I'm so damn bored and feeling such a strong desire to share some OC stuff so I decided to share some of my favorite quotes from my characters because why not? I feel like it also helps me finding some motivation to finally start writing again.
Feel free to share this or make a similar post with your OC's quotes as well, I'd love to read them. :3 (English is not my first language btw, sorry about any possible errors)
Anyway, I'm starting with my favorite girl, Myline.
Myline (Naruto and Boruto)
"Don't give me the privilege speech when you are all living up there exploiting those who stand below you, not once did I felt any privilege or pleasure in serving your opressive system and I will never bow to it. Take my words as you wish, they will only feel like a threat if you perceive them as such, so, how it's gonna be?" - To Darui and A during the invasion of Amegakure arc (not a canon arc).
Aisha (MCU)
"Whenever a scientist finds a cure to something, companies will take advantage of them and sell it to you for the price of your soul, lives weren't meant to have a price tag, you can't play God and decide who is gonna live based on who is wearing Prada and that's what motivates me to keep fighting for a world where science and technology will become a right instead of a luxury"
Evelyn (AOT)
"Dang, this sucks...I've been told that I always make bad decisions all my life, maybe I should've listened before it became an habit, guess this is gonna be the last time I make one...Sasha must be feeling really lonely up there though..." - She thinks to herself as Jean and Pieck run in the opposite direction, both looking confuse on why she wasn't doing the same, she then looks at the sky one last time and run towards Reiner and the warhammer titans.
Masha (TWD)
"While most people hate what is left of this world, I've finally found myself in it and I am enjoying every second of it"
Mybuza (Boruto)
"I hope that someday people will look at me as a ninja ready to sacrifice my life for them instead of just the daughter of a terrorist"
Luna (Pokémon)
"Power is fame and fame is made of power"
Now the ferals from my original story, Cursed Scars.
Sahamara
“If you can’t stand the meaning of a true scar, then you can’t stand life”
Dakarai (This son of a... >.>)
"You can’t expect to be a good fighter if you can’t even leave a mark on that rock, maybe I should scratch that precious face to exemplify how it is done"
Dalia
"I believe in second chances when regret is present, we are more complex than we think, our minds are capable of constant development but such thing is only possible when we finally learn how to recognize and embrace the wrongs of our past and move on for a better future"
Bakuto
"You once said that stars shine brighter to those who are worthy but lately they all look the same to me, does that mean that the Gods have given up on me?"
Kabuwa
"Greediness brings more misery than accomplishments" - To Ushiva, about Rastakah.
Rastakah
"Some call me greedy, others a tyrant but what I really like to hear them call me is mercy"
Ushiva
"Never underestimate the things a broken heart would do"
Matimba (The one lying down)
"Sometimes you just have to understand when the best option is to get out of your comfort zone and face what is holding you back so you can finally be the best version of yourself"
Thabisa
"War doesn't interest me, what is truly important to me is the well-being of my pride sisters, however, don't take me for a fool, my claws have been immersed in blood before"
Satahka (Lazy, lazy boy)
"This world has yet to prove me what a good nap can't fix"
Yarashin
"Don't spend the rest of your life stuck to your past, maybe it taught you how to hate, but the present can also teach you tolerance and if you try really hard, future may reward you with love"

Masha, Dakarai, Sahamara and Rastakah, this last one way less than the others though, it depends on the situation.
Masha literally gets excited when listening to them scream, Dakarai on the other hand is more of a psychological abuser but fins great pleasure on physically hurting others as well. Sahamara is an amazing manipulator but something about taking a life feels really relaxing to her. As for Rastakah, he doesn't exactly enjoy killing, he enjoys the dominance and power it brings him, he is not merciful with his enemies at all.
Which OC takes pleasure in being unnecessarily cruel/violent?

TW: Blood and gore
Through the hands of the amazing artist, The-Golden-Tigress, our murderer with the pretty face, the one and only Queen of Bones, shall live again. *evil laugh*
Amazing YCH I ordered from The-Golden-Tigress a while ago and just received it. When I saw this YCH I automatically thought this was perfect for my girl Sahamara, for obvious reasons, so here is she, standing proudly over the skulls of the ones who once hurt her. :'3
I'm really happy to finally see this girl again, money is short and lately I've been focusing more on my humanoids but I surely missed my ferals.

