Looks like Sam has reached the next stage of extreme shipping where anyone associating with that person and seen as a romantic threat to the fake ship is attacked mercilessly, even if they're clearly not a couple. The same thing happens with Katie McGrath's insane fan posse, they insist she's a lesbian and viciously attack any man or woman in her vicinity, including actors playing her love interests and attack the SOs of the women they ship her with onscreen and IRL.

Hi Anon, no Sam hasn’t just reached this next stage now, he’s been there for 4 years, starting with when Amy Shiels Tweeted about him and posted pics at events with him, to Cody Kennedy doing the same thing and then ditching her family Thansksgiving 2014 and going to Mexico with Sam, to when Sam dated and vacationed with Abbie Salt, to when he dated and vacationed with Mackenzie Mauzy, to now being seen in Hawaii with this new brunette, Hayley Helene (her name is out there now, so no sense hiding it, but the nature of their relationship is still unclear) starting with Amy all the way until now, SamCait Extreme Shippers have mercilessly attacked any woman associated with Sam. And there is irrefutable proof of this for all to see. So ES can’t deny it’s true. Yes, it’s worse now, with multiple sock hate accounts being set up to mock the women, to employees, friends and family members being contacted etc, but it all started back 4 years ago and hasn’t let up. Given the level of abuse, the fact that Sam still interacts with fans on any level is a miracle actually.

I’m getting a ton of Anon Asks right now re: Sam Skyping at the Chicago Con: “Omg, he’s in “Cait’s old apartment--his new apartment,” “Maybe Sam and Cait are roommates,” “Sam is sending Shippers breadcrumbs after Cait so rudely showed off her fake engagement ring.” “Even if Cait is engaged, it’s clear Sam is in love with her.” etc...*facepalm*

I’m still swamped at work, hopefully I can answer fully later but for now, let’s just REMEMBER REALITY: Cait is ENGAGED to Tony. For REAL. She wears the diamond and sapphire engagement ring TONY GAVE HER. Cait and Tony LIVE TOGETHER. Where Sam is does not matter because, repeat after me--CAIT IS ENGAGED TO TONY. Everything else is just details that don’t matter...and I don’t have time to deal with them right now. And Sam doesn’t have time to be sending anyone breadcrumbs, least of all shippers who have treated him, Cait and the people in their lives like shit. Loosen those tinhats, people, your brains need some ventilation. Lord.

That’s flutist Kim right? That proves that everyone in outlander was aware of her insanity 😂 you can’t make this crap up. {but on a serious note, poor marina 😰}

Oh, NO doubt, MANY related to Outlander from the actors, to the crew, to the drivers know exactly WHO Kim is and what a nutjob she is, so it’s no surprise that Marina would ignore her. I mean, c’mon she recently got kicked out of My Peak Challenge, and has been blocked by Cait for years. People know exactly how mentally unbalanced she is, and that she is behind much of the hate directed at Sam, Cait, Tony and Mackenzie on sock accounts, all the while acting sweet as pie on her regular accounts. It’s clear there is something seriously wrong with her

Interesting, Anon, thanks for sharing. I’m assuming you’re referring to Nicole Reichlin, the girlfriend of Nic Rasenti, actor who costarred along Sam in Season 3 of Outlander. Nic and Nicole hung out with Sam and Mackenzie in Cape Town and in New York, they posted pics on IG. I don’t care if Sam and Mackenzie are together, but it is fascinating to me that they continue to seem connected…so I’ll keep pointing that out until it’s CLEAR that they are TOTALLY out of each other’s lives. That’s all.

How is it that shippers have NO problem believing that Sam and Caitriona are together? They say she is a "Ninja" and hides, which is why there aren't thousands of photos and videos of the two of them living their married life together, daily. But if there are no photos of Sam with Mackenzie, it is because they broke up, they never dated, or her "contract" is over. I have no idea what is happening with any of them, but if one couple could manage to avoid being seen, so could the other.

All that LOGIC is giving me a headache, Anon. Don’t stop. ;-)

Well, what do you know Cait is back in home UK, not in NYC or LA where Sam is and will be for the next 10 days! Tinhaters will explode TNT over Cait for not supporting him either as friend or gf. I do hope we see her go on vacation with Tony until she returns to LA at the end of the month to start shooting her movie.

Extreme Shippers will continue to prove they are the “bestest” fans never the more Sam and Cait continue to live their real lives and not with each other, but with their respective partners. Good fans are happy for Sam and Cait, bad fans are not. Easy to tell who’s who that way.

These two Anons had similar Asks so I'm answering them together.

1. Sam is under NO obligation to CONTINUE to go public with his relationship with Mackenzie. He and Mackenzie can decide to handle things one way, and then based on circumstances (i.e. possible security threats) decide to change their minds, and do things another way. That is THEIR prerogative. It is their REAL LIFE relationship, it’s not being sold for PR, so they don’t OWE US ANYTHING. Not a damn thing. All Sam owes us is good performances in his acting gigs, that’s it. His personal life is his and his alone...the fact that some of us are interested in it, that’s on us, not him. 

2. I’m not going to answer the rest of the Anons in my inbox, speculating on Sam and Mackenzie and “will we see them together this week? next week? when he’s filming South Africa? at his movie premiere?” etc., etc., etc, and the endless speculation that “IF we don’t SEE them together then that means they broke up”... you know why I won’t be answering those questions? Because next week hasn’t happened, and the week after that hasn’t happened, and South Africa hasn’t happened, and the movie premiere hasn’t happened. WHEN these things happen, THEN I’ll talk about what HAPPENED. I don’t like dealing in hypotheticals, I much prefer FACTS. Speculating and trying to guess beforehand is a waste of time in my opinion. Others may feel differently, but that’s how I feel. Sooooo, I’ll be more than happy to discuss Sam and Mackenzie stuff as it happens or after it happens, but not BEFORE it happens. That’s just me. I fully respect that other people handle things differently. :-)

Soooo, given that Sam is doing press in L.A. for “The Spy Who Dumped Me” THIS week, and the premiere in L.A. is not until July 25, this means he is most likely spending the next TWO weeks in L.A. :-) Yazzzz! 

PS. I guess he could skip the premiere if he was scheduled to start filming his new movie “Bloodshot”in Europe, but I’m tending to think his management would have worked the scheduling out so he wouldn’t miss his big premiere. Fingers crossed! And you know I’ll know someone going, so we’ll get source pics for sure. :-)

How can Extreme Shippers ever get off the SamCait ship to nowhere when ES leaders with a lot of followers continue to mislead them this way? More and more I’m convinced ES are a special breed of people who have NO experience in the real world, AND NO clue about how Hollywood works, either that or they are purposely obtuse. It is STANDARD procedure for celebs to be put up in a centrally located hotel when in town to do press so that their style team, photographers, press, etc can have easy access to them and vice versa. 

Did ES really expect for Sam to schlep across town from Santa Monica, where Mackenzie lives, to Hollywood for the photoshoot and panel? In terrible L.A. traffic, it’s a good hour. That’s not how it works. When a celeb is in L.A. for PROMO and PRESS aka WORK for their TV show they get put up by the studio at a centrally located hotel. It is the NORM. It is not a reflection of relationship status ffs. But like I said before, I can guarantee you Mackenzie will be staying in that hotel room with Sam tonight or he will be at her place for the night. They will be together no matter what because they are a REAL couple.
