There’s something insanely hot about the idea of demon!Dean getting Sam hooked on his blood to keep him from going through with the cure.

Dean having special blood because he’s a knight of hell that makes Sam even stronger and more powerful, but also that much needier. He does ok at first but after a week or two he can’t make it more than a couple days without Dean’s blood before the withdrawal kicks in. Just trembling hands and nausea for the first day or two, but it’s still enough for Sam to feel it. The cravings are stronger, come on faster, and no ordinary demon blood will do, Sam tries. Dean leaves for a few days, god knows why, and Sam ends up hunting down a demon in a nearby town but it doesn’t sate him the way it should.

Suddenly demon!Dean has Sam wrapped around his finger, desperate for him, willing to do anything to keep him around and keep himself fed. Dean sometimes disappears for a few days just to keep Sam on a leash, to remind him that he can’t live without Dean, but for once Dean can (pretend to) live without him. To remind Sam that he has to keep Dean happy to keep him around, and because Dean loves how Sam looks when he’s pale and miserable, body racked with tremors. How Sam’s eyes get a little too glassy, and he looks like he did when he was young and sick and needed Dean.

Dean may not be in love with his brother now that he’s a demon, but the need and the want and the entanglement and the desperation is still there, and he loves that Sam depends on him again. He loves that Sam needs him and craves him. Loves that he comes back after three days to a sick and shaking and aching Sam who all but tackles Dean the second he comes through the door. They slide to the floor with Sam’s back against Dean’s chest, Dean’s arms around him holding him close as he offers up one wrist. Sam has been carrying around a knife nonstop to be prepared for whenever Dean came back and he immediately cuts Dean and starts to drink. Dean just strokes Sam’s hair, tangled from where he’s been pulling at it dealing with the withdrawal, cooing as he smiles and leans his head back against the wall, eyes turning black, as Sam drinks desperately.

Right now Sam can’t focus on anything but the cravings, but soon he’ll be hard and horny and frantic and Dean can’t help but get just a bit excited thinking about how later he’s going to get Sam in his lap and cut his own throat so Sam can drink his fill while he rides Dean’s cock.
