rang through the room

"She's beautiful."

"Just like you, love."

"What should we name her?" Doctor Xiliv asked.

"How about Shaviv? It means ray of life."

"It's perfect."

🌋 This guy has never seen himself as an ideal parent. I mean, he literally was bitten by a serpent that made him an evil tyrant in the end and he didn't take a part in his son growing up due to his unfortunate incident

🌋 And while he praises himself on not being the man he once was before, there was always a lingering bit in his heart that stayed away from being corrupted. A piece of the old Garmadon in there. Hidden away

🌋 Over time he switched from evil to good, and that was how he met you

🌋 You were the sister of Ray, the previous Master of Fire before Kai took up the mantle. Growing up with Ray meant you were also trained in the art of being a ninja, though it was with the element of light that you controlled and not fire

🌋 Over the time of them being missing, you raised your niece, Nya, and nephew, Kai, and helped Garmadon's brother, Wu, train them and their friends. And as the serpent-bitten male grew into darker habits, you remained a beckon that he couldn't help but admire

🌋 Once he redeemed himself and helped fight against many enemies alongside you and the kids, he began to get close to both you and your old friend/next-door neighbor, Vinny Folson. And let's just say that the closeness evolved beyond simple friendship

🌋 While Misako was reluctant to accept Garmadon had another lover, she noticed just how caring you were and she began to bond with you with her ex-husband and son. In fact, she was the one to ask if you two were planning on taking the next step from just marriage to having children, much to you and his fluster

🌋 After the incident of the question with Misako. Garmadon told Vinny that you two would be out for a few days and that if he needed something, he could call. And as you two began to travel to a remote and well-taken-care-of cabin just outside of Ninjago, he began to let out a small amount of chit-chat

"Hey, Y/N... I have a question."

"What is it?"

"With what Misako said yesterday... at dinner. I was wondering if- you know."

"If I wanted kids?"

"Yeah... and I understand if you wouldn't! I'm not the best guy to have children with, just ask my ex-wife."

"Garmadon!"

🌋 Spinning his head to look at you, Garmadon watched you with observant eyes as you smiled gently and held his hand with one of yours and his face with the other. And he smiled as you nodded, small tears pricking his eyes as you laid your forehead upon one another's

🌋 The sound of cries erupting from a woman's hands made the people sitting in the waiting room look up in surprise and slight glee. Seven of the large group looked at the nurse and she took them all back, warning them that you would probably need some space

"Is that..."

"It is. Everyone, meet Nisshoku."

"Aw! I have a nephew now! Let's go!"

"Shut it, Ray."

Sooo hypothetically: My Samurai Jack oc! (Still binging the show but shhhh) Backstory under read more!

Hush wasn’t always a ninja.

He was born into a town unlike any other, an oasis of creativity in Aku’s bleak, tyrannical world. His people were bards, storytellers, singers, and performers. Every street corner was alive with music, every evening rich with laughter and lore. From a young age, Hush took part in that joy. He was a natural storyteller, spinning tales with rhythm and passion, keeping the spirit of their culture alive.

But even joy can be seen as rebellion.

As tales of Aku’s cruelty spread far beyond the village, woven into songs, plays, and stories—, he town drew the ire of Aku himself. Their resistance wasn’t through weapons, but through words. And that made it all the more dangerous for the all powerful being who desired to strike fears into the hearts of those under his ruling.

As punishment, Aku did not destroy the village. He silenced it.

One by one, every voice in the town was stripped away, sealed into glowing orbs of magic and hidden in a guarded place no one could reach. In a single day, a city of sound became a city of ghosts. The instruments gathered dust. The stages fell quiet. And the boy who once gave life to stories… became mute.

With no way to tell stories, to sing songs, his passion drained from him with no voice to earn a living, the boy, now calling himself “Hush”, was forced to adapt. He leaned into the one thing he had left: silence.

Over time, he transformed. What once made him a gifted bard, an acrobatic, a performer, his agility, his quick thinking, his expressive presence, became the tools of something else. A bounty hunter. A ninja. A shadow in the night. He honed his quietness into a weapon, navigating the underworld not out of cruelty, but out of necessity. The coin he earned went to support his family, but the cost was heavy.

