Had a mini heart attack when I typed in the url for intelligentbees and it was gone 😭 I was so scared you’d deleted! downloaded the tumblr app just to say your fics and blog never fail to make my day 🫡

Even if I do delete the blog you can probs just wait a year or two and I’ll come back in some other form. I’m like mould and stevetony is my proverbial bathroom wall.

I am SO grateful that Barack Obama was my generation's president. I am proud that my president was black. I am proud that my president handled antagonism and outright hostility with aplomb, dignity, and grace. The Obama family brought us no scandals - they were wholesome and upright and represented America with such elegance that I know many leaders to come will emulate. When my kids ask my who my president was, I'll tell them about the goofy, kind, and level-headed man who stood up for human rights, equality, and love. And that's what we should hold on to.