Saw this head icon base from IfIWasaPlant on deviantART and it was perfect for family trees, so I decided to create Sahamara's.
Unfortunately I didn't know how to draw beard from this angle so Rastakah and Ushiva are missing theirs, Dakarai's and Ushiva's manes are also very different from this but once again, I'm no artist and my mouse is not cooperating anyway. ^^'
I decided to add their height and weight because I really wanted to show how massive they are. You can see the jump on sizes, this is because Sahamara has gigantism but I wanted to make it as real as possible, I didn't want to make her an actual giant, just way bigger than the bigger females of her species.
Also, Rastakah is a real tank, while he is shorter than his mother, he has a more robust body, his mane is also distinctively big and thick, South African lions usually don't have belly hair as well, which makes him even more of an interesting specimen.
Tishala was killed at birth by her mother, who planned to kill all of her cubs to punish her father for what he did to her, she was the runt of the litter, she'd be WAY smaller than her brothers if she ever made it to adulthood, I'd say she'd be around 3'6" or even less.
While not as evil, Rastakah takes a lot after his father, especially his desire for power and efficiency defending his territories.
His brother is a bit smaller than him but is an extremly skilled fighter and hunter as he is extremely agile. He is the brains of the coalition, just like his mother who is extremely intelligent.

just in case you're doing the oc questions post you've most recently reblogged, i'd love to hear 1, 2, 5, 32, and 49. (apologies, had wanted to put the questions themselves but the ask ran out of room) if not that's totally fine, was just curious on the chance you wanted to ^^
Hii, Yes, totally still accepting! :D Thank you so much for sending some, that really means a lot to me! ♥ And no worries, I use a computer so it is easy for me to check the questions really fast. :P I hope you are having a good day! ♥
Alright, here I go!
1. Your first OC ever?
Myline was the first character I've ever created, I created her between 2003 and 2004, I can't exactly remember which year but I know that Classic Naruto was like halfway at the time. Her story and personality has been in development since then.
2. Do you have a personal favourite among your OCs?
Yes, I have what I like to call "The big 3" if you get the reference. LOL Basically Myline, Evelyn and Aisha, the first two are also my main comfort characters! They all are among the best developed OCs of mine as well.
5. If you could make only one of your OCs popular/known, who would it be?
This is an interesting question...I was gonna say Myline, but now that I think about it deeper, I realized that it would be wiser to make characters from my original story popular instead, as that would also bring attention to my work, Myline is a fan character and would probably get kinda of lost within the Naruto fandom. xD So...I think Sahamara would be it.
32. Which one of your OCs would be the most suitable horror game protagonist and why?
I think Masha would do a great job at being a protagonist for a horror game, the genre would probably be slasher. LMAO
I believe that the fact that she is a cannibal who enjoys hunting people already tells you a lot on why she'd be the perfect protagonist. I don't know if you are familiar with the whisperers group from the TWD show (she is a fan character of the show) but she'd probably skin her victims alive and wear their skin. LOL
49. Which one of your OCs would most likely enjoy memes
I'd say Aisha! She has an interesting and peculiar taste in humor and I am sure she'd love memes because they are just as sarcastic as her and I can imagine her sending some to her friends sometimes. LOL