He no longer knew if he was living for survival, or simply fading into silence like the rest of his people. But he never forgot what was taken.

Years passed. And then, whispers began to circulate. Tales of a lone samurai who defied Aku’s armies. A wanderer who helped the helpless. A warrior with a bounty so high, it could buy not only survival, but a chance at something greater. Hush didn’t know if the stories were true, but they carried something he hadn’t felt in a long time: hope. Maybe, if he could find this Samurai Jack... if he could capture him, or convince him, or even fight him… maybe there was a path forward.

A chance to return the voices to his people.

A chance to reclaim his own.

...Okay, I'm going to be briefly harsh about a fan artist's work for a second.

Aku's design is so good BECAUSE of the lack of details.

He's basically a living shadow. A being who can squash and stretch as much as he pleases, but still manages to be threatening because that ability allows him to get away with doing what ever he wants. He could look like a monster that's too fast to keep up with or become too big to attack directly or too small to hit. It's an affect that makes him such a unique villain as opposed to the other physical threats Jack has faced.

By making him more defined, adding details like muscles, hair that looks more like hair instead of flame, and those beedy little eyes...I'm sorry, it looks less like Aku and more like a form he takes when weakened. Like his human form when he and Jack dueled.

But even then, THAT looks better too...I feel bad for being mean about this, but I feel like making any Samurai Jack character more detailed and defined can work EXCEPT for Aku. He's the one that has to give this feeling of a flat character, because he often IS one.

7, 11, 12, 15 of the characters asks for your royal attendants, Sun and Moon, and Sorcerer Eclipse 💖

HI MANDY HIIIII ❤️❤️❤️ I’m gonna colour code these for you because it’s gonna be a mess otherwise.

Sun is red

Moon is blue

Eclipse is purple

7: what is an aspect of their appearance that you like the most?

I don’t use it often, but I love giving Sun those little white pupils. It adds an intensity and a direction to his intensity, and the little crazed element makes me go crazy. It’s v fun to add, and I try not to do it too often lest it loses its zest.

Moon’s twintail hat was such a nightmare in the design stage, but I’m glad I settled on long ones. I did a piece early on where his hat was short, and while I still like that piece (I’ll add it below) I still prefer the longer twintails. It adds a softness and drama that I love, and it was fun to write the bells.

Eclipse’s design is simple in comparison. Unlike the PMH boys, he’s just a tall stickbug shadow. Spikey and a stiff breeze could knock him over, yknow? But I find I like that simplicity. It makes him easier for me, and others to draw. (But I had to add the heels and the robo hips, even if they’re hidden under the cloak. I had to. You understand.)

11: is there any existing character from other media that your character resembles? Was the resemblance intentional or was it a coincidence?

Other than other DCA AU suns, I don’t think PMH Sun resembles any other media character. Other than the sunhinged aspect, I wrote him just like all other suns; excitable, loves kids, high energy and happy to do his job. The jealousy and possessiveness are sunhinged traits, but all his design elements were intentional, and any resemblance to other characters is accidental.

PMH moon is similar to Sun, in that they had to look like each other (as they are a pair) and needed to look the part for the Castle Faz show. The pantslessness tho….that was all me babeyyyyy

Eclipse on the other hand….has gotten a lot of resemblance queries. The closest I think is Aku from Samurai Jack (I definitely see it) but I have to stress that it was unintentional. I did not design him like that on purpose haha. As mentioned in a previous ask, I just tried to simplify his design, and his resemblance to any other characters was not my intention. That said, he’s gotten Maleficent, Jafar, and some other typical villain shaped characters in his look alike roster.

12: Do you have a playlist for the character? What songs do you associate with them and why?

I do have a playlist for PMH! but it’s private and unfortunately I can’t share it publicly because it has my full name attached to it and I can’t change it, oops. There are a few lute songs and opera songs that are mentioned in the fic (and a few musical numbers) but overall it’s a pretty disjointed playlist. It was useful for me to keep with the ‘emotional tone’ of some scenes. I’ll add a song for each character that let me get into their headspace.

A song I associate with Sun is ‘Let me be your wings’ from Thumbelina. There’s a certain point where I imagine Sun getting so caught up in his delusion that he imagines the Princess is asking him to let her fall; caught in a daydream of false happiness that he can’t see anything else.

