EDIT: Izuku is green, freckled Saito when thinking about it. Saito is older. (Saito used to be Himiko's schoolmate, so he would be about a year or two older than Izuku.) You know what! Greyscale Izuku and Green Freckled Saito!

EDIT: Just for those who was confused, I had to do a double take, too, yes. This is NOT Izuku. This is Saitou. This scene was shown as Himiko was remembering him again during this chapter. He doesn't have freckles and his hair is slightly shorter.