My humanoids:
Aisha was raised in a laboratory, had no parental figures. :(
Evelyn was raised by her parents, she truly loved and cared about them and would do anything for them if they were still alive.
Luna was raised mostly by her grandmother because she lost her mother to cancer at a very young age.
Masha was, unfortunately, raised by her parents, she'd be very different if she was raised by caring parental figures which hurts to think about.
Mybuza was raised by Sakura and later by Sasuke as well when the couple gets together, she admires her adoptive mother and wishes to be like her.
Myline was raised by her parents during her first years of life and then by old Madara and ultimately by Obito, you can see why she is the way she is.
Nirvana was raised by her parents, her childhood was amazing and that's why she is one of my most loving characters, they shaped her well.
Tirannia was raised by an adoptive mother after her biological mother asked them to take her and run away to Essos because Tirannia was a bastard and would be hunted down.
My ferals:
Bakuto was raised by Sahamara with the casual presence of Yarashin, the poor boy was kidnapped from his biological mother when he was just a cub.
Dakarai was raised by his parents, two actually nice lions, who could guess Dakarai would be born the evil son of a bitch he is.
Dalia was raised by her mother who fell pregnant after an one night stand with a rogue who she never saw again, her mother did an amazing job, raising Dalia with her pride sisters.
Kabuwa was raised by his parents but was then banished from the pride because he failed to follow the rules and culture of the pride.
Kuwala was raised by her mother and her pride sisters.
Matimba was raised by her parents who unfortunately could never accept who she was.
Rastakah, Ushiva and Satahka were all rised as brothers by Satahka's parents, the king and the queen of the Elwandle pride, who adopted the two brothers.
Sahamara was raised by her parents, who unfortunately were very abusive towards her, making her the killign machine she is today.
Thabisa was raised by her mother who was the current leader of the Jabulani pride and then by the new leader after her mother was killed.
Therania was raised by her parents, a pretty average family.
Yarashin was raised by her mother who was a rogue lioness and did her best to raise and keep her safe, she is Yarashin's hero!
Who raised your OC when they were growing up?

A Lesson Of Strength
Another one from the same free sketch batch as the "The Last Confronttion" piece, check it here. This sketch also reminded me about a certain scene from my original story so I had to go for it as well, this time I barely changed the lines, just added some more fur to her cheeks and added her ear tufts. The scene is during a training session, back when Sahamara was just a cub, her father would punish her in the worst ways possible whenever he felt disappointed with her progress. This one was one of them, he made a deal with the crocodiles and whenever he wasn't happy with her, he would drop his daughter at a rock in the middle of the lake, far enough from the borders so that she couldn't just jump back and would be forced to deal with the extreme fear of turning into crocodile food. She would cry for him over and over again, asking for his forgiveness, but he didn't care, no matter how terrified her cries sounded. Dakarai couldn't get a son, so he would make sure his daughter would be as strong as a female could be, no matter how dirty his ways would be to achieve that goal. And he did all that, not aware that his actions would bring him death soon enough. *insert troll face here* ________________________ Base by Malaika4 (Thank you so much!) Character: Sahamara Tagged as “myownart” just for organization purposes.
No copyright warning on this one because the art is not originally mine, but I’d still like to ask people not to use this as she is still my character and it would be really weird to see someone use it as their own. If interested, you can always make your own using these free sketches as they are free.

War Upon Her Door
This was my first time drawing my girl Sahamara, the main character from my original story, Cursed Scars.
I am not used to draw lions, even though I prefer them over any wolf or canine, I just have a very hard time with felines when compared to canines, but I am totally a feline person.
This scene is after Yarashin and Bakuto find out about the true story of Bakuto. Yarashin tolerated too much bullshit from Sahamara along the years and this finding drove her to her last straw.
Sahamara is alone now, the war is knocking upon her door and we all know it takes more than one to win it, perhaps she shouldn't have started one in the first place. 🤷🏻♀️
Yes, Sahamara is the main character but she is also one of the villains and she deserves everything that is coming for her. Sorry not sorry. Fun fact: War upon her door is the actual name of one of the last chapters from Cursed Scars.

The Last Confrontation
So, I saw these amazing free sketches from Malaika4 and I could totally see a scene from my story forming in my mind, couldn't help it and just went ahead, edited the lines a bit to fit my characters and put them in place, grabbed a nice background from the TLK movie and here is the final product! I tried my best to make them fit the background, I hope it looks okay at least? This scene between Sahamara and her mother, Therania, happens a few minutes before Sahamara kills her. No neck scars on this one because she only gets them later on. Sahamara is finally facing her mother about her father and his abuse. They created a monster they couldn't get rid of and she was totally ready for the fight. Madly and viciously, until the end. Slowly they would all pay. ________________________ Base by Malaika4 (Thank you so much!) Character: Sahamara and Therania Tagged as "myownart" just for organization purposes.