For Moon I’d say it’s ’I hear a Symphony’ by Cody Fry. The song starts off quiet with just vocals and a single instrument, and then it booms into orchestra the more the lyrics begin to unravel the understanding of love in musical form. It’s a really beautiful song, and it captures Moon’s association with music and love really beautifully.

Now Celestial Meridian doesn’t have a playlist, and I can’t make a public one for the reasons detailed above. But less than a song, Le Parc aux Cerfs, which is a stunning short you can watch on YouTube, is a perfect capture of what I strive the ‘vibe’ of CM to be. Obviously it won’t be a perfect fit, but until I find a better example, I go back to watch this when I need inspiration. (This was sent to me last year in an ask and it was such a godsend thank you 🙏)

15: have you ever made a moodboard for them?

For Sun and Moon? No. They’re pretty straightforward, and pretty classic DCA boys imo. Sun and Moon motifs, with the addition of some theatrical and medieval elements. Add a lute, boom you’re done. (And don’t forget to take the pants away)

Eclipse doesn’t have one moodboard, he has like three haha. They’re more reference boards tho. One for poses, one for colour, one for story. None of them are safe for me to share publicly because ✨spoilers✨

The battle had been arduous, but it had been won. Jack stood among a field of scrap metal, robot minions destroyed all around him, still smoldering from meeting their recent ends. Experienced eyes scanned the remains, the sharp bits of metal never to harm again. It had been an ambush. Aku’s forces must have followed him down this path. The map he had been using, since destroyed in the battle, had been gifted to him by a stranger who had told him about a legend of a magical gateway hidden to the east.

Aku must know I am getting closer to his doom, Jack thought. I must hurry.

He knew Aku would stop at nothing to delay Jack and destroy anything that could give Jack the upper hand. He waded forward through the metal bodies, through and back on to the trail. Although the map was gone, he remembered the way. As he walked, he rid himself of the bits of tattered cloth still clinging to his chest, the upper part of his gi having been shredded in the battle. Although he hadn’t been seriously wounded, he had been cut by the many sharp weapons that had accosted him from all sides, cuts which now stung at his skin as he pulled the remaining cloth away.

He hadn’t made it more than halfway through the forest before something alarmed him. He had felt fine after the battle, but now… he was beginning to feel weak, uncoordinated, and ill. He had tended the wounds as well as he felt he could spare his time and resource, but he hadn’t thought much of the cuts until now. None of them had given him cause for alarm… but it seemed the danger was hidden. Poison! It must have been! The robots from before… they must have had poison on their weapons, to fester in the cuts they created… The moment he had felt it, he had begun to look for plants to cure the effects. He knew many, and much of which could be found in the wild, to treat any suspected poison or to stave off the effects. However, as he began to search, it seemed the forest was getting darker, the air thicker. In moments, just as he had noticed the poison, a fog had descended around the forest, dimming the light, obscuring his vision. It wasn’t long before he couldn’t see barely a stride in front of him, let alone the path ahead or any plants he would need to treat the poison. Despite the setbacks, he continued, although the search only served to weaken him further… with clenched jaw and fists, the samurai forced his body onwards, hoping it was the right direction.

No! I refuse to succumb! I will not! Aku’s minions will not stop me! He repeated the words to himself over and over, sweat and furious determination in his brow as it became more and more difficult to move, to breathe, to think…

His body felt numb, save for the waves of dull pain passing through his veins as he stumbled through the forest, what vision that hadn’t been cut from the mist now dimmed by illness, the samurai struggling blindly to make it out and into the light, every step a stubborn will to continue. It had been hours of this blind wandering, and his body could not take much more, already pushed far beyond the limit where most would have collapsed long before. Pausing to catch himself, he could see the faint silhouette of a figure looming in the fog. Desperation overtook him. He needed a way out now, or it may be too late. He knew not whether it was friend or foe, yet he was forced to take his chances. He took one step forward, towards the shadow, before the world seemed to toss and turn, spinning and twisting, sending him off his feet and to the ground with a hard thump. Shaking hand reached upwards, seeing the figure drawing nearer.

“Please, help me…” He managed to wheeze out in a final effort, before he finally gave in to the poison, the world darkening into nothing.

