Homemade Ranch Dressing is creamy and full of flavor. It goes great on salads and as a dip. It's simple to make and tastes much better than store-bought!
Ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup buttermilk. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon dried parsley. 1/2 teaspoon dried dill. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional. 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried dill, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper if using. Mix well until all the spices are fully incorporated. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning if needed by adding more salt or pepper. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the Ranch Dressing for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Before serving, garnish with chopped fresh chives. Use the Ranch Dressing as a delicious dip for veggies or drizzle it over your favorite salad.

It's easy to make these salad dressings in the slow cooker, and they make your salads taste better. Slow cooking makes it easier for the ingredients to mix well, which makes dressings that are rich and well-balanced.
Ingredients: 1 cup olive oil. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Transfer the mixture into a slow cooker. Cook on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Once done, let it cool before transferring to airtight containers.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup raw cashews. 2 cloves garlic. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1/4 cup water. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon capers. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Soak cashews in hot water for 30 minutes, then drain. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, garlic, nutritional yeast, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, water, olive oil, capers, sea salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed for desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary. Refrigerate until ready to use. Stir before serving.