🪰 As a well-known demon lord that once ruled Earth many centuries ago, your power was something that many wanted for themselves

🪰 Beelzebub and you were hailed for your differentiated personalities; you were far more outgoing and outspoken while he was more introverted and quiet

🪰 So, when you were both called upon for Ragnarok, you happily popped out of the shadows and accepted the opportunity to battle a human just so you could embarrass them and remind everyone why you were called the Shogun of Sorrow

🪰 Your husband walked alongside you as you both sat down and watched the many rounds, and while he busied himself with something since he found it boring at first, you smiled and cheered for the Gods as they fought

🪰 As you were called by Zeus for your round, you smiled at your husband and noticed how he put his data-pad down and allowed you to kiss his forehead, and how he wished you luck

🪰 The sound of Heimdall's horn coming through the arena made the many members look up and either shiver with fear or shake with joy as the mention of the fighters

"Introducing the defender of humanity, the Japanese Warrior Prince who once defeated one of the strongest forces of evil the world ever faced, the Samurai, the anti-Shogun of Sorrow, and the one nicknamed by those he defended... Samurai Jack!"

🪰 A human walked into the field and Beelzebub noticed how his kimono flowed in the wind alongside a cherry blossom tree nearby

"And defending the Gods and going against Humanity's rule once again, it is my mass pleasure to welcome the Deliverer of Darkness, the Shogun of Sorrow, the Master of Darkness, and the Dark Lord... Y/N!"

🪰 The sight of a large mass of darkness appearing from above made everyone stare, including Beelzebub. The sloppy-darkness splat down on the ground and began to mold itself into a familiar figure

🪰 Your long flame-like hair and eyebrows were the first thing that everyone took notice of, especially Jack. The way you smiled, holding up a half-oni mask making him grit his teeth lightly

"Samurai fool. I figured I wouldn't see you for quite some time. How fortunate for me that our paths have crossed once again." You laughed.

🪰 Beelzebub smirked as you pulled your mask and put it on before raising your left hand and molding it into claws while your other one revealed a sharp tekko kagi, moving around like the flames you produced naturally

"I shall defeat you once again, Y/N. And protect Humanity the same why I did all those years ago."

"We shall see about that, Jack."

🥀 You guys were one of the most powerful duos when it came to immortal-relationships. From his bloodthirstiness to your manipulative nature, almost all feared you guys

🥀 When he began watching Ragnarok and heard that you were going to be sent in as the newest addition to the Gods' Fighters, since Apollo decided to stand down, saying his beauty was far to important, he was beyond scared

🥀 He already lost two of his brothers, the youngest being the only survivor of the competition, he didn't want to lose his spouse next

🥀 Adamas ran up to you and yelled your name, making you turn around and look at his face, seeing how it contort into a more frustrated expression instead of his usual stoic one

"What were you thinking?! Going into a dangerous event, nonetheless Ragnarok without coming to me first?!"

"I'm sorry, Adamas. But last I knew, you were barely standing up in your new cybernetic body! Besides, I'm not doing this for the bloodshed. I was promised a fight to win no matter what, a fight to revoke the pain that I was dealt all those years ago on Earth."

🥀 He noticed how you bunched your hands into fists as your fanged teeth gritted together in anger, and he knew exactly what you were talking about now

"You're going against the Samurai, aren't you?"

"Correct."

🥀 Instead of getting angrier, Adamas sighed and laid a hand on your shoulder, making you face him with your flaming hair and eyebrows beginning to go down to resemble a calming campfire

🥀 He wished you luck and kissed your nose as you held his hand and kissed his palm in return before melting and moving down the many hallways towards the entrance into the arena for your fight

🥀 Adamas walked back to his stand alongside his brother, Zeus, and nephew, Hermes, and waited as he listened intently to Hermes' predictions for the battle. Thankfully, they were all in your favor

🥀 While Heimdall yelled the introduction of Samurai Jack, he rolled his eyes and began to pat his fingers against the railing in annoyance before yelling for him to hurry up, making the Nordic God jump and quickly say the human's name

🥀 But, when he said your introduction, he just allowed his smile to get larger and more smug as he continued with your many names, and sense of pride of being married to you flowing through his body

"Oh, Samurai Fool. What a funny coincidence to be fighting you today. I was just daydreaming about tearing you apart, maybe now I can make that dream of mine a nightmare for you and the rest of your foolish kind."

"I will not give into your manipulative wording, Y/N."

"We'll see about that, Jackie."

🐍 Local psycho couple? Local psycho couple.

🐍 You guys are feared by almost all, the only not fearing you being those of Chief God's ranking or those like Poseidon and Thor. And despite the fact that many others fear you, you always found a way to make them listen to you

🐍 Loki adored your manipulative nature, the way you could make somebody do your bidding easily was something he adored

🐍 But, when you came by and said you were chosen to fight in Ragnarok, he was surprisingly chill with it. He was very confident with your ability to defeat any human that challenged you

🐍 He floated down from his tree and patted the ground next to him, signalling for you to sit down next to him. And instead of turning away like you would for others, you smiled and sat next to him

"Do you know who you're fighting?" He asked, a curios-yet cheery tone coming out of his throat.

"Yep. I'm fighting that Samurai from when I ruled Earth. Y'know, the one with that damn pure blade that could harm me."

"Oh yeah, that thing!"

🐍 Standing up from your seat, you patted your husband's head as he happily swung side to side while your nails scratched his scalp before you left

🐍 As he sat up to pay more attention, Thor and Odin conversed on how the fight would go, to which Thor praised your skill in mental warfare while Odin just nodded along, his birds voicing their hopes in your win for him

🐍 Loki smiled as Heimdall began his small rant on you, letting your multitude of names coming out of his mouth and into the ears of all there

🐍 The mischievous God began to laugh as you spoke to the Samurai, oh how much he loved you and your spirit~

"Y/N. I shall not allow you to lay harm to another generation of humans."

"Oh, what a brave claim, Samurai." You then yelled in anger, "Fool! Just because you defeated me once while you lived doesn't mean you'll defeat me again after life."

"We shall see."

"Yes, we shall." You laughed.

🌹 ROSE - do they like valentines day? have they been confessed to before? have they confessed to anyone before? - Devin~

Surprisingly, Devin does actually like Valentine's day despite the tragedy in his life of losing his husband after a relatively short marriage. Mostly, he's amused by it because he and Riddler never did anything on Valentine's day (because Eddie never kept track of what day it was and always forgot) and Devin loved getting Valentine's day stuff at a deep discount the days after the holiday. Then he and the Riddler would do something in late February or early March (whenever the Riddler finally noticed a calendar and realized it passed). In the Samurai Jack universe, now that Aku has taken over, there are no more holidays that reference any religions or saints, so Valentine's day doesn't exist and most people that were not around before Aku took over don't know about it. Except Shadow does, because they have a weird knowledge from the time Freddy Krueger was active. Devin is so incredibly amused that Shadow pointedly avoids everyone in their life on February 14 (months stayed the same because Aku was too lazy to change them, and there's probably an equivalent to Valentine's day, just on a different day and has some weird spin on Aku's name) to enjoy time by themselves and has been doing so for decades to spite the sentiment of the old holiday. Devin and BK later make it a tradition to go out and try to hook up with as many people as possible once Devin tells her about the original holiday.

Devin has been confessed to before, quite a number of times, except in the Samurai Jack universe, he very pointedly refuses to actually date anyone. The saddest one was in an RP I am working on with @salaciousshipping. He had been hooking up with Francis in a friends with benefit situation for a while, and after Francis is nearly tortured to death and thought he was going to die, Francis sends out a "last message" with the confession. Francis survives, but the recovery is grueling. Devin painfully admits he can't love Francis as much as he deserves and can't get past the trauma of his own past. That, paired with the fact Francis was in the hospital for so long and Devin really struggles in that environment really hurt their friendship.

On the other side of the coin, Devin was the one that confessed to the Riddler that he was in love. That's been the only person he has truly confessed to. He hooks up with a lot of people for a one off thing or a friends with benefit situation, but has not professed his love for anyone else, and probably won't (although, spoilers, I'm toying around with some "what if" spin-offs where he does some heavy work on himself to get to a point where he can actually allow himself to be in a relationship. This only really works with Francis or Jared though. He does have a celebrity crush on Scaramouche, but it never gets better than friends with benefits).
